There was a drawback that it was not performed smoothly. The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and has as its object to provide a PC having a steel frame member at the center and reinforced concrete beams at both ends.
In a beam, stress transmission at a joint between the reinforced concrete beam member and the steel beam member is performed smoothly.

A fixing plate is provided at an end of the steel beam member embedded in the reinforced concrete beam member, and a joining bar whose tip is arranged in a panel zone of the reinforced concrete column is fixed to the fixing plate, and an end of the steel beam member is fixed. The reason is that the band plate is wound around the beam main reinforcement of the reinforced concrete beam member which overlaps at appropriate intervals, and the reinforced concrete beam member is integrally joined with the PC member installed in the panel zone of the reinforced concrete column.

Since the band plate is wound around the beam reinforcing bars of the reinforced concrete beam member at appropriate intervals, stress is smoothly transmitted at the joint between the reinforced concrete beam member and the steel beam member. In addition, since the reinforced concrete beam member is integrally joined with the PC member installed in the panel zone of the reinforced concrete column, difficult reinforcing work in the panel zone can be omitted, so that the beam and the column can be easily joined. Shortening can be achieved.
