Description

The present invention relates to a wheelbarrow such as a silver car or a walking car.

In this type of steering wheel, the left and right front wheel legs that rotatably support the front wheels at the lower end and the left and right rear wheel legs that rotatably support the rear wheels at the lower end extend horizontally around each other. It is provided with left and right handle support columns that support the handle from below and slidably support the handle in the vertical direction, and it is safe for the user to hold the handle while pushing the push wheel. I am trying to walk.

As such a wheelbarrow, each handle strut is attached to the upper end of the front wheel leg or the rear wheel leg to slidably support the handle in the vertical direction with respect to each handle strut, and each front wheel leg. It is known that the lower part of the wheel and the lower part of each rear wheel leg are connected by left and right connecting frames that can be folded in the middle (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Further, in this type of wheelbarrow, there is also one in which each front wheel leg portion and each rear wheel leg portion are opened and closed in conjunction with the sliding operation of each handle strut portion. Specifically, by pushing down the handle with respect to each handle strut part, each front wheel leg portion and each rear wheel leg portion in a runnable state can be folded into a closed leg position due to a middle fold of each connecting frame, and this closed leg position ( By pulling up the handle from the folded state), each front wheel leg and each rear wheel leg can be converted into an open leg position where the vehicle can run again. That is, in this type of wheelbarrow, if each front wheel leg and each rear wheel leg are converted to the closed leg position, the dimensions in the front-rear direction can be reduced, the size becomes compact when not in use, and a small storage space is required. There is.

Furthermore, in this type of wheelbarrow, a stool is provided on each front wheel leg so that the stool can be seated when tired, and shopping is performed between the rear wheel legs. There is also a case in which a storage basket for storing the stored luggage or the like is provided in the main body (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

On the other hand, there is also one in which the stool portion provided on each front wheel leg portion can be converted into an upright position in which the seat is upright along each handle strut portion and an upright position in which the seat can be seated by lying down forward.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2012-56537

By the way, in the case where each front wheel leg and each rear wheel leg are opened and closed in conjunction with the sliding operation of each handle strut, the force pushed by the user against each handle strut during use is transmitted through the handle. Is working. Therefore, it is necessary to provide stoppers on each front wheel leg and each rear wheel leg to surely regulate the conversion to the closed leg position so as not to accidentally switch from the open leg position to the closed leg position.

In that case, when the front wheel legs and the rear wheel legs are closed, a stopper release operation for releasing the stopper is required in addition to the leg closing operation, and the leg closing operations for the front wheel legs and the rear wheel legs are performed. Two different actions are required to do this. For this reason, the operability at the time of closing the legs becomes very troublesome for the user who needs a wheelbarrow.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to perform a sliding operation or a stopper release operation of each handle strut portion when each front wheel leg portion and each rear wheel leg portion are closed. The two different movements have been abolished, and the leg closing operation can be performed only by a single operation that is irrelevant to the user's pushing force on the handle support during use, so that the user who needs a wheelbarrow can perform the closing operation during the closing operation. The purpose is to provide a wheelbarrow that can be operated easily.

In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, the left and right front wheel legs that rotatably support the front wheels at the lower end and the left and right rear wheel legs that rotatably support the rear wheels at the lower end are laterally lateral to each other. The left and right steering wheel columns that are rotatably supported around the extending horizontal axis, support the steering wheel from below, and slidably support the steering wheel in the vertical direction, the lower part of each front wheel leg portion, and each rear portion. It is assumed that the steering wheel is equipped with left and right connecting frames connected to the lower part of the wheel leg. Further, an undulating frame that is rotatably supported by either the front wheel leg portion or the rear wheel leg portion and is converted into an upright position that stands up upward and an upright position that lays down substantially horizontally, and the undulation. The undulating frame and the connection so that the front wheel legs and the rear wheel legs can be converted from the open leg position in the used state to the closed leg position in the folded state according to the conversion operation from the laid-down position to the upright position of the frame. It is equipped with left and right connecting arms that are rotatably connected to the frame around a horizontal axis that extends in the left-right direction. Each of the connecting frames is rotatably connected between the lower portion of each front wheel leg portion and the lower portion of each rear wheel leg portion around a horizontal axis extending in the left-right direction, and stands up from the undulating position of the undulating frame. It is provided with a front link and a rear link that fold in the middle via the connecting arm as it moves to a position. In addition, an urging means is provided between the front link and the rear link to urge the front wheel legs and the rear wheel legs to be held at the open leg position and the closed leg position, respectively. It is characterized by that.

