Description

The present invention relates to a cardboard box in which an upper lid can be reliably locked.

Cardboard boxes made by folding plate-shaped cardboard are strong and lightweight, so they are widely used as packaging containers and boxes used when transporting containers containing beverages, cosmetics, etc. Yes.
These cardboard boxes have various shapes depending on the contents to be stored, and many of them have shapes suitable for the size and quantity of the containers to be stored so that they do not rattle inside during transportation. The types are also diverse.
For example, a corrugated cardboard box described in Patent Document 1 has a movable side wall provided in a side surface side opening of a box body whose upper surface and a part of the side surface are opened, and a tongue piece projects from the open end of the movable side wall. ing.
Also, slits are formed at folding positions of the folding pieces formed continuously on the side wall and the bottom, and the box body is assembled by inserting and engaging the tongue pieces into these slits, and the movable wall is opened. Thus, the product stored in the box body can be easily taken out.

On the other hand, a cardboard box provided with a locking piece for locking the upper lid so that the upper lid does not open carelessly when the upper lid covering the upper surface opening of the box body is closed is also known.
For example, as shown in FIG. 9, this cardboard box has two upper lids b and an upper lid c that cover the upper surface opening of the box body a, and an engaging piece d is inserted into the open end of one upper lid b. A slit e is formed.
At both ends of the locking piece d, a slit h is formed on the folding line g of the locking piece d, in addition to the engaging portion f that engages with both ends of the slit e. A tongue piece i protruding from the slit e portion of the other upper lid c is fitted, thereby preventing the locking piece d inserted into the slit e from coming off from the slit e.
JP-A-10-86929

However, in the corrugated cardboard box described in the above-mentioned patent document 1, since the engaging portion is not formed on the tongue piece that inserts the movable wall into the side wall or the slit on the bottom, the movable wall is not prepared during the handling or transportation of the cardboard box. There is a problem that the contents are easily dropped.
On the other hand, the cardboard box shown in FIG. 9 has a complicated shape in which a slit h is formed on the folding line g of the locking piece d and a tongue piece i is formed on the slit e of the other upper lid c, so that the cardboard board is cut. There is a problem that the shape of the blade of the cutting means is complicated.
Further, after inserting the engaging piece d into the slit e, it is necessary to insert the tongue piece i into the slit h on the engaging piece d side. However, the engaging piece d and the tongue piece i inserted into the slit e are almost the same. Since it becomes the same plane, there is also a problem that it takes time to insert the tongue piece i into the slit h.
The present invention has been made to improve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a corrugated cardboard box in which an upper lid provided in an openable / closable manner at an opening of a box body can be securely engaged.

The cardboard box of the present invention is formed by adhering both ends of four side plates arranged in a horizontal direction, and is a frame body that can be assembled and folded in a frame shape, and a bottom plate that covers the bottom surface of the box body. An upper flap that covers the upper surface opening of the box body in an openable and closable manner; an upper cover that includes a first upper cover and a second upper cover that covers the upper opening of the box main body in an openable and closable manner; A slit that is connected to the open end of the second upper lid and that can be inserted into the slit, and is provided at both ends of the locking piece via a fold line and is bent from the fold line Then, the latching piece is formed by inserting the latching piece into the slit and standing up and latching on the inner side of the first upper lid.

With the above configuration, since the locking tongue pieces formed at both ends of the locking piece are locked inside the first upper cover, the locking of the upper cover can be performed reliably, so that the box body can be stored or transported. The upper lid is not inadvertently opened, thereby reliably preventing the contents such as the container accommodated in the box body from dropping off or foreign matters from entering the box body from the outside.
In addition, the second upper lid locked to the inside of the first upper lid by the locking tongue cannot be easily opened from the outside, so that it is possible to prevent illegal acts such as intentionally mixing foreign matter into the box body. The box body is highly safe during transportation and storage, and it is easy and inexpensive to implement because it is only necessary to provide locking tongue pieces via folding lines at both ends of the locking pieces that lock the second upper lid. can do.

In the cardboard box of the present invention, the slit is formed by a linear slit having a length substantially the same as the length obtained by adding both locking tongue pieces to the locking piece, and a wide slit having a length substantially the same as the length of the locking piece. It is what.

With the above configuration, when closing the upper surface opening of the box body with the upper lid, even if the thickness of the locking piece is increased by the locking tongue piece bent from the fold line, the locking piece can be inserted easily.

