BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, there are many food distribution containers in which fish, meat, prepared foods and the like are packed for display and distribution in retail stores such as supermarkets, and simple food containers for disposal used in picnics and parties. Are made from polystyrene foam and various synthetic resin films. However, such styrofoam and various types of synthetic resin films cannot be recycled, and are discarded as garbage after use, and there is a problem that the incinerator may be damaged when incinerated.

However, all of them are mainly for improving additives such as internal additives and external additives, and pulp as a main raw material is, for example, LBKP (hardwood pulp), NBKP (softwood pulp) as in the past. ) And the like were used alone or in various proportions. Therefore, in order to enhance the oil resistance and water resistance as described above, it is necessary to increase the amount of the additive.
Fluororesins exhibiting an extremely excellent effect on water resistance are somewhat expensive to use in such disposable food containers, and have the problem of raising the product cost.

Oil and water resistance Fast food containers ie claim 1 Means for Solving the Problems] are raw materials Rutotomoni fluororesin using kenaf whole stem pulp is added internally or externally added,
It is characterized by being molded.
According to the present invention, since the kenaf whole stalk pulp has excellent oil and water repellent, because kenaf whole stem pulp excellent in oil repellency and water repellency, somewhat expensive for disposable food containers
Use of fluororesin as an additive
Can be. In addition, reliable oil and water resistance can be obtained.
However, the manufacturing cost can be kept low. In addition, even when the oil- and water-resistant simple food container of the present invention is used as a food container for distribution, moisture and the like penetrates into the pulp fiber and is frozen. No cracks are formed in the surface, and the shape is not lost. Further, even when used in a food container for disposal, oil and moisture do not permeate, and do not lose shape or leak.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below with reference to the illustrated embodiment. FIG. 1 shows an oil- and water-resistant simple food container 1 of the present invention, which is used, for example, for a lunch box for distribution. This product is integrally formed by molding using only kenaf whole stem pulp as a raw material pulp. As a feature in appearance, unlike press molding, since it is molded, it has a degree of freedom in its shape, and a plurality of partitions 1a are provided on the inner surface side. It is different. Another characteristic of the internal structure is that the fluorocarbon resin is used as the raw material liquid during molding, for example, LBKP (hardwood pulp) is used in conventional pulp.
A very small amount is added internally as compared with the case of using.
An additive such as paraffin wax mixed with a small amount of microwax may be externally added to the inner surface of the molded product. In the present specification, mixing an additive into a raw material liquid for molding is defined as internal addition, and applying or impregnating an additive to a molded product after molding is defined as external addition. .
Further, in addition to the internal or external addition of the additives as described above, the present applicant may also add a high beating degree pulp fiber internally or externally as already shown in Japanese Patent Application No. 6-248745. You may. In addition to using only the kenaf whole stalk pulp as the raw material pulp, for example, LBKP 20% is blended with kenaf whole stalk pulp 80%, or kenaf whole stalk pulp 5
It can be formed by blending pulp in an appropriate ratio with kenaf whole stem pulp, such as blending LBKP at 50% with respect to 0%.

[0008] The present invention is constituted as described above. When this is used, an additive such as a fluororesin is added to the conventional LBK.
Oil repellency and water repellency are high although use is greatly reduced as compared with the case where P is used as a main raw material. This is because kenaf whole stem pulp is inherently oil resistant. Table 1 shows the oil penetration test data of a molded product obtained by molding kenaf whole stem pulp and LBKP under the same conditions.

As is clear from Table 1 above, the molded product molded from kenaf whole stem pulp has an oil permeability (sec).
Is slow, for example, c. s. f. When the (degree of beating) is 300, the time is 74.6 seconds, and it takes four times or more the time of LBKP. Therefore, even when the oil- and water-resistant simple food container 1 of the present invention is used as a food container for distribution, moisture and oil penetrate into the pulp fiber 3 and are frozen, whereby the water and oil are frozen. The volume is increased, the container is not broken, and the shape is not lost. Further, even when used in a food container for disposal, oil and moisture do not permeate, and do not lose shape or leak.

[0011] Note that above an example of mentioned above oil and the manufacturing method of the water resistance simple food containers 1 is schematically described below.
Of course, in addition to the manufacturing method described below, LBKP
For example, various molding methods known in the art or used in the future and used in other pulp can be appropriately applied. FIG. 2 shows a papermaking apparatus 10, and reference numeral 11 denotes a papermaking cup which is a main member of the papermaking apparatus 10, in which the base material 2 is formed. An appropriate volume of the papermaking cup 11 is selected according to the specifications of the product to be papered, and the raw material liquid M is supplied. A liquid component L is connected to the lower end of the liquid component L by a suitable suction device connected to the lower end of the tube or by natural flow.
Is discharged. The papermaking cup 11 is provided with a supporter 12 having a large number of liquid drain holes 12a at the bottom. This is almost the same shape as the carrier net 13 which is the type of the base material 2, and the carrier net 13 is held on the supporter 12.

In order to obtain the base material 2 using such a papermaking apparatus 10, first, kenaf whole stalk pulp is used as a main raw material as a feature of the present invention. Then, a raw material liquid M obtained by internally adding a fluororesin and other appropriate additives 4 to the dispersion liquid of the kenaf whole stem pulp is taken out at a fixed amount, and is put into the papermaking cup 11. When the fluororesin is internally added, for example, first, a cationic polymer, which is a fixing agent for fixing the fluororesin, is first mixed, and then, a fluorine resin such as a phosphorus-san ester type is mixed. The pulp fibers 3 of the kenaf whole pulp in the raw material liquid M put into the papermaking cup 11 are extracted on a carrier net 13 to form a web-like layer having a certain thickness. It flows down further through the eyes and the drain hole 12a. At this time, if forcible suction is performed from below, the extraction speed can be increased. When the flow of the liquid component L is completed in this way, the base material 2 which is a solid component having a predetermined shape remains on the carrier net 13 and is transferred to the drying step at this position or by a transfer device (not shown).
