(ロ)それらはシーズンになると膨大な量が廃棄されて居るが、公共機関の処理場もなく従って産業廃棄物として処分しているのが実情である。
(ハ)故に各ワインメーカーは多大の費用を掛けても廃棄処分せざるを得ない。
本考案は、これらの欠点を解消するためになされたものである。