Further, the urging means is composed of a stretchable member. Further, the telescopic member is fully extended between the front side link and the rear side link during the conversion between the open leg position and the closed leg position of each front wheel leg portion and each rear wheel leg portion, while the front wheels are extended. The legs may be fully contracted when converted to the open leg position and the closed leg position of each of the rear wheel legs.

Further, a seating surface portion that can be seated may be attached to the undulating frame.

On the other hand, the undulating frame may be provided with an opening edge of an opening that opens above the storage basket for storing the luggage in the main body.

As described above, in short, when the undulating frame rotatably supported by either the front wheel leg portion or the rear wheel leg portion is converted from the undulating position in which the undulating position is substantially horizontally laid down to the standing position in which the undulating position is erected upward. Along with the operation, the front link and the rear link of each connecting frame connecting the lower part of each front wheel leg portion and the lower part of each rear wheel leg portion are bent in the middle via the connecting arm. For this reason, when the front wheel legs and the rear wheel legs are closed, two different operations such as the sliding operation of each handle strut and the stopper release operation are abolished, and the pushing force of the user against the handle during use is eliminated. The leg closing operation can be performed only by a single conversion operation from the undulating position to the standing position of the undulating frame, which has nothing to do with it. As a result, operability during the closed leg operation can be achieved for the user who needs a wheelbarrow.

Moreover, the stopper is provided by urging the front wheel legs and the rear wheel legs so as to be held at the open leg position and the closed leg position by the urging means provided between the front link and the rear link. Although the conversion from the open leg position to the closed leg position cannot be reliably regulated as in the above, the front wheel leg portion and each rear wheel leg portion can be smoothly held in the open leg position and the closed leg position.

Further, the urging means is composed of a stretchable member, and this stretchable member is fully extended during the conversion between the open leg position and the closed leg position of each front wheel leg and each rear wheel leg, while each front wheel leg is extended. By maximally contracting when the legs and each rear wheel leg are converted to the open leg position and the closed leg position, it becomes difficult to exceed the maximum extension position of the telescopic member having the highest urging force between the front link and the rear link. .. Thereby, each front wheel leg portion and each rear wheel leg portion can be effectively held in the open leg position and the closed leg position by using the telescopic member having a simple structure.

Furthermore, by attaching a seating surface portion that can be seated to the undulating frame, if the seating surface portion is independently converted from the laid position to the standing position, the leg closing operation of each front wheel leg and each rear wheel leg can be easily performed. Can be done.

On the other hand, by attaching the opening edge of the opening that opens above the storage basket that stores the luggage in the main body to the undulating frame, the undulating frame that opens the opening edge of the storage basket upward. If the conversion operation is performed independently from the lying position to the standing position, the leg closing operation of each front wheel leg and each rear wheel leg can be easily performed.

Further, near the upper ends of the left and right rear wheel legs 12, 12, an undulating frame 24 that is converted into an upright position that stands up upward along each handle support column 18 and an upright position that lays down substantially horizontally is provided. Has been done. The undulating frame 24 is formed in a substantially U shape, and its both ends (base ends) are rotatably supported near the upper end portion of each rear wheel leg portion 12 via horizontal pins 25 and 25 extending in the left-right direction. ing. A seating surface portion 26 on which the user can sit is attached to the undulating frame 24. The seat surface portion 26 is formed by a plurality of compartment frame portions 27, 27, ... That partition the undulating frame 24 so that it can be seated.

