Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されて形成された電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を収納するモジュールフレーム、および
前記電池セル積層体と前記モジュールフレームの上部面との間に位置する絶縁シート層を含み、
前記モジュールフレームの上部面には開口部が形成され、前記絶縁シート層には前記開口部に挿入される突出部が形成される電池モジュール。 - 前記モジュールフレームは、前記電池セル積層体が装着されるフレーム部材と、前記フレーム部材の底部の反対側に位置し、前記開口部が形成された上部プレートとを含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フレーム部材は、前記底部と、前記底部の両側部からそれぞれ上向きに延長された側面部とを含む、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁シート層の前記突出部が形成された部分の下端と前記電池セル積層体との間に位置する温度センサーをさらに含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁シート層の突出部内側には陥没部が形成され、前記陥没部に前記温度センサーの一部が配置される、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記開口部により前記絶縁シート層の突出部が前記モジュールフレームの外部に露出されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームの開放された第1側と第2側のそれぞれに位置するエンドプレートをさらに含み、
前記開口部は前記電池セル積層体の中央部よりも前記エンドプレートに隣接して形成される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記絶縁シート層は、ポリカーボネート(polycarbonate、PC)フィルムを含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記絶縁シート層は、前記モジュールフレームの上部面に接着される、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
