状態でゲート・ソース間にゲートオフ電圧を印加する手
段とを備えることにより、従来のように常時通電された
リレーを併用することなく、電源オフ状態でも警報出力
が可能であり、警報出力回路のコストダウン、低消費電
力化及びコンパクト化などの効果がある。