The lower portions of the front wheel legs 11 are connected to each other by a front lateral frame 28 extending in the left-right direction, and the lower portions of the rear wheel legs 12 are connected to each other by a rear lateral frame 29 extending in the left-right direction. It is connected. Further, between the lower corresponding position of each front wheel leg portion 11 corresponding directly above the front lateral frame 28 and the lower corresponding position of each rear wheel leg portion 12 corresponding directly above the rear lateral frame 29, Left and right connecting frames 3 are provided to extend and connect the front wheel leg portions 11 and the rear wheel leg portions 12 in the front-rear direction.

Each connecting frame 3 has a front link 32 that is rotatably supported by a horizontal pin 31 (horizontal axis) whose front end extends in the left-right direction at a position corresponding to the lower part of each front wheel leg portion 11 and extends rearward, and each rear wheel leg portion 12. A rear link 34 whose rear end is rotatably supported by a horizontal pin 33 (horizontal axis) extending in the left-right direction and extends forward is provided at a position corresponding to the lower part of the above. The left and right rear links 34, 34 extend further forward beyond the lower corresponding positions of the front wheel legs 11, and are integrally connected by a horizontal frame 35 extending in the left-right direction in front of the front lateral frame 28. It is formed in the shape of.

At both the left and right positions on the tip side (front end side) of the undulating frame 24 and the left and right positions on the front end side of the rear link 34 of each connecting frame 3, both ends of the left and right connecting arms 36, 36 extending substantially linearly are They are rotatably connected via horizontal pins 37 and 37 as horizontal axes extending in the left-right direction, respectively. Each of the connecting arms 36 has a horizontal axis from the open leg position in the used state to the closed leg position in the folded state in each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 as a result of the conversion operation from the undulating position to the standing position of the undulating frame 24. It is connected to the undulating frame 24 and each connecting frame 3 so that it can be rotated around 23 and converted.

The front link 32 and the rear link 34 of each connecting frame 3 are rotatably supported by a horizontal pin 38 whose front end of the front link 32 extends in the left-right direction with respect to a substantially intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction of the rear link 34. The undulating frame 24 is configured to be bent in the middle via the connecting arm 36 as it moves from the undulating position to the standing position. Further, the left and right rear links 34, 34 rotate around the horizontal pin 33 to be upward with respect to the front lateral frame 28 when the front wheel legs 11 and the rear wheel legs 12 are converted to the open leg positions. The front wheel legs 11 and the rear wheel legs 12 are held in the open leg positions by contacting the legs and restricting further rotation.

FIG. 4 shows a side view of the wheelbarrow A of FIG. 2 as viewed from the side while the front wheel legs 11 and the rear wheel legs 12 are being converted to the closed leg positions. Further, FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the wheelbarrow A of FIG. 1 when the front wheel legs 11 and each rear wheel leg 12 are converted into closed leg positions, and FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the wheelbarrow A of FIG. A side view seen from the side, FIG. 7 shows a front view of the wheelbarrow A of FIG. 5 seen from the front.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, between the front link 32 and the rear link 34, the front wheel leg portion 11 and the rear wheel leg portion 12 are held at the open leg position and the closed leg position, respectively. An expansion / contraction member 39 is provided as an urging means for urging. The telescopic member 39 is composed of a stretchable spring. Both ends of the telescopic member 39 (expandable spring) are the protruding ends of the projecting pieces 321 projecting upward from the rear end portion of each front end link 32, and the rear ends located rearward from the rear end of each front end link 32. It is locked to a protrusion 341 that protrudes outward from the rear side position of the side link 34.

