【産業状の利用分野】
本発明は、3種の筆記体の先端を先軸先端口に於いて交互に出没自在とし、且つ天冠の後端孔から消しゴムを出没自在とした複式筆記具の提供に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、複式筆記具の一例としては、同出願人による実開昭64ー3491号公報に見られるように、2本の筆記体を案内する摺動溝を有して先軸に対し固着されるガイド筒と、当該ガイド筒に嵌装される二本の筆記体に取付けられた摺動コマに接するカム斜面を前端部に有すると共に、後端はノック部となしてキャップに対し軸方向に移動自在に、且つ円周方向の回転は一体となるよう装着された円筒カムを備え、先軸に対するキャップの回転操作により二本の筆記体を先軸先端口に於いて選択的に出没可能とした複式筆記具が存在する。又、本願の従来例として、同出願人による実開昭60ー120889号公報に見られるように、キャップ後端から突出した天冠を回転させて消しゴムを出没させるようにした複式筆記具が存在する。又、従来例で3種の筆記体の選択を可能とした場合、第1、第3の筆記体の選択は円筒カムの回転規制でハッキリと位置決めされるが、第2の筆記体の選択は位置決めが曖昧となり、意識して位置決めするなど面倒となる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記の従来例には、多くの部位に金属部品が使用され、構造も複雑で、部品点数も多くなりコスト高となる問題点がある。又、先軸に対しキャップが長いのでデザイン上の融通性に難点があるのと、筆記体の出没操作で一方の手で軸先を、他方の手で軸後端を掴んで回転操作を行うため使い勝手が悪い欠点がある。
又更に、本願の目的はより便利な3種の筆記体を選択可能としたことと、より使用頻度の高い第1、第2の筆記体を円筒カムの回転規制でハッキリした選択操作を可能とし、必要により第3の筆記体を容易に選択可能とすることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決する為に案出された本発明の複式筆記具は、樹脂製の先軸と樹脂製の中軸の先方を互いに回転不能且つ抜け止め状態に固定し、中軸に一体化したガイド部の3箇所の案内溝に、夫々3種の筆記体をガイド部と摺動コマとの間にリターンスプリングを附勢して前後動自在に嵌装し、軸方向に変位するカム斜面を前端部に円周状に設けた円筒カムを中軸に対し回転可能に抜け止めし、各摺動コマをカム斜面に当接させることにより先軸又は中軸に対する円筒カムの回転によって交互に前後動させて、各筆記体の先端を先軸の先端口から選択的に出没可能とした複式筆記具に於いて、円筒カムの後方に軸方向に一体で接続した消しゴム繰り出し装置が配設されて、円筒カム及び消しゴム繰り出し装置を被覆して樹脂製の後軸が上記中軸の後方に所定範囲の軸推移と共に回転可能に止着され、消しゴム繰り出し装置の後端部が後軸後端孔から適宜突出され、且つ、円筒カムは後軸に対し回転方向で一体と成され、中軸に対する後軸の回転によって交互に各摺動コマを前後動させて、各筆記体の先端を先軸先端口から突出可能とし、後軸に対する消しゴム繰り出し装置の後端部を回転することで消しゴムが出没可能となるように構成され、

中軸に対する円筒カムの回転に付いて、円筒カムの外周側面に設けた突起が中軸の外周側面に穿設した周溝に嵌入して円筒カムが中軸に対し抜け止めされると共に、円筒カムの先端で夫々の筆記体が先軸先端口から突出される範囲、略240度に回転するよう周溝が形成され、第2の筆記体が突出する位置、即ち略120度位置で周溝の後壁に段部を形成して上記突起が段部に当接することで円筒カムの回転阻止を可能とし、後軸と連動して円筒カムを所定範囲で軸推移した時に当接が解除されて、更に円筒カムが略120度回転可能となって第3の筆記体が突出可能となるように構成されたことを特徴とする複式筆記具である。

以上により、本願複式筆記具は部品点数が省略され構造が簡単なので、組み立てが容易となりコストダウンが可能となる。又、後軸(キャップ)が適宜長さに設定できるので、デザイン上の融通性があり、又、回転操作がし易くなる。
又、より使用頻度の高い第1、第2の筆記体を円筒カムの回転規制でハッキリした選択操作を可能とし、必要により第3の筆記体が容易に選択可能となる。

