Abstract

Description
費用が掛かり複雑な輸送容器の改造は不要となる。同様に、製品を製品袋に充填し密封した後で、吸湿剤を製品袋や製品袋の密封箇所近傍に取り付けることもほとんど不要となる。

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの吸湿性流動可能固形物質を有する製品(3)用の包装(1)であって、該包装(1)は、製品(3)を収容するための透湿性材料で出来た封止可能な製品袋(2)と、該製品袋(2)を取り囲む輸送容器(4)と、該製品袋(2)の外側であって輸送容器(4)の内側に位置する吸湿剤(14)とを有し、
輸送容器(4)内には、製品(3)を収容した製品袋(2)を取り囲む防湿性材料の吸湿剤被覆体(10)が存在し、吸湿剤(14)は、吸湿剤被覆体(10)の製品袋(2)に面する内側(11)上に位置することを特徴とする、前記包装(1)。 - 吸湿剤(14)が、吸湿剤被覆体(10)の内側(11)上に固定された少なくとも1つの吸湿材袋(13)内に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの吸湿材袋(13)が吸湿剤被覆体(10)の内側(11)上に、透湿性カバー(17)により被覆され固定されている、請求項2に記載の包装(1)。
- 透湿性カバー(17)が、孔を開けられたものである、請求項3に記載の包装(1)。
- 吸湿剤被覆体(10)が、製品袋(2)の形状に適合したものである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の包装(1)。
- 吸湿剤被覆体(10)が、輸送容器(4)の形状に適合したものである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の包装(1)。
- 吸湿剤(14)が、吸湿剤被覆体(10)の、輸送容器(4)の開口に面した1つの領域(12)にのみ配置されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の包装(1)。
- 吸湿剤(14)が、吸湿剤被覆体(10)の内側(11)に亘って分配されて位置している、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の包装(1)。
- 製品(3)を保持するための製品袋(2)が、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)の熱結合された繊維の不織布である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の包装(1)。
- 吸湿剤被覆体(10)が、薄いポリエチレンの被覆体である、または薄いポリエチレンの被覆体を有するものである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の包装(1)。