In this case, the telescopic member 39 has the axis of the horizontal pin 38 positioned on the telescopic axis during the conversion between the open leg position and the closed leg position of each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 (in FIG. 4). It is most extended when it is in the indicated position), and when it exceeds this position, it is urged to the open leg position side or the closed leg position side by the urging force due to the contraction. In short, the telescopic member 39 has the front wheel legs 11 and the rear wheel legs 12 converted to the open leg positions (positions shown in FIG. 2), and the front wheel legs 11 and the rear wheel legs 12 are closed. When it is in the state of being converted to the position (position shown in FIG. 6), it contracts most and holds each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 at the open leg position or the closed leg position by an urging force (contraction force). I am doing it.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, the undulating frame 24 rotatably supported near the upper end portion of each rear wheel leg portion 12 via the horizontal pin 25 is an upright position that stands up from the undulating position that lays down substantially horizontally. When the operation of converting up to is performed, the front side link 32 and the rear side link of each connecting frame 3 connecting between the lower corresponding position of each front wheel leg portion 11 and the lower corresponding position of each rear wheel leg portion 12 are performed according to the operation. 34 folds in the middle via the connecting arm 36. For this reason, when the front wheel leg portion 11 and the rear wheel leg portion 12 are closed, two different operations such as the sliding operation and the stopper release operation of each handle strut 18 are abolished, and the handle 17 is used at the time of use. The leg closing operation can be performed only by a single conversion operation from the undulating position to the standing position of the undulating frame 24, which is irrelevant to the pushing force of the person. As a result, for the user who needs the wheelbarrow A, operability at the time of closing the legs can be improved.

Further, the front wheel leg portion 11 and the rear wheel leg portion 12 are held at the open leg position and the closed leg position by the contraction force of the telescopic member 39 provided between the front side link 32 and the rear side link 34, respectively. Although it is not possible to reliably regulate the conversion from the open leg position to the closed leg position like the stopper, the front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 are set to the open leg position and the closed leg position. Can be held smoothly in position.

Moreover, since the telescopic member 39 is fully extended during the conversion between the open leg position and the closed leg position of each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12, the front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 are opened. The contraction force that contracts most when converted between the leg position and the closed leg position makes it difficult to exceed the maximum extension position of the telescopic member 39 having the highest urging force between the front side link 32 and each rear side link 34. Thereby, each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 can be effectively held at the open leg position and the closed leg position by using the telescopic member 39 having a simple structure.

Further, since the seating surface portion 26 that can be seated is attached to the undulating frame 24, if the undulating frame 24 is independently converted from the undulating position to the standing position by the seating surface portion 26, each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel The leg closing operation of the leg portion 12 can be easily performed.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 to 14.

In FIG. 9, a rear link 57 extending to the front side) is provided. The other ends of the left and right front links 56, 56 are rotatably supported via horizontal pins 58 (horizontal axes) extending in the left-right direction in the middle of the left and right rear links 57, 57 in the longitudinal direction.

At one end of the left and right rear links 57, 57, elongated holes 572 long in the axial direction of each of the rear links 57 are provided. A horizontal pin 475 that projects substantially horizontally outward from a substantially intermediate position in the front-rear direction of each of the left-right straight line portions 473 of the lower undulating frame 47 is slidably inserted into the elongated hole 572. In this case, the middle portion in the front-rear direction (the portion from one end of each rear link 57 to the horizontal pin 58 at the other end of each front link 56) including the elongated hole 572 is in an upright position from the inverted position of the upper and lower undulating frames 47 and 47. The front link of each undulating frame 47 and each connecting frame 55 so that each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 can be converted from the open leg position in the used state to the closed leg position in the folded state according to the conversion operation to. It has a function as a left and right connecting arm that is rotatably connected to the 56 with horizontal pins 561, 58 extending in the left-right direction, respectively.

Then, the front link 56 and the rear link 57 of each connecting frame 55 are bent around the horizontal pin 58 at the rear end of the front link 56 as the upper and lower undulating frames 47 and 47 move from the laid position to the standing position. It is configured in.

FIG. 11 shows a side view of the wheelbarrow B of FIG. 9 as viewed from the side while the front wheel legs 11 and the rear wheel legs 12 are being converted to the closed leg positions. Further, FIG. 12 is a perspective view of the wheelbarrow B of FIG. 8 when the front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 are converted to the closed leg positions, and FIG. 13 is a perspective view of the wheelbarrow B of FIG. A side view seen from the side, FIG. 14 shows a front view of the wheelbarrow B of FIG. 12 as viewed from the front.