【実施例】
先ず、図1乃至図6は本発明の実施例を示しており、図1は第1の実施例である。第1の実施例である複式筆記具は、ガイド筒2を一体に備えた中軸1、先軸3、円筒カム5、一対の摺動コマ6a,6b,6c(図示せず)、シャープペンシル筆記体7、ボールペン等筆記体8a,8b、内筒34、消しゴムホルダー40、消しゴム45を主な構成要素とする。先ず、中軸1は樹脂製で、図1及び図4に示すように、略中央部から後端まで側面に開口した軸方向に長い案内溝9a,9b,9cが円周方向で夫々120度位置に割り付けられてガイド筒2が設けられている。ガイド筒2の前半部には各案内溝9a,9b,9cと連通して孔32a、32b,32c(図示せず)を有した仕切り部16を備えて前端を開口した筒部10が設けられ、筒部10の後端に段部31を有して段部31の前方外周部には膨出状の係合部13が形成されている。尚、中軸1の内周に一体にリブ又は仕切り部等を形成して摺動コマを案内するガイド部と成すことも可能である。
又、中軸1と別体でガイド筒を設けて相互を固定することも可能である。

又、中軸1の後方側面には図3に示すように縦溝18が先方の傾斜面50を介して巾狭部51が周溝19に接続されて略Lの字状の窓部が穿設されている。又後述するが、円筒カム5の突起17は縦溝18より挿入され、突起17が傾斜面50を弾性的に拡開して巾狭部51を通過して周溝19内に入る。円筒カム5は突起17が周溝19の周方向の後壁に当接しながら略240度回転して、シャープペンシル筆記体7、ボールペン等筆記体8a,8bの筆記部が先軸先端口から交互に出没することになる。又、周溝19はシャープペンシル筆記体7が突出するときの突起17の位置で円筒カム5が軸推移可能なように巾広溝52が設けられ、筆記体の収納時又はボールペン等筆記体8a,8bが突出するときの突起17の位置で前壁55により巾狭溝53a,53bにより軸推移が規制される。
又、ボールペン筆記体8aが突出するときの突起17の位置で円筒カム5が回転阻止されるように突起17の側面が当接する段部54bが後壁54aと54cの接続部に形成されている。段部54bまでの円筒カム5の回転範囲は略120度である。

先軸3は、前方が先細状で、内孔部先端には内段部27を有して先端口が設けられている。又、後端孔には、前記ガイド筒の筒部10の外周部に設けられた係合部13と迎合して筒部10と抜け止め且つ回転止めされる係合溝12が設けられている。尚、筒部10と先軸3は適宜な力で着脱可能に固定される。(実開昭64ー3491号公報の先軸の構成と同じ)尚、先軸3と中軸1の接合は螺子接合であってもよい。

円筒カム5は筒状を成し、前端縁に円周状に前後に変位するカム斜面14を有し、カム斜面14の最前端部には切欠15が形成されている。又、円筒カム5の側面には前記中軸1の縦溝18に挿入して弾性的に周溝19に嵌入して一定範囲(略240度)で回転且つ抜け止めする突起17が形成されている。
又、前記円筒カム5は段部20aの後方に延設した筒部20を有し、筒部20の内孔部には螺旋溝33が形成されている。

又、摺動コマ6aは、外面に突起22aを有して、突起22aの後端面には中央部が突出してその両側が前述した円筒カム5のカム斜面14と略同勾配のカム斜面を有している。又、芯パイプ23のフランジ部24に当接して、芯パイプ23の後方を長く突出して嵌着する孔が設けられている。又、摺動コマ6bは摺動コマ6aと同様に突起22bとカム斜面を有し、先端にはボールペン等筆記体8aの後端を止着する係止部26が設けられている。尚、係止部はパイプ状に成して筆記体の後端を嵌着することも可能である。又、摺動コマ6c(図示せず)も上記摺動コマ6bと同様に成され、ボールペン等筆記体8bが接続される。

