に沿って検出器取付溝を形成し、この検出器取付溝に、
シリンダ内に収容されるピストンの動作位置を検出する
位置検出器を固定してなるシリンダ装置において、前記
検出器取付溝の両側面に、外方かつ内側に向けて傾斜す
る溝側傾斜面を形成するとともに、検出器取付溝の溝側
傾斜面の内側内に、前記位置検出器および固定部材を並
列に配置し、さらに、前記固定部材に、回動により固定
部材を検出器取付溝の底面と反対方向に移動する固定螺