As shown in FIGS. 11 to 14, each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 are held between the front side link 56 and each rear side link 57 at the open leg position and the closed leg position, respectively. An expansion / contraction member 59 is provided as an urging means for urging. The telescopic member 59 is composed of a stretchable spring. Both ends of the telescopic member 59 (expandable spring) are located at the protruding ends of the projecting pieces 562 protruding upward from the rear end of each front link 56 and on the other side in the axial direction from the other end of each front link 56. Each of the rear links 57 is locked to a protrusion 573 that protrudes outward from a substantially intermediate position in the axial direction.

In this case, the telescopic member 59 is on the telescopic axis during the conversion between the open leg position and the closed leg position of each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12, and the axis of the horizontal pin 58 at the rear end of the front link 56. Is most extended when it is in the position (position shown in FIG. 11), and when it exceeds this position, it is urged to the open leg position side or the closed leg position side by the urging force due to contraction. In short, the telescopic member 59 has the front wheel legs 11 and the rear wheel legs 12 converted to the open leg positions (positions shown in FIG. 9), and the front wheel legs 11 and the rear wheel legs 12 are closed. When it is in the state of being converted to the position (position shown in FIG. 13), it contracts most and holds each front wheel leg 11 and each rear leg 12 in the open leg position or the closed leg position by urging force. ..

Further, a frame-shaped rear seating portion 490 projecting substantially horizontally to the rear is fixed to the upper ends of the left and right container rear end frames 49, 49 via the bracket 491. The rear seating portion 490 is held by links 492 and 492 extending obliquely upward from substantially intermediate positions in the longitudinal direction of each container rear end frame 49. A plate-shaped seating plate (not shown) is attached to the posterior seating portion 490 to enable seating from the rear of the user.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, the upper and lower undulating frames 47 are rotatably supported around the horizontal pin 52 via the rear lateral frame 48 and the rear end frame 49 of each container for each rear wheel leg portion 12. When the operation of converting from the lying position of lying down substantially horizontally to the standing position of standing upright is performed, the lower corresponding positions of the front wheel legs 11 and the lower corresponding positions of the rear wheel legs 12 are accompanied by the operation. The front link 56 and the rear link 57 of each connecting frame 55 connecting the two are bent in the middle via the connecting arm. For this reason, when the front wheel leg portion 11 and the rear wheel leg portion 12 are closed, two different operations such as a sliding operation of each handle strut 42 and a stopper release operation are abolished, and the handle 41 is used at the time of use. The leg closing operation can be performed only by a single conversion operation from the undulating position to the standing position of each undulating frame 47, which is irrelevant to the pushing force of the person. As a result, the operability at the time of closing the legs can be improved for the user who needs the wheelbarrow B.

Further, the front wheel leg portion 11 and the rear wheel leg portion 12 are held at the open leg position and the closed leg position by the contraction force of the elastic member 59 provided between the front side link 56 and the rear side link 57, respectively. Although it is not possible to reliably regulate the conversion from the open leg position to the closed leg position like the stopper, each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 are set as the open leg position. It can be smoothly held in the closed leg position.

Moreover, since the telescopic member 59 is fully extended during the conversion between the open leg position and the closed leg position of each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12, the front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 are opened. The contraction force that contracts most when converted between the leg position and the closed leg position makes it difficult to exceed the maximum extension position of the telescopic member 59 having the highest urging force between the front side link 56 and each rear side link 57. Thereby, each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 can be effectively held at the open leg position and the closed leg position by using the telescopic member 59 having a simple structure.

Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 15 to 17.

In this embodiment, the configuration of the seating portion, the connecting frame and the connecting arm is changed. The other configurations except the seating portion, the connecting frame, and the connecting arm are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the same parts are designated by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof will be omitted.

FIG. 15 is a side view of the wheelbarrow according to the third embodiment of the present invention as viewed from the side in a state where each front wheel leg portion and each rear wheel leg portion are converted to the open leg position, and FIG. 16 is a side view of FIG. A side view of the wheelbarrow viewed from the side during conversion of each front wheel leg and each rear wheel leg to the closed leg position, FIG. 17 shows the wheelbarrow of FIG. 15 of each front wheel leg and each rear wheel leg. The side views seen from the side in the converted state to the closed leg position are shown respectively.