シャープペンシル筆記体7は、一般的なチャック機構を内蔵し、後端にチャック機構と連結した継手29を介して芯パイプ23に接合し、芯パイプ23の後方に設けたフランジ部24に当接して摺動コマ6aが嵌着され、摺動コマ6aの後端から突出した芯パイプ23の後端孔は尾栓25等で閉塞されている。芯の繰り出しは、シャープペンシル筆記体7の先端の段部28が先軸3の内段部27に当接した状態で、摺動コマ6aの軸推移によりチャックを移動して行われる。

ところで、前記中軸1で、周溝19の適宜前方の側面に円周状の鍔部1aが形成され、鍔部1aの後方近傍に突状の係止部1bが形成されている。又、後軸4の前端内孔に円周溝状の係止部4cが形成され、後方内孔には段部4bと更に軸方向のリブ4aが形成されている。又、前記円筒カムの筒部20の周面に鍔部20bとその後方に軸方向の溝21が形成されている。後軸4は上記筒部20を被覆する状態で嵌装され、上記リブ4aが上記溝21に嵌入し、段部4bが鍔部20bに略当接状態となり、更に上記係止部4cが上記係止部1bに弾性的に係合する。以上で、中軸1に対し後軸4はその前端が上記鍔部1aに当接する範囲で軸推移可能、且つ、回転可能に止着されると共に円筒カム5は後軸4に対し前後動のみ可能に回転止めされる。

又、内筒34は樹脂製の筒状体で、後端に鍔状の天冠35を有し、前方に底部37とその先端に係止部38を有している。又、天冠35と底部37を繋ぐ筒部の側面には対向する一対のスリット36が穿設されている。内筒内には後端に消しゴム45を止着した消しゴムホルダー40が装着される。消しゴムホルダー40は後方に消しゴム45を挟着する一対の弾性片43が形成され、弾性片43の内面には係止突起44を有している。又、前方の筒部41の外周には突起42が形成されている。消しゴムホルダー40は突起42と弾性片43を内筒部のスリット36に嵌装し、突起42が更に螺旋溝33に嵌入した状態で内筒34に配設されている。

以上で、内筒34は消しゴムホルダーの突起42を筒部20の螺旋溝33に係合するように適宜回転しながら前記円筒カムの筒部20に嵌装して、天冠35が筒部20の後端に当接すると共に、筒部20の内孔前方に設けた段部39に内筒の係止部38が係止して内筒34は筒部20に対し回転のみ可能に抜け止めされる。以上で、後軸4に対し天冠35を回転すると消しゴムホルダー40が前後動して消しゴム45が天冠の後端孔35aから出没可能となる。

次に、組立順序で説明すると、シャープペンシル筆記体7、ボールペン等筆記体8a,8bは後端に夫々の摺動コマ6a、6b,6cを接続させて、前述の中軸のガイド筒2の各案内溝9a、9b,9cに移動自在に嵌装され、各摺動コマ6a、6b,6cの前端面と各案内溝9a、9b,9c前面の仕切り部16との間に介装したリターンスプリング30a、30b,30cにより後方へ附勢される。続いて円筒カム5を中軸1の後端孔に挿入して突起17を周溝19に弾性的に嵌入させて、中軸1に対して円周方向に略240度で回転自在且つ抜け止めして止着される。又、シャープペンシル筆記体7が突出した状態で、円筒カム5は中軸1に対して芯繰り出しに必要なストローク分前後動可能と成され、筆記体の収納時又はボールペン等筆記体8a,8bの突出した状態で若干前後動する。
又、各摺動コマ6a、6b,6cは常時リターンスプリング30a、30b,30cによって後方へ附勢されているので、常にその突起22a、22b,22cのカム斜面を円筒カム5のカム斜面14に接触した状態を保っている。

