Claims (10)
- 制震懸架ロッド、上受け、制震バネ及び摺動減衰支持ベースを含み、前記制震懸架ロッドの上端端部は洗濯機の筐体に取り付けられ、上受けは洗濯機の外槽に取り付けられ、前記制震懸架ロッドは、上から順に、上受け、摺動減衰支持ベース及び制震バネに挿通され、
前記摺動減衰支持ベースは、外槽にぐらつき又は揺動が生じた場合に偏心力を伝達することで、制震懸架ロッドに作用する摺動減衰を発生させる可変減衰構造を備えることを特徴とする洗濯機のダンパー。 - 前記可変減衰構造は傾斜構造と変形減衰構造を含み、傾斜構造が偏心力を変形減衰構造に伝達すると、変形減衰構造が変形することで、制震懸架ロッドに作用する摺動減衰が発生し、
好ましくは、前記摺動減衰支持ベースは、一端に設けられるリング本体と、リング本体にそれぞれ接続される複数の弾性体を含み、前記リング本体は上受けに当接するよう設けられ、前記弾性体は制震バネの内部に伸入し、複数の前記弾性体の間には、中心に位置して制震懸架ロッドを挿通するための貫通孔が形成されており、
洗濯機の外槽のぐらつき又は揺動によって上受けに対し偏心圧力が付与されると、摺動減衰支持ベースの傾斜構造が偏心力を各前記弾性体に伝達し、弾性体が収縮することで、制震懸架ロッドに対する摺動減衰が増大し、
洗濯機の外槽のぐらつき又は揺動によって上受けが解放されると、各前記弾性体が緩むことで、制震懸架ロッドに対する摺動減衰が減少するか、完全に解除されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の洗濯機のダンパー。 - 前記弾性体はリング本体の周方向に均一な間隔を置いて分布しており、前記弾性体のうちリング本体に接続される一端は傾斜するよう設けられて傾斜構造を形成するか、或いは、前記傾斜構造は、弾性体とリング本体を接続するための傾斜リブであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の洗濯機のダンパー。
- 前記弾性体は傾斜部と垂直部を含み、前記傾斜部は、一端がリング本体に接続されるとともに他端がリング本体の内側に向かって傾斜するよう設けられ、前記垂直部は、傾斜部に接続されるとともに垂直方向に設けられ、
前記弾性体の垂直部の内壁は、内側に突出するよう設けられて制震懸架ロッドに接触し、制震懸架ロッドに対する摺動減衰を発生させることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の洗濯機のダンパー。 - 前記傾斜リブは、一端がリング本体に接続され、他端がリング本体の内側に向かって傾斜するよう設けられるとともに弾性体に接続され、前記弾性体は垂直方向に設けられ、
前記弾性体の内壁は、内側に突出するよう設けられて制震懸架ロッドに接触し、制震懸架ロッドに対する摺動減衰を発生させることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の洗濯機のダンパー。 - 前記傾斜リブを複数含み、これらがリング本体の周方向に沿って弾性体と一対一で対応するよう設けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の洗濯機のダンパー。
- 各前記弾性体の傾斜部と垂直部との交差部分の外壁に当止リブがそれぞれ設けられ、各当止リブが環状の当止リブをなし、前記制震バネの上端が環状の当止リブに当止されるか、
或いは、各前記傾斜リブと各前記弾性体との交差部分の外壁に当止リブがそれぞれ設けられ、各当止リブが環状の当止リブをなし、前記制震バネの上端が環状の当止リブに当止されることを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれかに記載の洗濯機のダンパー。 - 前記当止リブと弾性体の傾斜部における外壁との間に補強リブが設けられるか、
或いは、前記当止リブと傾斜リブの外壁との間に補強リブが設けられることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の洗濯機のダンパー。 - 更に、制震パッドを含み、前記制震懸架ロッドは順に制震パッドに挿通され、前記制震パッドは上受けと摺動減衰支持ベースの間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の洗濯機のダンパー。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の洗濯機のダンパーを備える洗濯機。
