したものであって、鉛直軸線を中心として回転可能に支
持された環状貯液槽、ロータリジョイントと液分配管と
を介して沈殿性液体を上記環状貯液槽に供給する液供給
管、上記沈殿性液体を容器に注入充填するために上記環
状貯液槽の底部に取り付けられた多数の充填バルブ、及
び上記沈殿性液体を攪拌する攪拌装置を備えた沈殿性液
体充填機において、上記攪拌装置は、吸引側が上記ロー
タリジョイントに接続され上記環状貯液槽の環内に設け
られているポンプ、同ポンプの吐出側に接続され上記環
状貯液槽の複数箇所に至る複数の供給管、及び複数の小
口径の噴出口を備え環状貯液槽の内部に連なる上記各供
給管の端部に取付けられた噴出ノズルからなることを特
徴とする沈殿性液体充填機に関するものである。 【0007】 【作用】環状貯液槽へ送給される沈殿性液体の一部をポ
ンプによってロータリジョイント部から吸引し、供給管
および噴出ノズルを介して環状貯液槽内へ噴射する。こ
の噴流の噴出流速によって沈殿性液体が攪拌され、均質
な充填が行われる。攪拌は、ロータリジョイントから吸
引した液の噴出によって行うため、貯液槽の液位に関係

液槽1の複数箇所に至る複数個の供給管、7は同各供給
管の環状貯液槽1の内部に連る端部に設けられている噴
出ノズルである。この噴出ノズルには小口径の噴出口が
多数設けられている。符号9,6,および7を付した部
分から攪拌装置が構成されている。この攪拌装置は環状
貯液槽と共に回るものである。上記以外の部分の構成お
よび作用は従来技術と同じである。 【0009】本実施例における攪拌装置は、ポンプ9に
よって下部ロータリジョイント4から液分岐点8を経て
製品液を吸引し、供給管6および噴出ノズル7を経て環
状貯液槽1内へ噴出させることによって製品液を攪拌す
る。製品液が小口径の複数の噴出口から貯液槽1内に貯
留されている製品液内へ噴射されることによって、貯留
されている製品液が効果的に攪拌される。また本攪拌装
置は、供給管3から供給される液を下部ロータリジョイ
ントから分岐点8を経て吸引して噴出するものであり、
従来の攪拌装置のように、貯留されている液を吸引して
循環させるものと異り、槽内の液位に関係なく作用させ
ることができ、均質な充填を行うことができる。 【0010】なお、噴出ノズル7から噴射される製品液
の量、液の速度等はポンプ9の能力によって適宜決定さ
れ、環状貯液槽1が最も有効に攪拌されるように選定さ
れる。又、供給管6の本数や位置等も環状貯液槽1の大
きさ、液位等を考慮して適宜選定される。 【0011】 【発明の効果】本発明の沈殿性液体充填機において、攪
拌装置は、吸引側がロータリジョイントに接続され環状
貯液槽の環内に設けられているポンプ、同ポンプの吐出
側に接続され上記環状貯液槽の複数箇所に至る複数の供
給管、及び複数の小口径の噴出口を備え環状貯液槽の内
部に連なる上記各供給管の端部に取付けられた噴出ノズ
ルから構成されるので、環状貯液槽内の液位に関係なく
効果的に攪拌を行うことができ、均質な充填を行うこと
ができる。