又、中軸1の段部31の前面に先軸3の後端面が当接状態で、筒部10の係合部13が先軸3の係合溝12に弾性的に嵌着して、先軸3と中軸1が回転止め且つ抜け止め状態に固定される。尚、先軸3は適宜な力で着脱可能になっている。この状態で、先軸3又は中軸1に対して円筒カム5を一方に回転すると、摺動コマ6aが前進して円筒カム5のカム斜面14の最前端の切欠15が一方のシャープペンシル筆記体7の摺動コマ6aの突起22aに係止して筆記先端部が先軸先端口から突出状態になる。又、先軸3又は中軸1に対して円筒カム5を他方に回転すると、摺動コマ6aが後退してシャープペンシル筆記体7の筆記先端部が先軸先端口から没入すると共に、摺動コマ6bが前進して1つ目のボールペン等筆記体8aの筆記先端部が先軸先端口から突出する。その時、上述したように円筒カムの突起17が周溝19の段部54bに当接する。この状態から、中軸1に対し後軸4を前進して前端を中軸の鍔部1aに当接させると、上記突起17と段部54bの当接が解除される状態となり、そのまま円筒カムを回転すると摺動コマ6bが後退してボールペン等筆記体8aの筆記先端部が先軸先端口から没入すると共に、摺動コマ6cが前進して2つ目のボールペン等筆記体8bの筆記先端部が先軸先端口から突出する。

次に、円筒カム後方の筒部20を被覆して後軸4が中軸1の鍔部1aに当接した状態で中軸1に対し止着される。この状態で円筒カムの筒部20は後軸のリブ4aが筒部の溝21に嵌入して円筒カム5は後軸4に対し前後動のみ可能に回転止めされる。尚、後軸4と円筒カム5の回転止めの為の手段は上記以外にも設計都合で設けることも可能である。
一方、消しゴム45を止着した消しゴムホルダー40を内筒34内に嵌装した状態で円筒カムの筒部20の後端から回転を加えながら挿入して、天冠35の前端を筒部20の後端に当接させた状態で筒部20に対し回転方向のみ可能に止着する。以上により、後軸4に対し天冠35を左右に回転すると天冠の後端孔35aから消しゴム45が出没する。

又、図5及び図6は円筒カムの突起17と中軸1`の係合状態を示す他の対応例を示している。この場合には周溝60に突起17を嵌装する手段として、中軸1`の後端から突起17を嵌装するガイド溝61の上壁に傾斜面63を有した仕切り壁62を設けている。仕切り壁62を設けた理由は、上記係合部に於ける中軸1`の剛性を強化することにある。

又、上記軸部71の後端近傍に係止部72が形成され、更に後方にスリット73が形成された筒部が延設されている。
又、上記内筒75はスリットを有した円筒カムの筒部に被嵌されて円筒カムの係止部72に回転方向のみ可能に係止する係止部78が設けられ、内筒75後端の天冠77が後軸74の後端から突出状態と成されている。
以上により、後軸74に対し天冠77を左右に回転すると消しゴムは後端孔から出没可能となる。

【作用】
先ず、第1の実施例に於いて、先軸3又は中軸1に対して後軸4を一方に回転すると、図1に示すように円筒カム5のカム斜面14の先端に設けた切欠15が一方のシャープペンシル筆記体7の摺動コマ6aと係合してその筆記先端部を先軸先端口から突出する。この時、円筒カム5の突起17は中軸1の周溝19で巾広溝52に位置している。この状態で天冠35の後端をノックして円筒カム5を軸推移すると、その動作が摺動コマ6a、芯パイプ23、シャープペンシル筆記体7に伝達され、筆記先端部の段部28が先軸3の内段部27に当接した状態から継手29と共にチャックが軸推移して芯が繰り出される。又、先軸3又は中軸1に対して後軸4を他方に回転すると、シャープペンシル筆記体7が後退し、代わりにボールペン等筆記体8aの筆記先端部が先軸先端口から突出する。その時円筒カムの突起17が周溝の段部54bに当接するのでハッキリと位置決めされる。又、この状態から後軸4の前端を中軸の鍔部1aに当接させて更に回転するとボールペン等筆記体8aが後退し、代わりにボールペン等筆記体8bの筆記先端部が先軸先端口から突出する。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上のように、従来例に対し金属が樹脂に代替えされ、部品点数が省略されて構造が単純化され、且つ、組立てが容易となりコスト低減が達成可能となる。又、後軸(キャップ)が適宜長さに設定できるので、デザイン上の融通性があり、又、回転操作がし易くなる。
又更に、より便利な3種の筆記体が選択可能となり、且つ、使用頻度の高い第1、第2の筆記体を円筒カムの回転規制でハッキリした選択操作を可能とし、必要に応じて第3の筆記体が容易に選択可能となる。
