Description

第2のキャリアフィルム
から作られているスタック配列を少なくとも含み、第2のキャリアフィルムは、少なくとも1つの側縁で第1のキャリアフィルムの周りに折り曲げられている。
外側ペイン、第1の中間層、第2の中間層、及び内側ペインから作られているスタック配列を少なくとも含み、中間層は、それぞれ少なくとも1種の可塑剤を有する少なくとも1つの熱可塑性ポリマーフィルムを含み、
電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する本発明による機能要素が、第1の中間層と第2の中間層との間に少なくとも部分的に配置されている。
(a)第1のキャリアフィルム、第1の表面電極、活性層、第2の表面電極、及び第2のキャリアフィルムで作られているスタック配列を提供し、
(b)第1のキャリアフィルムを、幅uの領域だけ、少なくとも1つの側縁、好ましくは全ての側縁で切削し、これによって、第2のキャリアフィルムの突出領域を作製し、
(c)第2のキャリアフィルムの突出領域を、第1のキャリアフィルムの切削した側縁の周りで折り返す。
(a)1つの外側ペイン、1つの第1の中間層、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する1つの機能要素、1つの第2の中間層、及び1つの内側ペインを、この順序で互いに上下に配置し、
(b)外側ペイン及び内側ペインを積層によって接合し、埋め込まれた機能要素を有する中間層を、第1の中間層及び第2の中間層から作製する。

Claims (13)
- 以下を含む、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能要素(5):
第1のキャリアフィルム(14)、第1の表面電極(12)、活性層(11)、第2の表面電極(13)、及び第2のキャリアフィルム(15)から作られているスタック配列、
ここで、前記第2のキャリアフィルム(15)が、少なくとも1つの側縁(5.1)で、第1のキャリアフィルム(14)の周りに折り曲げられており、前記側縁(5.1)で活性層(11)の出口表面(20.1)をシールしており、
突出領域(15.1)の少なくとも1つの部分が、第1のキャリアフィルム(14)のエッジ領域(14.1)に実質的に結合されており、一緒に恒久的にプレスされており、融着されており、及び/又は接着されており、かつ
前記キャリアフィルム(14、15)が、前記キャリアフィルム(14、15)を通る可塑剤の拡散を抑制するように実施されている。 - 前記第2のキャリアフィルム(15)の前記突出領域(15.1)が、少なくとも4mm、好ましくは4mm〜50mmの幅uを有する、請求項1に記載の機能要素(5)。
- 前記活性層(11)が、液晶、好ましくはポリマー分散液晶(PDLC)を含有しているか、又はそれから作られている、請求項1又は2に記載の機能要素(5)。
- 以下を含む、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能要素(5)を有する複合ペイン(100):
外側ペイン(1)、第1の中間層(3a)、第2の中間層(3b)、及び内側ペイン(2)から作られているスタック配列、
ここで、前記中間層(3a、3b)が、少なくとも1種の可塑剤を有する少なくとも1つの熱可塑性ポリマーフィルムを含み、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能要素(5)が、第1の中間層(3a)と第2の中間層(3b)との間に、少なくとも部分的に配置されている。 - 前記中間層(3a、3b)が、少なくとも3重量%、好ましくは少なくとも5重量%、特に好ましくは少なくとも20重量%、更により好ましくは少なくとも30重量%、特に少なくとも40重量%の可塑剤を含有しており、かつ前記可塑剤が、好ましくはトリエチレングリコール又はテトラエチレングリコールの脂肪族ジエステル、特に好ましくはトリエチレングリコールビス(2−エチルヘキサノアート)を含有しているか、又はそれから作られている、請求項4に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記中間層(3a、3b)が、少なくとも60重量%、好ましくは少なくとも70重量%特に好ましくは少なくとも90重量%、特に少なくとも97重量%のポリビニルブチラール(PVB)を含有している、請求項4又は5に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記キャリアフィルム(14、15)が、前記キャリアフィルム(14、15)を通る可塑剤の拡散を抑制するように実施されている、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記キャリアフィルム(14、15)が、可塑剤が少ないか、又は可塑剤を含まず、好ましくはポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はポリフッ化ビニル(PVF)を含有しているか、又はそれから作られている、請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 前記機能要素(5)が、第3の中間層によって外周を包囲されている、請求項4〜8のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)。
- 少なくとも以下を行う、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能要素の製造方法:
(a)第1のキャリアフィルム(14)、第1の表面電極(12)、活性層(11)、第2の表面電極(13)、及び第2のキャリアフィルム(15)で作られているスタック配列を提供し、
(b)前記第1のキャリアフィルム(14)を、幅uの領域だけ少なくとも1つの側縁(5.1)で切削し、これによって、前記第2のキャリアフィルム(15)の突出領域(15.1)を作製し、
(c)前記第2のキャリアフィルム(15)の前記突出領域(15.1)を、前記第1のキャリアフィルム(14)の切削した側縁(5.1)の周りに折り曲げる。 - 工程b)とc)との間で、好ましくは機械的、化学的、及び/又は物理的除去によって、特に好ましくはレーザーアブレーションによって、前記突出領域(15.1)において、第2の表面電極(13)を除去する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 乗物のウィンドシールド又はルーフパネルとしての請求項4〜9のいずれか一項に記載の複合ペイン(100)及びサンバイザーとしての前記電気的に制御可能な機能要素(5)の使用。
- 乗物又は建物の内部グレージング又は外部グレージングとしての、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に制御可能な機能要素(5)とを有する複合ペイン(100)の使用、及びサンスクリーン又はプライバシースクリーンとしての電気的に制御可能な前記機能要素(5)を有する複合ペイン(100)の使用。