According to the cardboard box of the present invention, since the locking tongue pieces formed at both ends of the locking piece are locked inside the first upper cover, the upper cover can be securely locked. The upper lid does not open carelessly during transport or transportation, and this ensures that the contents of the container and other items contained in the box body are not dropped and foreign matter is mixed into the box body from the outside. In addition, since it is only necessary to provide the locking tongue piece via the fold line at both ends of the locking piece for locking the second upper lid, it can be carried out easily and inexpensively.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 is a developed view of a cardboard box, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a state in which the middle flap and the upper lid are opened, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a state in which the middle flap is closed, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a state in which the first upper lid is closed. 5 is a perspective view showing a state in which the second upper lid is closed, FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a state in which the second upper lid is closed, FIG. 7 is an enlarged plan view in a circle A in FIG. 6, and FIG. Of the four side plates 2, the two side plates 2a and 2c facing each other have a rectangular shape elongated in the horizontal direction, and the other two pieces 2b and 2d have a rectangular shape whose lateral width is shorter than the side plates 2a and 2c. The side plate 2a, the side plate 2b, the side plate 2c, and the side plate 2d are arranged in the horizontal direction through the mountain fold lines 2e, 2f, and 2g in this order, and the margin 2i is formed on the vertical side of the side plate 2a. They are connected via a folding line 2h.

Among the side plates 2a to 2d, the upper lid 3 is connected to the upper sides of the side plates 2a and 2c via mountain fold lines 3c and 3d, and the side plates 2c and 2d are connected to the intermediate flaps 4a and 4b. A bottom plate 5 is connected to the bottom of 2d.
The upper lid 3 connected to the upper sides of the side plates 2a and 2c is composed of a first upper lid 3a and a second upper lid 3a. The upper lid 3 is bent in a box shape with the side plates 2a to 2d, and a margin 2i is formed along the vertical side of the side plate 2d. The vertical width W1 is formed in a size that covers almost two-thirds of the upper surface opening 1a of the box body 1 formed by bonding.
And when the opening part 1a of the box main body 1 is closed, the slit 6 is formed along the centerline O in the part located in the centerline O of the opening 1a.
The slit 6 was formed to be slightly shorter than the linear slit portion 6b formed slightly longer than the length L1 of the locking piece 7 protruding from the open end portion of the second upper lid 3b. The width L2 of the wide slit 6a is slightly larger than the length L1 when the locking portions 7a formed at both ends of the locking piece 7 are bent from the folding line 7b. It has become.

The second upper lid 3b closes the opening 1a so as to overlap the upper side of the first upper lid 3a that closes the opening 1a of the box body 1. The vertical width W2 is open to the center line O of the opening 1a. The ends are almost coincident.
At both ends of the locking piece 7 projecting from the open end of the second upper lid 3b, locking tongues 7a having inclined surfaces whose upper edges are inclined downward toward the end are formed. Between the bottom edge of the tongue piece a and the open end edge of the second upper lid 3 b, a slit 7 c slightly wider than the thickness of the cardboard plate forming the box body 1 is provided between the second upper lid 3 b and the locking piece 7. Is formed along a mountain fold line 7d.
A fold line 7b for bending the locking tongue piece 7a is formed between the top of the inclined surface of the locking tongue piece 7a and the end of the slit 7b.
Further, among the side plates 2a to 2d forming the box body 1, the middle flap 4 continuously provided on the upper sides of the side plates 2b and 2d is formed to have a slightly smaller width than the width of the side plates 2b and 2d. The vertical width W1 of the first upper lid 3a is substantially the same, the corner on the open end side is formed with a small R, and the mountain flaps 4a, 4b and the side plates 2b, 2d are folded in a mountain Lines 4c and 4d are provided.

On the other hand, the bottom plate 5 connected to the bottom sides of the side plates 2a to 2d forming the box body 1 is composed of the bottom plates 5a and 5c connected to the bottom sides of the side plates 2a and 2c and the side plates 2b and 2d as shown in FIG. It consists of bottom plates 5b and 5d that are connected to the bottom side.
The bottom plates 5a and 5c have substantially the same shape, and have a vertical width W3 that is substantially the same as the vertical width W1 of the first upper lid 2a.
Both end edges of the bottom plates 5a and 5c are inclined so as to become narrower toward the bottom side in sequence, and a margin 5e is formed in a substantially triangular shape on one of both end edges (portion indicated by hatching in FIG. 1). .
A substantially chevron-shaped cut 5f is formed in the center of the bottom of each bottom plate 5a, 5c, and a straight portion 5g formed at the top of the cut 5f is engaged with each other when the bottom plate 5 is assembled. Mountain fold lines 5h and 5i are provided at the connecting portions of the side plates 2a and 2c and the bottom plates 5a and 5c.

