【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は計器ケースの取付装
置に係り、例えば調節計等の計器類のケース(計器ケー
ス)を計器取付用のパネルに取付ける場合に使用される
取付装置の改良に関する。

【従来の技術】従来、この種の取付装置としては、例え
ば図6および図7に示すような構成が知られている。す
なわち、計器ケース1の前面操作部(図中隠れる)側外
周にフランジ3を突設させ、計器ケース1の胴部1aに
はめ込んだ取付枠5の対向辺に弾性押圧片7を片持ち支
持状態で形成し、この弾性押圧片7の基部9にはフラン
ジ3方向へねじ11をねじ込み、かつその対向辺から係
合突片13を背面側へ突設させた構成が知られている。

6では図示せず)15の取付け穴(図示せず)に背面側
から計器ケース1をはめ込んでフランジ3をパネル15
に当接させ、計器ケース1の胴部1aには背面側から取

圧接させるとともに、取付枠5の係合突片13を計器ケ

に挟持するようにして計器ケース1をパネル15に固定
していた。さらに、計器ケース1のパネル15への固定
強度を高める必要がある場合には、取付枠5の基部9へ
ねじ11をねじ込んでパネル15を押圧していた。な

る観点から改良の余地があった。

定が得られるうえ、取付けや取外し操作の簡単な取付装
置を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】このような課題を解決す
るために本発明の取付装置は、パネルの取付孔に背面側
から挿入されるとともにそのパネルに係止されるフラン
ジを有する計器ケースと、この計器ケースの外周に背面
側からはめられて計器ケースに係合される取付枠を有
し、この取付枠には、この外周に両端を一体的に支持し
た弓形の帯状体からなるとともに、その中央膨出部をそ
の計器ケースのフランジに向けてパネルに直接当接させ
るよう大きき湾曲突出させたパネル抑え片を有するもの
である。
【0007】そして、本発明は、上記取付枠に形成され
たパネル抑え片を対角する位置に対をなして形成し、そ
の取付枠の外周にそのパネルを押圧するパネル抑え用ね
じを 進退動可能に保持する保持部を設けている。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面
を参照して説明する。図1は本発明に係る計器ケースの
取付装置の実施の形態を示す要部分解斜視図である。図
1において、角柱状の計器ケース19は、この一部を形
成する前面操作部21又はこの近傍外周から一体的に突
出するフランジ23を有する従来公知のものであり、後
述する計器類取付用のパネル25(図1では図示せ
ず。)の取付孔25aにその計器ケース19を背面(裏
面)側胴部19aから挿入したとき、フランジ23がパ
ネル25の表面側に当接するようになっている。
【0009】計器ケース19の胴部19aにおいてフラ
ンジ23に近い外周には、ノコギリ歯状の連続する係合
溝部19bが対角位置(図1中で下面側は隠れて見えな
い。)に形成されている(後述する図4参照)。前面操
作部21はこの背面側に複数の回路基板を配置した計器
の内器を構成し、計器ケース19から取り出せるように
なっているが、本発明の要旨ではないので説明を省略す
る。なお、符号27は前面操作部21を計器ケース19
に係止する係止部である。

aの外周形状とほぼ同形状の四角形状の枠型に合成樹脂
から成形加工されてなり、胴部19aの外径より僅かに
大径の内径と、フランジ23とほぼ同径又は小径の外周
を有し、計器ケース19の胴部19aに背面側からはめ
込み自在になっている。取付枠29の対向する各対向辺
29a、29bには、図2に示すように、パネル抑え片
31および保持部33が突出するように対角位置に形成
されている。

は、図3に示すように、背面側方向に湾曲する両端湾曲
部31a、31bとこれら両端湾曲部31a、31b間
でフランジ23方向へパネル抑え片31の端面から突出

る弓型の帯状体となっており、両端部(両端湾曲部31
a、31bの近傍で図3中の斜線で示す部分)が対向辺
29aに一体的に支持されている。そして、パネル抑え
片31は、両端湾曲部31a、31b間では対向辺29
aとの間で空隙S(図2および図4参照)が形成される
ようにして、対向辺29aと直交する対向辺29cに寄
せて形成されている。

が対向辺29aに一体的に支持されているから、中央膨
出部31cを背面側へ付勢力に抗して押圧すると、図3
中の破線で示すように、中央膨出部31cと両端湾曲部
31a、31bが変形しながら、中央膨出部31cが背
面側へ弾性的に大きく変位可能となる。保持部33は、
背面側とフランジ23方向に貫通するねじ孔33aを有
し、対向辺29aと直交する対向辺29dに寄せて形成
されるとともに、パネル抑え用のねじ35を弾性的に保
持する割溝33bがねじ孔33aに沿って形成されてい
る。

