Abstract
Description
本発明の第1実施形態に係るエアシリンダの流体回路40について、図5および図6を参照しながら説明する。エアシリンダの流体回路40は、エアシリンダ42、第1配管58、第2配管60、第1スピードコントローラ62(第1絞り)、第2スピードコントローラ64(第2絞り)および切換弁66を含んで構成される。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係るエアシリンダの流体回路80について、図7を参照しながら説明する。なお、上述したエアシリンダの流体回路40と同一または同等の構成には同一の参照符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (4)
- 排気口が付設された切換弁に接続されるエアシリンダの流体回路であって、
エアシリンダは、ピストンによって区画されるヘッド側圧力室およびロッド側圧力室を備え、ヘッド側圧力室は第1配管によって切換弁の第1出力ポートに接続され、ロッド側圧力室は第2配管によって切換弁の第2出力ポートに接続され、切換弁によってヘッド側圧力室およびロッド側圧力室に対するエアの給排が切り換えられ、第1配管と切換弁との接続箇所または切換弁の第1出力ポート近傍に第1絞りが配設され、第2配管と切換弁との接続箇所または切換弁の第2出力ポート近傍に第2絞りが配設されるエアシリンダの流体回路。 - 請求項1記載のエアシリンダの流体回路において、
前記第1絞りおよび前記第2絞りは、可変絞りであるエアシリンダの流体回路。 - 請求項1記載のエアシリンダの流体回路において、
前記第1絞りおよび前記第2絞りは、固定絞りであるエアシリンダの流体回路。 - 請求項1記載のエアシリンダの流体回路において、
前記第1絞りおよび前記第2絞りは、メータインの絞りであるエアシリンダの流体回路。
