Abstract
Description
本願は、2018年9月4日に出願された米国仮出願第62/726,681号、2019年3月18日に出願された米国仮出願第62/819,892号、及び2019年5月14日に出願された米国仮出願第62/847,675号の各々に対する優先権及びそれらの利益を主張する。これらの出願の各々の開示全体は、すべての目的のために参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
ポリプロピレン樹脂(45重量パーセント)及びガラス繊維(55重量パーセント)を含むコア層を含む2つの複合品(ST−12882とST−12883)が製造された。各々が、約24〜26gsmの坪量及び約0.2mmの厚さを有するMilyonスクリムが、コア層の各側に追加され、黒のMilyonスクリムは上面にあり、白のMilyonスクリムは下面にある。Milyonスクリムは、ISO23232:2009の下で測定されるように、撥水性スクリムであり、8の撥水性等級を有する。

灰分及び密度の値は、各板材の端縁及び中心で類似していた。異なる坪量を有する端縁の幅は約100mmであり、遷移ゾーンは最大で約25mmであった。
板材の各表面から各物品について多様な曲げ特性を測定した。標本は、図38に示す多様な位置で各板材から切り取られた。以下の表3では、「(白)」は負荷に対して配置されている白い面を指し、「(黒)」は負荷に対して配置されている黒い面を指す。2007年付けのASTMD790を使用し、ピーク負荷と剛性を測定した。
