Claims (10)
- 空気清浄に用いられる双極イオン発生器であって、熱伝導シート付き基板、多孔式エミッタ電極板、誘電体バリア、イオン引出メカニズムを備えた多孔接地極板を順次積層してからなる板状構造を含む
ことを特徴とする空気清浄に用いられる双極イオン発生器。 - 前記多孔式エミッタ電極板は、前記基板の頂面に置かれた第1エミッタ電極板と、前記基板の底面に置かれた第2エミッタ電極板とを含み、前記誘電体バリアは、前記第1エミッタ電極板の上に設けられた第1誘電体バリアと、前記第2エミッタ電極板の下に設けられた第2誘電体バリアとを含み、前記多孔接地極板は、第1誘電体バリアの上に設けられた第1接地極板と、第2誘電体バリアの下に設けられた第2接地極板とを含み、前記第1エミッタ電極板及び第2エミッタ電極板は、いずれも金属多孔質シートで製造されたエミッタ電極板であり、前記第1接地極板及び第2接地極板は、いずれも金属多孔質シートで製造された接地極板あり、前記熱伝導シートと第1エミッタ電極板間に形成した電場勾配は、第1エミッタ電極板と第1接地極板間に形成した電場勾配より小さく、前記熱伝導シートと第2エミッタ電極板間に形成した電場勾配が第2エミッタ電極板と第2接地極板間に形成した電場勾配より小さい
請求項1に記載の空気清浄に用いられる双極イオン発生器。 - 前記熱伝導シートは、基板の中央部に位置することで、基板を上下が均等となる2部分に分かれ、前記第1誘電体バリア及び前記第2誘電体バリアは、同種の材料で製造され、かつ厚さも同じである
請求項2に記載の空気清浄に用いられる双極イオン発生器。 - 前記第1接地極板及び第2接地極板の上にアレイ状に配置した網目が開設される
請求項3に記載の空気清浄に用いられる双極イオン発生器。 - 前記第1誘電体バリア及び第2誘電体バリアは、いずれも高いシリコーンガラス板或いは変性セラミックで製造された誘電体バリアである
請求項3に記載の空気清浄に用いられる双極イオン発生器。 - 前記第1誘電体バリア及び第2誘電体バリアは、いずれも高いシリコーンガラス板或いは変性セラミックで製造された誘電体バリアである
請求項4に記載の空気清浄に用いられる双極イオン発生器。 - 前記熱伝導シートは、電熱シートである
請求項3に記載の空気清浄に用いられる双極イオン発生器。 - 前記熱伝導シートは、電熱シートである
請求項4に記載の空気清浄に用いられる双極イオン発生器。 - 前記板状構造の周縁にシールリングが設けられる
請求項8に記載の空気清浄に用いられる双極イオン発生器。 - サーキュラーディフューザーであって、
羽根と、複数の請求4に記載の双極イオン発生器とを含み、
前記双極イオン発生器を前記サーキュラーディフューザーの前記羽根に同一方向に配列するよう取り付けられる
ことを特徴とする、サーキュラーディフューザー。