と直交する対向辺29dに寄せて同様のパネル抑え片3
1が形成され、対向辺29cに寄せて同様な保持部33
が形成され、対向辺29aとの間で対角位置関係となっ
ている。取付枠29の対向する各対向辺29a、29b
には、図1に示すように、背面側へ突出する係合突片3
7が形成されており、係合突片37には計器ケース19
の胴部19aに設けた係合溝部19bに噛み合う係合突
条37aが形成されている。そのため、取付枠29を計
器ケース19の胴部19aにはめ込んだとき、係合突片
37の係合突条37aが計器ケース19の係合溝部19
bに噛み合って係合し、取付枠29のフランジ23方向
への前進移動が容易である反面、背面側への後退移動が
阻止されるようになっている。
【0014】このような計器ケースの取付装置は、例え
ば図1において、計器ケース19と取付枠29の間にパ
ネル25を配置して背面側から取付孔25aへ挿入し、
図5に示すように、フランジ23をパネル25の表面側
に当接させ、計器ケース19の胴部19aに取付枠29
をはめ込み、図4のように取付枠29の係合突片37を
胴部19aの係合溝部19bに噛み合せ係合させた状態
で、取付枠29を更にフランジ23方向へ前進移動させ
ると、パネル抑え片31の中央膨出部31cがパネル2
5の裏面に当接し、背面側へ弾性的に変位するとともに
パネル25に付勢力が加わり、フランジ23と取付枠2
9間でパネル25が弾性的に挟持され、計器ケース19
がパネル25に固定される。計器ケース19をパネル2
5から外す場合には、取付枠29の係合突片37の先端
を浮せて係合突条37aと係合溝部19bとの噛み合せ
係合を解除すれば、取付枠29を後退させて取外せる。
【0015】このような計器ケースの取付装置では、パ
ネル25の取付孔25aに計器ケース19を背面側から
挿入してこのパネル25にフランジ23を当接させ、こ
の計器ケース19の外周に背面側から取付枠29をはめ
込み、この取付枠29とフランジ23間でパネル25に
挟持するようにして計器ケース19を固定する構成にお
いて、両端湾曲部31a、31bとこの間にフランジ2
3に向けてそのパネルに直接当接させるよう大きく湾曲
膨出した中央膨出部31cとを有するパネル抑え片31
を、その両端部を取付枠29に一体的に支持させるよう
に形成し、取付枠29に形成した係合突片37を計器ケ
ース19の係合溝部19bに噛み合せる構成としたか
ら、パネル25をフランジ23との間で弾性的に挟持す
るパネル抑え片31がその両端湾曲部31a、31b近
傍の2箇所で取付枠29に支持される一方、中央膨出部
31cでパネル25を抑えるので、パネル抑え片31の
機械的強度が良好であるうえ良好な弾性も確保できる
し、計器ケース19を確実に固定できる。

35をねじ込んでパネル25を押圧すれば、より一層確
実かつ強固に計器ケース19をパネル25に固定でき

ケース19の胴部19aに係合溝部19bを形成し、こ
れにはめ込む取付枠29には係合突片37を突設して係
合溝部19bに噛み合う係合突条37aを形成し、取付
枠29を計器ケース19に係合固定する構成であった
が、本発明はこれに限定されず、種々の係合固定構成が
可能である。要は、取付枠29の前進動変位が容易であ
る反面、後退を阻止するような計器ケース19と取付枠
29との係合構成が好ましい。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように本発明の取付装置
は、パネルに係止するフランジを計器ケースに設け、こ
の計器ケースの外周に背面側から取付枠をはめて計器ケ
ースに係合し、中央膨出部をその計器ケースのフランジ
に向けそのパネルに直接当接させるよう大きく湾曲突出
させた弓形の帯状体パネル抑え片についてこの両端を取
付枠の外周に一体的に支持させたので、計器ケースをパ
ネルに背面側から挿入し、この計器ケースに取付枠をは
めて計器ケースに係合すると、パネルがフランジとパネ
ル抑え片の間で適切な弾性的に挟持可能となるうえ、こ
のパネル抑え片は両端が取付枠に支持されているから、
機械的強度も良好となるし、取付枠の取付けや取外し操
作も簡単である。また、上記取付枠に形成されたパネル
抑え片を対角する位置に対をなして形成したから、計器
ケースを平面的に一層安定的に固定できる利点がある。
さらに、上記取付枠の外周にそのパネルを押圧するパネ
ル抑え用ねじを進退動可能に保持する保持部を設けたか
ら、パネル抑え片の機能とあいまって計器ケースをより

かつ中央膨出部を前記計器ケースのフランジに向けて前
記パネルに直接当接させるよう大きく湾曲突出させた弓
形の帯状体からなり、対角する位置に対をなして形成さ
れたパネル抑え片と、前記パネルを押圧するパネル抑え
用ねじを進退動可能に保持する保持部とを有する取付枠
と、 を具備することを特徴とする計器ケースの取付装置。(57) [Claim 1] An instrument case having a flange which is inserted from the back side into a mounting hole of a panel for mounting instruments and has a flange which is locked to the panel, and an outer periphery of the instrument case.
