Claims (2)
- 透光性の支持基板上に、少なくとも発光層を有する有機層を一対の電極で挟持してなる有機EL素子を形成してなる有機ELパネルであって、
前記発光層は、正孔輸送性のホスト材料にゲスト材料として蛍光材料と正孔の移動度が10 −4 cm 2 /V・s以上であり前記発光層における濃度が5%以上20%以下である輸送材料とを加えてなることを特徴とする有機ELパネル。 - 前記蛍光材料のイオン化ポテンシャルは、前記ホスト材料のイオン化ポテンシャルよりも0.1eV以上低い値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機ELパネル。
