Claims (20)
- スプレーガンを備える流体供給システムであって、
前記スプレーガンは、
第1の流体及び第2の流体を受け入れるように構成された少なくとも2つの孔を有する混合チャンバアセンブリと、少なくとも2つの孔に流体的に結合されたチャンバであって、前記第1の流体及び前記第2の流体を混合するように構成される、チャンバと、
ハンドルと、
操作者がハンドルを介して前記スプレーガンを保持する際に、操作者の裏面の手の少なくとも一部と接触するように配置された翼状拡張部と、
を有する、流体供給システム。 - 前記翼状拡張部は、50.8~152.4mmとの間の横方向長さを含む、請求項1に記載の流体供給システム。
- 前記翼状拡張部は、前記操作者の親指の上部に形式的に適合するように構成された第1の下側溝を備える、請求項1に記載の流体供給システム。
- 前記翼状拡張部は、前記操作者の人差し指の上部に適合するように構成された第2の下側溝を備える、請求項3に記載の流体供給システム。
- 前記スプレーガンはストラップを備え、前記翼状拡張部は前記ストラップの第1の先端を受け入れるように構成された第1の開口を備え、前記ストラップの第2の先端は前記ハンドルの下部に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の流体供給システム。
- 前記翼状拡張部は前記ストラップの前記第1の先端を受け入れるように構成された第2の開口を含み、前記ストラップの前記第1の先端は前記第1の開口又は前記第2の開口に挿入可能である、請求項5に記載の流体供給システム。
- 前記スプレーガンは、前記少なくとも2つの孔に含まれる第1の孔に流体的に結合され、第1のホースに結合するように構成された第1のホースカプラと、前記少なくとも2つの孔に含まれる第2の孔に流体的に結合され、第2のホースに結合するように構成された第2のホースカプラとを備える、請求項1に記載の流体供給システム。
- 第1のねじ付き混合チップを有し、前記混合チャンバアセンブリは、チャンバと、該チャンバに通じる溝付き開口とを有し、前記溝付き開口は、前記第1のねじ付き混合チップを受け入れるように寸法決めされ、前記ねじ付き混合チップは前記チャンバに流体的に結合されて、前記チャンバ内での前記第1の流体と前記第2の流体との混合から生じる混合流体をスプレーする第1のスプレー開口を備える、請求項1に記載の流体供給システム。
- 前記第1のねじ付き混合チップの前記第1のスプレー開口とは異なる寸法に形成された第2のスプレー開口を有する第2のねじ付き混合チップを含み、前記第1のねじ付き混合チップは、前記混合チャンバアセンブリから取り外され、前記第2のねじ付き混合チップによって置き換えられるように構成される、請求項8に記載の流体供給システム。
- 前記スプレーガンはエアキャップを含まない、請求項1に記載の流体供給システム。
- スプレーガンの製造方法であって、
第1の流体及び第2の流体を受容するように構成された少なくとも2つの孔を有する混合チャンバアセンブリと、少なくとも2つの孔に流体的に結合されたチャンバと、を製造するステップであって、前記チャンバは前記第1の流体及び前記第2の流体を混合するように構成された、ステップと、
ハンドルを製造するステップであって、該ハンドルは操作者がハンドルを介して前記スプレーガンを保持するときに、操作者の背中の手の少なくとも一部と接触するように配置された翼状拡張部を有する、ステップと、
スプレーガン本体を製造するステップと、
前記チャンバを受け入れるように構成されたスプレーガンヘッドを製造するステップと、を備える製造方法。 - 前記翼状拡張部は50.8~152.4mmとの間の横方向長さを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記翼状拡張部は前記操作者の親指の上部に形式的に適合するように構成された第1の下側溝を備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記翼状拡張部は、前記操作者の人差し指の上部に適合するように構成された第2の下側溝を備える、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記翼状拡張部は、ストラップの第1の先端を受け入れるように構成された第1の開口及び第2の開口を有し、前記ストラップの第1の先端は前記第1の開口又は前記第2の開口に挿入可能である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- スプレーガン装置であって、
第1の流体及び第2の流体を受け入れるように構成された少なくとも2つの孔を有する混合チャンバアセンブリと、少なくとも2つの孔に流体的に結合されたチャンバであって、前記第1の流体及び前記第2の流体を混合するように構成されたチャンバと、
ハンドルと、
操作者がハンドルを介してスプレーガンを保持する際に、前記操作者の裏面の手の少なくとも一部と接触するように配置された翼状拡張部と、
を備える、スプレーガン装置。 - 前記翼状拡張部は、操作者の親指の上部に形式的に適合するように構成された第1の下側溝と、操作者の人差し指の上部に形式的に適合するように構成された第2の下側溝とを備える、請求項16に記載のスプレーガン装置。
- 前記翼状拡張部はストラップの第1の先端を受け入れるように構成された第1の開口及び第2の開口を有し、前記ストラップの前記第1の先端は前記第1の開口又は前記第2の開口に挿入可能である、請求項16に記載のスプレーガン装置。
- 前記混合チャンバアセンブリは、チャンバと、該チャンバに通じる溝付き開口と、を備え、前記溝付き開口はねじ付き混合チップを受け入れる寸法であり、前記ねじ付き混合チップは、前記チャンバに流体的に結合されて、前記チャンバ内での前記第1の流体と前記第2の流体との混合から生じる混合流体をスプレーするスプレー開口を備える、請求項16に記載のスプレーガン装置。
- 前記スプレーガン装置はエアキャップを含まない、請求項16に記載のスプレーガン装置。
