Abstract
Description

Claims (30)
- 6〜20個のアレルゲンおよび増量剤を含む混合アレルゲン組成物を準備し、前記混合アレルゲン組成物は少なくとも6%の脂肪含量を含み、
前記混合アレルゲン組成物を円錐ミルで粉砕して、実質的に整合した粒径の粉砕組成物を得、
前記粉砕組成物にマイクロ波または無線周波数干渉を適用して、前記粉砕組成物を、少なくとも190°Fにて少なくとも30分間加熱し、それにより、実質的に好気性生物を含まない混合アレルゲン組成物を得る、実質的に好気性生物を含まない混合アレルゲン組成物の製造方法。 - 前記混合アレルゲン組成物が少なくとも12%の脂肪含量を含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記混合アレルゲン組成物の粉砕が、約9000RPMのローター速度を使用することを含む請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記混合アレルゲン組成物の粉砕を、前記混合アレルゲン組成物を約0.033インチの開口サイズを有するスクリーンに通すことを含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合アレルゲン組成物を粉砕することが、前記円錐ミルを通して真空吸引を適用することを含む請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕された混合アレルゲン組成物にマイクロ波または無線周波干渉を適用する前に、前記粉砕組成物を約6%〜約9%の含水量まで湿潤させることをさらに含む請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕された混合アレルゲン組成物にマイクロ波または無線周波数干渉を適用する前に、前記粉砕組成物を約9%の水分量まで湿潤させる請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕された混合アレルゲン組成物にマイクロ波または無線周波数干渉を適用する前に、前記粉砕組成物を約0.65〜約0.8の水分活性まで湿潤させることをさらに含む請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕された混合アレルゲン組成物にマイクロ波または無線周波数干渉を適用する前に、前記粉砕組成物を約0.75〜約0.8の水分活性に湿潤させる請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕組成物を、少なくとも200°Fにて少なくとも60分間加熱する請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕組成物を、少なくとも230°Fにて少なくとも60分間加熱する請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕組成物を、250°F以下で加熱する請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕組成物を、360分以下の間加熱する請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕組成物をマイクロ波ブレンダー中で加熱する請求項1〜13のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 前記マイクロ波ブレンダーが75,000ワットのマイクロ波送信機を含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕組成物を少なくとも30分間、少なくとも30psiに加圧することをさらに含む請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕組成物にマイクロ波または無線周波数干渉を適用し、前記粉砕組成物を加圧することを同時に行う請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記実質的に好気性生物を含まない混合アレルゲン組成物は、総好気性生物が4.5、4、3.5、3、2.5、2または1.5logCFU/g未満である請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記実質的に好気性生物を含まない混合アレルゲン組成物は、総好気性生物が混合アレルゲン組成物よりも、少なくとも0.5、1、1.5、2、2.5、3、3.5または4logCFU/g少ない請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記実質的に好気性生物を含まない混合アレルゲン組成物は、総大腸菌数が1logCFU/g未満である請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記実質的に好気性生物を含まない混合アレルゲン組成物が、SDS‐PAGEにより測定される前記混合アレルゲン組成物と実質的に同様のタンパク質構造を有する請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記実質的に好気性生物を含まない混合アレルゲン組成物が、患者の免疫応答によって測定される前記混合アレルゲン組成物と実質的に同様のアレルゲン作用を有する請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記増量剤が糖を含む請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合アレルゲン組成物が、少なくとも1つのナッツ粉、少なくとも1つの魚粉、小麦及び粉末鶏卵または卵白の等しいたんぱく質質量部を含み、各ナッツ粉が、ピーナッツ粉、アーモンド粉、クルミ粉、カシュー粉、ヘーゼルナッツ粉、ピーカン粉、ピスタチオ粉からなる群から選択され、各魚粉は、タラ粉およびサケ粉からなる群から選択される請求項1〜23のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合アレルゲン組成物が、オート麦粉、ゴマ粉およびエビ粉からなる群からそれぞれ選択される少なくとも1つの追加のアレルゲン成分をさらに含む請求項24記載の方法。
- 前記混合アレルゲン組成物が大豆をさらに含む請求項24または25に記載の方法。
- 前記混合アレルゲン組成物がビタミンDをさらに含む請求項24〜26のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合アレルゲン組成物が、
タンパク質重量で30mgのエビ粉末、

タンパク質重量で30mgの鶏卵粉末及び
400IUのビタミンDを含む請求項24〜27のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 請求項1〜28のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造された実質的に好気性生物を含まない混合アレルゲン組成物。
- 請求項29に記載の前記実質的に好気性生物を含まない混合アレルゲン組成物を含む食品。
