Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to charcoal that is a carbide and a sheet-like product of the carbide.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Wood is a conventional raw material of charcoal, and is used for a humidity control action, a deodorization action, a soil improvement action, a water purification action, and the like as a carbide in addition to the use as an original fuel.
As raw materials, not only log-shaped wood, but also wood chips, and some are carbonized using various plant residues, the form of which is granulated, powdered, or mixed with other binders to form a specific shape Various ideas have been proposed to try.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The shape of the conventional charcoal is a log or a fine granule or powder, and there is no sheet made of only charcoal.
As a sheet-like material, it is considered that dust coal is sprinkled on the surface of the sheet-like base material, or a sheet obtained by thinly spreading a mixture of granular coal or powdered coal with a binder is considered. I have.
[0004]
However, in such a case, charcoal is mixed together with other materials, which is different from a sheet made of pure charcoal only.
Therefore, the present invention provides a sheet-like carbide and a product using the sheet-like carbide.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is characterized in that a woven fabric or a knitted fabric woven with Japanese paper yarn is carbonized into charcoal, and the sheet-like product is a sheet-like carbonized carbonized fabric or knitted fabric. Is coated and bonded with a normal woven or / and knitted fabric.
[0006]
Washi is made from plants such as mulberry, mitsumata, and gambi, and is made of wood.Washi is made by twisting Washi into a thread, so it is woven or woven with Washi thread. The knitted fabric is, like carbon, if it is carbonized, turned into charcoal to obtain a sheet-shaped charcoal in the form of a woven or knitted fabric.
[0007]
And since it is woven or knitted, it has a strong form retention force, there is no danger that the constituent yarns will be separated even if it is carbonized. The contact surface is wide, and each action efficiency such as humidity control and deodorization becomes extremely good.
[0008]
In addition, the carbonized woven or knitted sheet is sandwiched on its front and back surfaces with a woven or knitted fabric using ordinary yarn to maintain the form of the carbonized sheet with the woven or knitted fabric. In addition to making it stronger, the form of the carbonized sheet does not collapse even if it is bent freely, and it can be used and processed as a woven or knitted fabric as before.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described.
The Japanese paper thread is obtained by cutting Japanese paper into an appropriate width and twisting it into a thread shape, and can be set to any thickness.
By carbonization, the twisted Japanese paper yarn 1 shrinks somewhat, but it is not necessary to weave as a particularly thick yarn, and a yarn having a thickness in a range that is used usually may be selected.
[0010]
Also, there is no limitation on the structure in weaving, and even the basic plain weave 2 can maintain the structure after sufficient carbonization as it is. Carbonization is performed at 800 ° C. to 1,000 ° C. by a general carbonizing method. Carbide 3 can be obtained by heating in the range.
[0011]
FIG. 2 is a diagram in which a carbonized material 3 obtained by carbonizing a woven fabric obtained by weaving a Japanese paper thread 1 is coated and adhered to the woven fabrics 4 and 5 on the front and back surfaces in a sandwich shape.
The woven fabrics 4 and 5 are woven with arbitrary yarns in an arbitrary structure, and may be woven fabrics having the same structure with the same yarn or different structures with different yarns. It can have a sandwich configuration.
[0012]
Although the above description has been made with reference to a woven fabric, the same applies to a case where a knitted fabric is carbonized or a case where a knitted fabric is covered in a sandwich shape.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the present invention carbonizes a woven or knitted fabric using Japanese paper yarn, a sheet-like charcoal is obtained, and since this sheet has a woven / knitted structure, the form can be maintained, Since the tissue has a gap, the area that comes into contact with air and the like is large, and various actions and effects of charcoal can be efficiently exhibited.
[0014]
Further, since the sheet-like carbide is covered with the woven or knitted fabric in a sandwich shape, bending and attachment can be performed as the woven or knitted fabric, and the contact area of the carbide with air or the like can be secured.
