2. Description of the Related Art A crawler track for a tracked vehicle is generally formed by connecting a bush and a pin to a shoe surface by projecting a lug or a plurality of lugs extending in a direction perpendicular to a traveling direction of the crawler track by a plurality of links. Endlessly connected irons are used. However, when traveling on a pavement road surface, the road surface is significantly damaged. Recently, an elastic body for protecting the road surface has been integrated with the shoe surface of each shoe board to travel.

[0003] That is, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-49684 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-77794 are known as examples in which an elastic material such as rubber is adhered to the entire surface of a shoe shoe made of iron.

It is also known that it is configured to be removable (Fig. 4
(See FIG. 5). Further, as shown in FIG. 6, an elastic body 8 in which a metal pipe provided with threaded portions at both ends in the longitudinal direction is embedded.
There is also a trial production of an iron footboard 7 fixed with bolts 10 to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the iron footboard 7 by using a mounting bracket 9 having an L-shaped cross section at both ends in the length direction.

However, in the case of the above-mentioned shoe, in which the above-mentioned elastic material such as rubber is integrated over the entire shoe surface of the iron shoe, the bolt for mounting the shoe during running is used. pebbles and sand such enters the through hole, the elastic corner portion of the bolt through hole to its starting
Lack of wood is initiated, significantly often impair the durability of the track shoe.

Further, even in the construction of FIGS. 4 and 5 in which the elastic body is made detachable from the iron footboard , the mounting bolts 5a of the iron footboard 1 are used for mounting. When the material 4 is worn, it is necessary to remove the entire iron footboard 1, which not only requires a large amount of work, but also the elastic body 6 has a shorter overall length than the iron footboard 1,
Both longitudinal ends of the 6 from where are not completely close contact with the iron crawler plate 1, earths and stone between the elastic member 6 and the iron crawler plate 1 enters during use, the elastic member 4 integrally The metal plate 3 to be held tends to be deformed.

Further, since the bolt through hole 5 is opened in the shoe surface of the elastic member 4, debris enters from there, and the bolt
It is easy to cause the elastic material 4 to drop off from the corner of the through hole 5 as a starting point.
The portion of the elastic material located immediately above a, 2c is weaker in stress in the width direction because it has a smaller thickness than the other portions, and therefore there is a problem in that wear and chipping of this portion become severe.

Further, even in the configuration shown in FIG. 6, the elastic body 8 is fixed to the iron shoe plate 7 at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the iron shoe plate 7 by the mounting bracket 9 and the bolt 10 . , weak in the longitudinal direction of the stress, the length in the case of tracked vehicle such as a power shovel is turning
The elastic body 8 mounting bolt 10 and the mounting bracket 9 at both ends in the direction tend to come off easily, which often hinders traveling.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, eliminates the twisting of the crawler plate due to uneven terrain running, and ensures sufficient adhesion between the iron crawler plate and the elastic material. This eliminates the loss of the elastic material due to the intrusion of debris and improves durability, and furthermore, it is possible to freely replace only the elastic body to reduce the cost,
Specifically, at both width ends and at the center of the width, while forming lugs continuous in the length direction and parallel to each other, protruding toward the shoe surface direction, and near both ends in the length direction. Positioned between an iron crawler plate having a bolt through hole at a position and lug inner surfaces at both ends in the width direction of the shoe surface of the crawler plate,
A metal plate that is superimposed according to the uneven shape of the shoe shoe surface, and protruding from the lug on the surface side of the metal plate
An elastic material attached to the entire surface in a state, and a bolt protruding from the back side of the metal plate for attaching the metal plate to the footwear plate through bolt through holes formed at both ends of the footwear plate. The head of the bolt is on the front side of the metal plate and relates to a track plate for an endless track belt buried in the elastic material.

[Function] A metal plate is attached to both width ends and width center
Continuous in the length direction where it protrudes toward the surface
The lugs on the iron footboard with mutually parallel lugs
Located between the protruding lugs at the end and conforms to the uneven shape of the shoe surface
The metal plate is formed so as to be able to be attached and adhered.Furthermore, a hole for passing a head of a bolt for attaching an iron footboard to the link is provided in a longitudinal center portion of the metal plate, and both ends in a longitudinal direction of the metal plate. At the position near the part, a hole for passing a bolt for attaching a metal plate to an iron footwear plate is opened, and a bolt is inserted from the surface side into a bolt through hole for attaching the metal plate, and a head of the bolt Is integrally attached to the metal plate by welding so that the tip protrudes toward the back side of the metal plate. In this state, an elastic material is formed by integrally bonding an elastic material such as rubber to the surface of the metal plate by, for example, a vulcanization bonding method.

According to the present invention, as described above, the lugs are formed at both ends of the width and in the center of the width so as to protrude toward the surface of the shoe, and are formed in parallel to each other in the length direction. , Is located between the iron shoe plate having a bolt through hole formed at a position near both ends in the length direction and the lug inner surface at both ends in the width direction of the shoe surface of the shoe plate, and has an uneven shape of the shoe shoe surface. On the metal plate to be overlaid and on the surface side of the metal plate ,
Elastic material attached to the whole surface in a state protruding from the lug, and projecting to the back side of the metal plate to attach the metal plate to the shoe via bolt through holes formed at both ends of the shoe The elastic body is overlapped and attached to the uneven shoe surface of the iron shoe via a metal plate, so that it is overlapped with the protruding lug at the center of the width in the above shoe. Due to the presence of the uneven portion of the metal plate, the endurance of the tracked vehicle can be prevented from being twisted and the durability can be improved. Not only that, both ends of the elastic body in the width direction are supported by being overlapped between lug inner surfaces at both ends in the width direction of the iron shoe via a metal plate. The head of the bolt protruding from the metal plate is located on the back side of the metal plate and is buried in the elastic material, so that the shear stress applied to the bolt during vehicle running is extremely reduced, and the bolt is damaged. It can be eliminated, and since the metal plate is interposed between the iron footboard and the elastic body, the elastic body will not deform and the debris will not enter the iron footboard, In addition, inconveniences such as damage to the bolt attachment portion, deformation of the metal plate, and loss of the elastic body can be eliminated. In addition, since there is no bolt through hole for mounting on the shoe surface of the elastic body, earth and stones do not enter into the bolt through hole and the elastic material around the bolt through hole is not damaged.
