Conventionally, cosmetics having an excellent lasting effect, such as make-up that does not easily come off or twist, have been studied.
For example, in Patent Document 1, a water-in-oil foundation containing a hydrofluoroether, a silicone-based resin, a pigment, a nonionic surfactant, and water and thickened with an organically modified clay mineral is dried after application. It is described that it has a smooth coating feeling while having a fast and excellent lasting effect.
According to the present inventor, a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic containing a hydrophobized coloring pigment and a volatile oil has poor adhesion to the skin, so that the makeup lasts poorly and a beautiful finish cannot be obtained. I found that there was a problem.
The present inventor uses a cation-modified clay mineral and a phenyl-modified silicone in a specific ratio in combination with a hydrophobized coloring pigment and a volatile oil, so that the makeup lasts well and adheres well to the skin. It has been found that a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic having a light spread, easy to spread, a thin film feeling and a glossy feeling on the skin, and a uniform and beautiful finish on the skin surface can be obtained.
