従来の二つ折り戸のような折り戸は、図3に示すように隣り合う戸パネル1をヒンジ部2′に連結して折り畳み自在に形成されている。ヒンジ部2′は樹脂製のキャップaとアルミニウムのような金属製のヒンジチャンネルbにて形成されている。キャップaは戸パネル1の端面を覆うように被着され、埋め込み片cが戸パネル1に埋設されるように打ち込まれており、各キャップaには断面C字状の軸受け部dが設けられている。ヒンジチャンネルbは略コ字状であり、両側端に断面円状の軸部eが設けられている。隣り合う戸パネル1のキャップa間にはヒンジチャンネルbが配置され、ヒンジチャンネルbの軸部eが軸受け部dに回転自在に嵌合されている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため本発明の請求項1の折り戸のヒンジ部の構造は、硬質材料にて形成せる中央板部3と両側の側部板部4とを並設すると共に中央板部3の両側の側端と両側の側部板部4の側端との間を軟質材料よりなる連結部5で連結してヒンジ体2を形成し、隣り合う戸パネル1の端面間に上記ヒンジ体2を配置すると共にヒンジ体2の側部板部4を戸パネル1の端面に沿わせて取着し、上記ヒンジ体2の表面に化粧シート6を被着し、ヒンジ体2の表面に被着する化粧シート6と外観を揃えた化粧シート7を戸パネル1の表面に被着して成ることを特徴とする。ヒンジ体2の連結部5を屈曲部として折り曲げができ、ヒンジ体2の構造を従来に比べて簡単にできる。またヒンジ体2の側部板部4を戸パネル1の端面に沿わせて取り付けることができるため、ビス等にて取り付けることができて従来に比べて戸パネル1への取り付けが容易にできる。さらにヒンジ体2の表面に化粧シート6を取り付けることで従来に比べて外観を向上できる。またヒンジ体2の外観と戸パネル1の外観を揃えて折り戸の外観を一層向上できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
折り戸は例えば二つ折り戸であり、図1に示すように一対の戸パネル1をヒンジ体2にて回転自在に連結して形成されている。ヒンジ体2は図2に示すように硬質材料にて形成せる中央板部3と、硬質材料にて形成せる一対の側部板部4と、軟質材料にて形成させる連結部5と、表面に被着した化粧シート6にて形成されている。中央板部3や側部板部4は上下に細長い板材であり、硬質合成樹脂のような硬質材料にて形成されている。連結部5は中央板部3の側端と側部板部4とを屈曲自在に連結するものであり、軟質合成樹脂のような軟質材料にて形成されている。中央板部3や側部板部4や連結部5を合成樹脂にて形成するとき2色成形等で一体に成形してもよい。

上記のように構成せる折り戸は図1(a)に示すように隣り合う戸パネル1が略面一になるように展開することで開口が閉塞され、図1(b)に示すように隣り合う戸パネル1が平行になるように折り畳むことで開口が開放される。このとき、ヒンジ体2の連結部5で屈曲して折り曲げることができる。また図1(a)のように隣り合う戸パネル1を展開して開口を閉じたときにはヒンジ体2の側部板部4の面取り面8と中央板部3の面取り面8とが当接してそれ以上回転することがなくなり、折れ戸が逆折れするのを防止でき、上記のような構造のヒンジ体2でも指詰めしたりするのを防止できる。

【発明の効果】
本発明の請求項1の発明は、硬質材料にて形成せる中央板部と両側の側部板部とを並設すると共に中央板部の両側の側端と両側の側部板部の側端との間を軟質材料よりなる連結部で連結してヒンジ体を形成し、隣り合う戸パネルの端面間に上記ヒンジ体を配置すると共にヒンジ体の側部板部を戸パネルの端面に沿わせて取着し、上記ヒンジ体の表面に化粧シートを被着しているので、ヒンジ体の連結部を屈曲部として折り曲げができ、ヒンジ体の構造を従来に比べて簡単にできるものであり、またヒンジ体の側部板部を戸パネルの端面に沿わせて取り付けることができるため、ビス等にて取り付けることができて従来に比べて戸パネルへの取り付けが容易にできるものであり、さらにヒンジ体の表面に化粧シートを取り付けることで従来に比べて外観を向上できるものである。またヒンジ体の表面に化粧シートを被着し、ヒンジ体の表面に被着する化粧シートと外観を揃えた化粧シートを戸パネルの表面に被着したので、ヒンジ体の外観と戸パネルの外観を揃えて折り戸の外観を一層向上できるものである。
