Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体;
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレーム;および
前記電池セル積層体の前後面をカバーするエンドプレートを含み、
前記モジュールフレームと接する前記エンドプレートの両側下端コーナー部には、排水路が形成される、電池モジュール。 - 前記排水路が形成された部分を除いた前記エンドプレートと前記モジュールフレームとが接する部分は、溶接で結合されている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記排水路は、前記エンドプレートの下端外側コーナー部に向かって第1傾斜を有するように形成され、前記排水路と連結される前記エンドプレートの内側下端部は、前記排水路に向かって第2傾斜を有するように形成される、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1傾斜は、前記第2傾斜より傾斜角がさらに大きい、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記排水路は、前記エンドプレートの下端内側コーナー部で下端外側コーナー部に向かって形成された、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートの縁には、前記モジュールフレームに向かって突出形成された枠部が形成され、
前記排水路は、前記枠部に形成される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セル積層体と前記エンドプレートとの間には、絶縁カバーが形成され、
前記エンドプレートの内側下端部は、前記絶縁カバーの下側に形成される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セル積層体の前後面には、バスバーフレームが形成され、
前記バスバーフレームは、前記エンドプレートの内側下端部の上側空間と連結される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記バスバーフレームの外側面には、複数のバスバーが取り付けられ、前記複数のバスバーは、前記内側下端部の上側空間と連結される、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール;および
前記電池モジュールの前記排水路と連結された排水装置を含む、電池パック。
