図1は、バッテリ装置40が搭載される車両10の構成の一例を示す図である。図1に示すように、車両10には、例えば、モータ12と、駆動輪14と、ブレーキ装置16と、車両センサ20と、PCU(Power Control Unit)30と、バッテリ装置40と、電圧センサ、電流センサ、温度センサなどを備えるバッテリセンサ42と、通信装置50と、充電口70と、コンバータ72と、を備える。
次に、第2実施形態における処理について、第1実施形態との相違点を中心として説明する。第2実施形態において、信号入出力部430に対して外部から入力されるセキュリティ信号は、バッテリ装置40を二次利用するユーザの属性に関する情報を含む。ユーザの属性を示す情報は、例えばユーザが中古車の販売代理店であることを示しても良いし、ユーザが自動車用部品販売店であることを示しても良いし、ユーザが法人ではない一般消費者であることを示しても良い。
次に、第3実施形態について説明する。図4は、本発明の第3実施形態におけるバッテリ装置40aの構成図である。図4に示すようにバッテリ装置40aは、第1実施形態のバッテリ装置40と比較すると、制御部460を更に備える。制御部460は蓄電部420および記憶部450aに接続されている。制御部460はセンサを内蔵しており、当該センサは、車両10が備えるバッテリセンサ42と同様の機能を有する。例えば、制御部460が内蔵する当該センサは、蓄電部420の充放電する電流値、電圧値、温度、SOC−OCV曲線特性に関する情報等を検出する。
本発明の第4実施形態に係るバッテリ装置40bを、図5を用いて説明する。第4実施形態における処理について、第1実施形態から第3実施形態との相違点を中心として説明する。図5は、本発明の第4実施形態におけるバッテリ装置40bの構成図である。第4実施形態のバッテリ装置40bは切り換え部440bを備える。切り換え部440bは、蓄電部420と電力入出力端子410との電気的接続を有効または無効にするコンタクタとを含む点が第1実施形態から第3実施形態と異なる。コンタクタは、蓄電部420全体と電力入出力端子410との間に設けられてもよいし、バッテリセルごとに設けられてもよい。
以下、本発明の第5実施形態に係るバッテリ装置40cを、図6および図7を用いて説明する。第5実施形態における処理について、第1実施形態から第4実施形態との相違点を中心として説明する。図6は、第5実施形態におけるバッテリ装置40cの構成図である。第1実施形態のバッテリ装置40と比較すると、バッテリ装置40cは無線通信部470を更に備える。無線通信部470は無線通信ネットワークNを介して無線信号を送受信する。また、無線通信部470はセキュリティ信号を無線信号で受信することができる。無線通信部470は受信したセキュリティ信号を信号入出力部430cに対して出力する。以降の処理は第1実施形態および第2実施形態と同様である。
なお、上記で述べた実施形態を適宜組み合わせてもよい。第6実施形態に係るバッテリ装置40dの動作について説明する。例えば、図7に示すバッテリ制御システム2のバッテリ装置40cと、バッテリ装置40dが置き換えられても良い。

請求項3記載のバッテリ装置。 - 前記信号入出力部に、前記セキュリティ信号の一つである解除信号が入力された場合、
前記切り換え部は、前記蓄電部と電力入出力端子との電気的接続を有効にする、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項記載のバッテリ装置。 - 前記セキュリティ信号を含む無線信号を受信する無線通信部をさらに備える、
