Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a structure for constructing an outer wall of a building, a hat joiner or a joint joiner is provided at a butt joint between adjacent outer wall plates or at a butt joint between an outer wall plate and a projected corner post. Then, a sealing material is placed on it. Such an outer wall construction structure requires a lot of time and labor for construction and requires a long construction period. Further, the finish of the surface of the joint portion is a part of the exterior surface that directly comes into contact with the eye, so that it requires skill in the construction technique.

Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to be compatible with the surface of the outer wall plate. Furthermore, joint deterioration due to aging of the above-mentioned sealing material and deterioration caused by insufficient weather resistance are unavoidable. As a result, the exterior wall construction structure will have a poor external appearance, and will also impair the rain performance.

In the outer wall construction structure, since it is not necessary to hit nails or the like on the outer wall plate itself, there is no risk of deterioration of the appearance design of the outer wall plate or cracking of the outer wall plate. Further, in the outer wall construction structure, a ventilation layer is formed between the outer wall plate and the structural body, and thus the outer wall construction is excellent in air permeability. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the structural body and the outer wall plate.

However, in the outer wall construction structure, a gap is created between the outer wall plate and the structural frame as described above, and should water enter between the joint treatment member and the outer wall plate, this will cause a gap in the outer wall plate. May reach the underside or structural body. This may deteriorate the structural body and the outer wall plate.

A part of the water conduit is formed by bringing the back surface of the side wall of the outer wall plate into close contact with the backup material. That is, the water conduit is a space that is shielded from the structural body and the back side surface of the outer wall plate excluding the side end portions. Therefore, in the joint portion, even if water intrudes between the surface joint forming portion and the end surface of the outer wall plate, the water flows downward through the water conduit to the back side of the outer wall plate. There is no danger of reaching the surface or the structural body. Therefore, the above-mentioned outer wall construction structure is excellent in waterproofness, and there is no possibility of causing deterioration of the outer wall plate and the structural body due to flooding.

That is, even if there is some dimensional deviation in the front-rear direction of each member such as the fastening metal fittings and the furring strip, the deviation can be absorbed by the elasticity of the backup material, and the outer wall plate can be used as a backup material. It can be firmly attached to the construction. Therefore, it is possible to obtain an outer wall construction structure that is easier to construct and has excellent waterproofness.
