By the way, in a surgical operation, it is necessary to use a vibration transmitting member having various tip shapes depending on an object to be treated such as resection. However, in the conventional ultrasonic therapy apparatus, since the vibration transmitting member is joined to the vibrator on the hand side, when various tip shapes are required, the number of types of the tip shapes is too large. A sonic therapy device was required, and the economy was poor.

When performing a joint treatment or the like using the ultrasonic treatment apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, first, the distal end of the shaft 10 of the vibration transmitting member 8 is
A chip having a required shape, for example, a chip 11 is connected.
Next, a puncture hole is formed in the knee, and the insertion portion 2 of the ultrasonic therapy apparatus 1 is inserted into the joint cavity from the puncture hole via a trocar, a sheath, or the like, or directly. Then, under observation by an arthroscope inserted into the joint cavity through the sheath or through another puncture hole, the tip 11 of the vibration transmitting member 8 constituting the insertion portion 2 is inserted into a tissue or tissue. Contact the treatment site such as a calculus. When the vibrator 6 is vibrated in this state, the ultrasonic vibration generated by the vibrator 6
Is transmitted to the vibration transmitting member 8 through the contact member, and the chip 11 is vibrated. The vibration of the tip 11 performs treatment such as tissue excision, emulsification, and calculus crushing.
