Description of the Related Art In recent years, the number of construction examples such as baseball fields, soccer fields, and tennis courts on which artificial turf has been laid tends to increase. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the artificial turf is formed by vegetating a large number of piles 1b made of a synthetic resin such as nylon or polypropylene on a base cloth 1a made of a plain polypropylene fabric or the like. Artificial grass 1 is laid on a flat base 2,
In order to get close to the appearance and performance of natural grass, sand, silica sand, elastic granular material of polymer material, or the like having a fine particle diameter of about 0.2 mm to 1.2 mm, if necessary, in order to approximate the appearance and performance of natural grass. It occurs near the baseline on tennis courts. When such early wear 3 occurs, conventionally, only that part was peeled off and replaced with a new artificial grass,
In addition to the large amount of labor and time required for the refilling work, the refilled portion is inevitably noticeable and is not desirable in appearance.

Even if the colors and colors are unified, the appearance will inevitably be different.

However, it can be said that this problem is serious due to the large number of legs.

Artificial grass in a specific area and artificial grass in other areas
Using the same pile as that used for, and, while making the pile length of the artificial grass in the specific area longer than the pile length of the other area, a base supporting the artificial grass in the specific area,
In order to make the finished surface of the artificial turf entirely flat, the concave surface was made to correspond to the pile length and lowered. As a result, the wear life is extended by the length of the pile.

The sand to be filled in the recesses in the specific region is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to make the particle size of the granular material on the lower layer side relatively smaller than that on the upper layer side. As a result, the "tightness" of the granular material can be hardened, and the bouncing property of the ball in the long pile length portion is improved.

A description will be given based on (A) to (C). The artificial turf 1 shown in the figure is basically the same as the conventional artificial turf. A base fabric 1a made of a plain fabric made of a synthetic resin such as polypropylene is used, and a synthetic resin such as nylon or polypropylene is used. The pile 1b made of flat split yarns or monofilament yarns produced is vegetated at a uniform density. The pile 1b may be cut pile, loop pile or a combination thereof, or straight hair, crimped yarn or a combination thereof. The artificial turf 1 is laid on the base 2, but the base 2 may have a water-permeable structure in which chestnuts, crushed stones, etc. are spread, or a non-water-permeable structure such as concrete or asphalt. Also,
If necessary, a cushioning material layer such as a foam layer, a pavement layer made of an elastic material, or a non-woven fabric layer may be provided between the base cloth 1a and the base 2.

That is, the base 2 has a partially low concave surface 4 in the specific region S having a long pile length. The pile length of the artificial turf 1 laid on the concave surface 4 is relatively long. Therefore, in the finished state of the artificial turf 1, the surface P thereof is substantially flat regardless of the pile length.

In a specific area where early wear is expected, such as near the baseline of a tennis court, the central area of the area is particularly heavily worn, and the degree of wear decreases toward the peripheral area. Therefore, the deepest concave surface in FIG. 4a may be formed so as to coincide with the central portion of the specific region.

However, if necessary, in the specific region S, the upper layer side uses the granular material having the same particle diameter as the other portions, while the lower layer side uses the granular material having the smaller particle diameter, so that the “tightness” of the granular material is reduced. It can be hardened to compensate for the decrease in ball bound.

工期間の短縮を図れる。Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment and various modifications are possible. For example, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the concave surface 4 or 4a having a one-step or multi-step shape, Although 4b is formed, it is of course possible to form a continuously deep concave surface in a mortar shape. The concave surface or the pile length may be determined in consideration. Particularly, when the concave surface 4 is formed on the base 2 of the asphalt pavement 5 as shown in FIG. 2, it is preferable to use the step block 6.
Here, the step block 6 is a block body of a predetermined length solidified in a L-shaped cross section with a mineral material such as concrete, a synthetic resin, a rubber material, or the like, and an artificial grass between the concave surface 4 and other flat portions. It is convenient to eliminate the height difference of 1. Several kinds of step blocks 6 having different sizes, depths, etc. are prepared, these step blocks 6 are appropriately selected and fitted to the edge of the specific region S, and are continuously connected to the step horizontal surface 6a of the step block 6. By forming the concave surface 4 by doing so, efficient construction is possible. The concave surface 4 following the step horizontal surface 6a of the step block 6 may be the asphalt pavement 5 as shown in FIG. 2 or may be a simple roadbed without pavement. In addition, as a basic structure of the step block 6, FIG.
As described above, the flat plate block 7 on which the mortar 8 is added may be embedded, or the step block 6 may be simply placed on the roadbed. Further, in the present invention, only the artificial turf having a long pile length may be put in a specially made frame and the frame may be embedded in the base. This facilitates the construction of artificial turf and shortens the construction period.

Unlike the pile vegetation density, the pile length does not affect the movement performance such as ball bouncing and slipperiness of shoes, so the entire surface of the artificial grass can be made uniform and a comfortable feeling can be maintained for a long time. .
