- 車輪と車体がサスペンションを介して結合された車両における車両運動状態推定装置であって、
前記車両の上下運動によって生じる車輪速成分を推定する上下運動起因車輪速成分推定部と、前記車両の運動によって生じる前記車輪の摩擦力が、前記サスペンションのジオメトリによって前記車体に作用する上下方向の力を算出する上下力推定部と、車両の上下運動の状態量を推定する上下運動推定部を備え、
前記上下運動推定部は、前記上下運動起因車輪速成分推定部からの車輪速成分と、前記上下力推定部からの前記車体に作用する上下方向の力に基づいて前記車両の上下運動の状態量を推定することを特徴とする車両運動状態推定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両運動状態推定装置であって、
前記上下力推定部は、前記車両の前後加速度または横加速度あるいはその両方に定数を乗じることで車体に生じる上下方向の力を推定することを特徴とする車両運動状態推定装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両運動状態推定装置であって、
前記上下力推定部は、前記車輪の前後方向または横方向あるいはその両方向に作用する摩擦力に定数を乗じることで車体に生じる上下方向の力を推定することを特徴とする車両運動状態推定装置。 - 請求項2または請求項3に記載の車両運動状態推定装置であって、

車両運動状態推定装置で推定された状態量が入力されるサスペンション制御装置により、前記推定された状態量に基づいてサスペンションで発生する力を制御することを特徴とする車両。 - 車輪と車体がサスペンションを介して結合された車両における車両運動状態推定方法であって、
前記車両の上下運動によって生じる車輪速成分と、前記車両の運動によって生じる前記車輪の摩擦力が、前記サスペンションのジオメトリによって前記車体に作用する上下方向の力に基づいて、前記車両の上下運動の状態量を推定することを特徴とする車両運動状態推定方法。