As shown in FIGS. 15 to 17, the wheelbarrow C is used as a walking vehicle and includes a pair of left and right front wheel legs 11, 11 and a pair of left and right rear wheel legs 12, 12, and a handle frame 13. ing. Each handle frame 13 is composed of a substantially U-shaped handle 41 and left and right handle support columns 42, 42.

Left and right individual brackets 61 and 61 are fixed to the upper ends of the left and right rear wheel legs 12, 12, respectively. Each of the brackets 61 is rotatably supported near a substantially intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of the left and right front wheel legs 11 and 11 via horizontal shafts 62 and 62 extending in the left-right direction. Further, each bracket 61 is supported by a rotating bracket 63 that rotates around the axis of the horizontal shaft 62 in a state of projecting forward.

The protruding portion of each rotating bracket 63 has a substantially U-shaped undulation that can be freely laid down, which is converted into an upright position that stands up upward and a fold-down position that lays down substantially horizontally between the left and right front wheel legs 11, 11. Both left and right ends of the frame 64 are rotatably supported via horizontal pins 65 extending in the left-right direction. Further, a plate-shaped seating surface portion (not shown) on which the user can sit is attached to the undulating frame 64.

Between the lower end of each front wheel leg portion 11 and the lower end portion of each rear wheel leg portion 12, the left and right sides extending between the front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 in the front-rear direction are connected. Connecting frames 66, 66 are provided. Each connecting frame 66 is rotatably supported by a horizontal pin 671 (horizontal axis) whose one end (front end in FIG. 15) extends in the left-right direction at the lower end of each front wheel leg portion 11 and is supported on the other side (rear side in FIG. 15). The other end (rear end in FIG. 15) is rotatably supported by the horizontal pin 681 (horizontal axis) extending in the left-right direction at the lower end of each rear wheel leg portion 12 and the front link 67 extending to one side (FIG. 15). Then, it is provided with a rear link 68 extending to the front side). The other ends of the left and right front links 67, 67 are rotatably supported by one ends of the left and right rear links 68, 68 via horizontal pins 69 (horizontal axes) extending in the left-right direction.

A connecting arm 70 (only one is shown in the figure) is connected to each of the undulating frame 64 and each connecting frame 66. The upper end of each connecting arm 70 is rotatably supported via a horizontal pin 701 (horizontal axis) extending in the left-right direction near the front end portion of each undulating frame 64. On the other hand, the lower end of each connecting arm 70 is rotatably supported by a horizontal pin 69 with respect to the other end of each front link 67 and one end of each rear link 68.

Then, each connecting arm 70 converts the front wheel leg portion 11 and the rear wheel leg portion 12 from the open leg position in the used state to the closed leg position in the folded state according to the conversion operation from the undulating position to the standing position of the undulating frame 64. It is rotatably connected around the horizontal pins 701 of each undulating frame 64 and the horizontal pins 69 of each connecting frame 66 so as to be possible. The front link 67 and the rear link 68 of each connecting frame 66 are configured to be bent in the middle around the horizontal pin 69 via the connecting arm 70 as the undulating frame 64 moves from the laid position to the standing position.

Further, near the other end of each front link 67, a projecting tool 673 having a substantially L-shaped cross section, in which the base is fixed to the inner side surface of each front link 67 in the left-right direction and the tip portion projects outward in the left-right direction, is provided. Each is attached. The tip of each protrusion 673 is configured so that the front end of each rear link 68 comes into contact with the tip of each rear link 68 from above when the undulating frame 64 is converted to the laid position, and is more horizontal than that of each rear link 68. By restricting the rotation around the pin 681, each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 are held in the open leg position.

Between each front link 67 and each rear link 68, as an urging means for urging each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 to be held at the open leg position and the closed leg position, respectively. An elastic member 71 is provided. The telescopic member 71 is composed of a stretchable spring. Then, both ends of the telescopic member 71 (expandable spring) protrude outward from the protruding ends of the projecting pieces 672 protruding upward from the rear end portion of each front end link 67 and from the front end portion of each rear link 68. It is locked to the protrusion 682.

