In order to eliminate this discomfort, a knitted fabric having a multilayer structure using synthetic fibers is used as an upper material of shoes as a lightweight material having breathability and cushioning properties. For example, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63-25004, a synthetic fiber, a spun yarn, a natural fiber, and the like are used for the front and back knitted fabrics, and the upper material is knitted with a knitted fabric having a three-dimensional structure in which a yarn intervenes in a space therebetween. A shoe is disclosed. In addition, 3-320
No. 3 discloses a shoe using a multilayered knit using a water-absorbent product such as nylon on the front and back knitted fabrics and a strong yarn such as nylon as the front and back splice yarns for the upper material. Further, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1-16782 discloses a multilayer knitted fabric for clothing in which a water-repellent treatment is applied to a skin-side surface layer and a water-absorbing treatment is applied to the other surface layer, and an intermediate layer is formed of hydrophilic fibers. I have.

的とする。However, in the above-mentioned multilayer knitted fabric for shoes and clothing, although the water absorbing property and the contact feeling at the time of sweating are considerably improved, the wearing feeling at the time of rainy weather or heavy exercise is not necessarily achieved. It was not satisfactory.
This is because the knitted fabric on the front and back and the middle layer are made of moisture-absorbing fibers such as spun yarn and natural fibers, so that the fluff impairs air permeability and the moisture accumulates on the knitted fabric, making it sticky during severe sweating. It is considered that the feeling and cushioning property are reduced, and the wearing feeling is deteriorated. An object of the present invention is to provide a lightweight shoe that prevents invasion of water from the outside, absorbs and diffuses moisture inside the shoe, and maintains appropriate cushioning properties.

If it is less than 100 cc / sec · cm 2 , moisture release and heat radiation from the inside of the shoe to the outside become insufficient, and the inside of the shoe tends to be stuffy and uncomfortable. Further, from the viewpoints of waterproofness and safety, the ventilation rate is preferably 400 cc / sec · cm 2 or less. The compression ratio of the upper material is 20% or more, more preferably 30% or more. If it is less than 20%, the knitted fabric becomes hard, and the bending resistance and the compression resistance are large, which causes a decrease in motor functionality and makes it difficult to absorb impact.
On the other hand, from the viewpoint of maintaining the form stability of the shoe, the compression ratio is preferably set to 80% or less. The bulk specific gravity of the upper material is 0.3 g / cm 3 or less, and more preferably 0.2 g / cm 3 or less. If it exceeds 0.3 g / cm 3 , the shoes become heavier and the exercise function tends to decrease. On the other hand, in order to stabilize the form of the shoes, the bulk specific gravity is preferably 0.05 g / cm 3 or more. In the present invention, the ventilation rate is JIS L 1096 (Fragile method).
, The compression ratio is a value obtained by measuring five times according to JIS L 1096 and averaging the measured values. The bulk specific gravity is a value obtained by measuring bulkiness according to JIS L 1018 and calculating the reciprocal of the measured value.

The water repellency is measured according to JIS L 1092 (spray method).
The score is 0 or more, and more preferably, no strike-through occurs at 80 or more after 5 washes. Water absorption is JIS L
It is measured by 1096 (drip method), preferably 10 seconds or less on the original cloth, 30 seconds or less after 5 washings, more preferably 5 seconds or less on the original cloth, and 10 seconds or less after 5 washings. The water-repellent processing is performed by a processing method that can selectively apply a general water-repellent resin such as a fluororesin, a silicon-based resin, or a wax-based resin to one surface, such as a printing method or a spraying method. The water-absorbing process uses a water-absorbing agent such as polyethylene glycol or a derivative thereof, and is applied to the back surface layer by dipping the knitted fabric in a working liquid after the water-repellent process or by the method used for the water-repellent process. The type and concentration of the processing agent used for the water-repellent processing and the water-absorbing processing can be determined by the water-repellent / water-absorbing performance required for the shoes. Further, if necessary, different performances such as antifouling property and antistatic property may be imparted to both outer surface layers.

The filament material has sufficient air permeability without causing the fabric to have excessive water retention, and it is easy to select a fineness and provide an appropriate cushioning property. Natural fibers such as cotton, hemp, and wool, and cellulosic fibers accumulate moisture, and spun yarns are not preferable because they have a basis weight and tend to fluff.

When the single fiber fineness of the multifilament is less than 1 denier, single yarn breakage is liable to occur, and water repellency and water absorption are likely to decrease. On the other hand, if it exceeds 5 denier, the texture becomes coarse and hard,
Foot contact is reduced, and discomfort is easily caused. If the total fineness is less than 30 denier, the cover factor tends to decrease, and the strength of the upper material, and thus the effect of the water-repellent or water-absorbing treatment, tends to decrease. On the other hand, if the total fineness exceeds 150 denier, the basis weight increases, and the breathability and lightness of the shoe decrease.

If the monofilament fineness of the monofilament is less than 15 denier, the cushioning property of the upper material becomes poor. On the other hand, if it exceeds 30 denier, the flexibility of the upper material may be impaired. Furthermore, when the monofilament fineness of the monofilament of the intermediate layer is in the range of 3 to 30 times, preferably 5 to 15 times, the monofilament fineness of the multifilament of at least one outer layer, the upper material It can have moderate cushioning and flexibility.

It is preferable to form the surface of the back surface layer to be subjected to the water absorbing process into an uneven structure. On the surface of the flat structure, the water repellent does not penetrate too much into the intermediate layer, and on the surface of the uneven structure, the contact area between the shoes and the skin is reduced, so that a good touch can be obtained with a dry feel . Conversely, by forming the surface of the surface layer into an uneven structure and the surface of the back layer into a flat structure, the water repellency and water absorption are maintained, while the appearance of the uneven structure of the surface layer shows breathability, cushioning, and lightness. A feeling can be appealed from the visual aspect. The surface of the flat structure can be formed by, for example, flat knitting, and the surface of the uneven structure can be formed by, for example, mesh knitting, needle-free structure, or tack knitting. FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an upper material in which a surface layer has a flat structure and a back layer has an uneven structure.