The bottom plates 5b and 5d connected to the bottom sides of the side plates 2b and 2d via the mountain fold lines 5j and 5k have a vertical width W4 slightly smaller than the vertical width W3 of the bottom plates 5a and 5c. Is inclined at a gentle angle, and the other edge is inclined at a steep angle, and the joint between the inclined side and the base of the gentle angle is formed in a small R.
1 shows the eye direction of the corrugated cardboard plate forming the box body 1. In other words, the eye direction of the cardboard plate is the vertical direction of the side plate 2, the upper lid 3, and the bottom plate 5.

Next, a procedure for assembling the cardboard box constructed as described above will be described with reference to FIGS.
In assembling the box body 1 after cutting the corrugated cardboard plate into the unfolded shape shown in FIG. 1, first, the margin 2i continuously connected to the side plate 2a is folded from the mountain fold line 2h along the vertical side of the side plate 2d. Further, the margin 5e of the bottom plate 5a is adhered to the bottom plate 5b, and the margin 5e of the bottom plate 5c is adhered to the bottom plate 5d.
As a result, the side plate 2 is formed in a frame shape having an open top and bottom surface, and the bottom plate 5 is folded from the valley fold lines 5m and 5n to be accommodated in the frame. Since 1 becomes a flat plate shape, it does not become bulky when storing and transporting a large number of box bodies 1, which is convenient for storage and transportation.

Next, when storing and transporting a plurality of containers (not shown) such as beverages and cosmetics in the box body 1 or transporting them, the box body 1 in a folded state has a side plate 2 with a frame shape. The mountain folds are folded from the mountain fold lines 2e, 2f, and 2g.
As a result, the pre-bonded bottom plate 5 is folded so as to close the bottom opening of the box body 1, and at this time, the straight portions 5g of the cut portions 5f formed in the bottom plates 5a and 5c are engaged with each other. Even if the weight of the container or the like housed in the box body 1 is applied to the bottom plate 5, the bottom does not come off.
When a predetermined container or the like is accommodated in the box body 1 in the state shown in FIG. 2, first, the middle flaps 4a and 4b are bent along the mountain fold lines 4c and 4d, and the upper surface opening 1a of the box body 1 is as shown in FIG. Close.

Subsequently, when one of the upper lids 3 as shown in FIG. 4, that is, the first upper lid 3a is closed, the second upper lid 3b is also closed as shown in FIG. 5. At this time, the engagement formed on both ends of the locking piece 7 is also closed. The tongue piece 7a is folded inward from the fold line 7b, and the locking piece 7 is also folded from the mountain fold line 7d.
In this state, the locking piece 7 of the second upper lid 3b is inserted into the wide slit 6a of the slit 6 formed in the first upper lid 3a. The locking piece 7a is bent by the locking tongue piece 7a bent from the folding line 7d. Even if the thickness increases, the insertion work of the locking piece 7 can be performed easily.
As a result, the tip of the locking piece 7 is inserted between the middle flaps 4a, 4b and the first upper lid 3a as shown in FIG. 8, and after the insertion of the wide slit 6a, the locking tongue is brought about by its own elasticity. Since the piece 7a stands up to its original position as shown in FIG. 7, the bottom side of the locking tongue piece 7a is engaged with the inner side of both ends of the linear slit 6b so as not to come off from the wide slit 6a. Stopped.

FIG. 6 shows a state where the upper surface opening 1a of the box body 1 is closed by the upper lid 3, and the locking tongue pieces 7a formed at both ends of the locking piece 7 are locked inside the first upper lid 3a. As a result, the upper lid 3 is not inadvertently opened during storage or transportation of the box body 1, and the contents such as the container accommodated in the box body 1 are dropped off. Thus, foreign matter can be reliably prevented from entering the box body from the outside.
Further, since the second upper lid 3b locked to the inner side of the first upper lid 3a by the locking tongue 7a cannot be easily opened from the outside, an illegal act such as intentionally mixing a foreign substance into the box body 1 is obviated. Which can prevent the box body from being transported and stored

On the other hand, when the upper lid 3 is opened to take out the contents from the box body 1, the second upper lid 3b is strongly pulled upward.
As a result, the locking tongue piece 7a that has been locked inside the first upper lid 3a can be forcibly extracted from the linear slit 6b, so that the upper lid 3 and the middle flaps 4a and 4b can be opened. Thus, the contents can be taken out.
The shape of the cardboard box is not limited to the shape shown in the drawings, and it is needless to say that the cardboard box can be applied to various shapes of cardboard boxes.
