Claims (10)
- 液圧式車両ブレーキ装置のスリップコントロールの液圧アッセンブリ(10)であって、
電気式の少なくとも1つの液圧弁(16)と電気式の少なくとも1つの液圧ポンプ(56)とが内設されている液圧ブロック(14)と、
前記少なくとも1つの液圧ポンプ(56)を駆動するための電気モータ(42)が内設されているモータブロック(12)と、
前記少なくとも1つの液圧弁(16)と前記少なくとも1つの液圧ポンプ(56)と前記電気モータ(42)とを制御するための制御機構と、
を備えた前記液圧アッセンブリ(10)において、
前記制御機構が、構造的に別個の2つの制御器を備えて構成され、すなわち信号要素(28)を有する第1の制御器(72)と、電力要素(26)を有する第2の制御器(74)とを備えて構成されていることを特徴とする液圧アッセンブリ。 - 前記第2の制御器(74)が、前記モータブロック(12)と前記液圧ブロック(14)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液圧アッセンブリ。
- 前記第2の制御器(74)内において、前記電気モータの少なくとも1つのブラシが特に1つの取付け板(38)に直接配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の液圧アッセンブリ。
- 前記第2の制御器(74)内において、前記電気モータの少なくとも1つの障害除去部材が特に1つの取付け板(38)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の液圧アッセンブリ。
- 前記第2の制御器(74)により同時に前記モータブロック(12)のカバーも形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の液圧アッセンブリ。
- 前記第2の制御器(74)が前記モータブロック(12)と結合されて、別個に取付け可能な1つの構造ユニットが形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の液圧アッセンブリ。
- 前記第2の制御器(74)にプラグ接続部(34)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の液圧アッセンブリ。
- 前記第2の制御器(74)内に、前記電気モータ(42)のモータ軸(44)の軸受(50)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の液圧アッセンブリ。
- 前記第2の制御器(74)内で少なくとも1つの電力要素(26)が前記液圧ブロック(14)にダイレクトに且つ熱を伝導するように連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の液圧アッセンブリ。
- 前記第1の制御器(72)が、前記液圧ブロック(14)の、前記モータブロック(12)とは逆の側の側面に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の液圧アッセンブリ。