In this case, the telescopic member 71 has the front link 67 and the rear link 68 on the telescopic axis during the conversion between the open leg position and the closed leg position of the front wheel leg portion 11 and the rear wheel leg portion 12. The axis of the horizontal pin 69 is most extended when it is positioned (position shown in FIG. 16), and when it exceeds this position, it is urged to the open leg position side or the closed leg position side by the urging force due to contraction. In short, the telescopic member 71 has the front wheel legs 11 and the rear wheel legs 12 converted to the open leg positions (positions shown in FIG. 15), and the front wheel legs 11 and the rear wheel legs 12 are closed. When it is in the state of being converted to the position (position shown in FIG. 17), it contracts most and holds each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 in the open leg position or the closed leg position by urging force. ..

Therefore, in the present embodiment, the rotary bracket 63 that rotates around the horizontal axis 62 of the bracket 61 that rotatably supports the upper end of each rear wheel leg portion 12 near a substantially intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of each front wheel leg portion 11. On the other hand, the undulating frame 64, whose left and right ends are rotatably supported via the horizontal pin 65, is subjected to an operation of converting from an undulating position in which it lays down substantially horizontally to an upright position in which it stands up upward. The front link 67 and the rear link 68 of each connecting frame 66 connecting the lower corresponding position of the front wheel leg portion 11 and the lower corresponding position of each rear wheel leg portion 12 are bent in the middle via the connecting arm 70. For this reason, when the front wheel leg portion 11 and the rear wheel leg portion 12 are closed, two different operations such as a sliding operation of each handle strut 42 and a stopper release operation are abolished, and the handle 41 is used at the time of use. The leg closing operation can be performed only by a single conversion operation from the laid position to the standing position of each undulating frame 64, which is irrelevant to the pushing force of the person. As a result, the operability at the time of closing the legs can be improved for the user who needs the wheelbarrow C.

Further, each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 are held at the open leg position and the closed leg position by the contraction force of the telescopic member 71 provided between each front side link 67 and each rear side link 68. Although it is not possible to reliably regulate the conversion from the open leg position to the closed leg position like the stopper, each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 are set as the open leg position. It can be smoothly held in the closed leg position.

Moreover, since the telescopic member 71 is fully extended during the conversion between the open leg position and the closed leg position of each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12, the front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 are opened. The contraction force that contracts most when converted between the leg position and the closed leg position makes it difficult to exceed the maximum extension position of the telescopic member 71 having the highest urging force between each front side link 67 and each rear side link 68. Thereby, each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 can be effectively held at the open leg position and the closed leg position by using the telescopic member 71 having a simple structure.

Further, since a seating surface portion that can be seated is attached to the undulating frame 64, if the undulating frame 64 is independently converted from the undulating position to the standing position by the seating surface portion, each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion can be operated. The twelve leg closing operations can be easily performed.

Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 18 to 20.

In this embodiment, the configurations of the undulating frame, the connecting frame and the connecting arm are changed. The other configurations other than the undulating frame, the connecting frame, and the connecting arm are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the same parts are designated by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof will be omitted.

FIG. 18 is a side view of the wheelbarrow according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention as viewed from the side in a state where each front wheel leg portion and each rear wheel leg portion are converted to the open leg position, and FIG. 19 is a side view of FIG. A side view of the wheelbarrow viewed from the side during conversion of each front wheel leg and each rear wheel leg to the closed leg position, FIG. 20 shows the wheelbarrow of FIG. 18 of each front wheel leg and each rear wheel leg. The side views seen from the side in the converted state to the closed leg position are shown respectively.

As shown in FIGS. 18 to 20, the wheelbarrow D is used as a walking vehicle, and has a pair of left and right front wheel legs 11 (only one is shown in the figure) and a pair of left and right rear wheel legs 12 (only one in the figure). (Shown) and a handle frame 13. Each handle frame 13 is composed of a substantially U-shaped handle 41 and left and right handle support columns 42 (only one is shown in the figure).

The upper end of each rear wheel leg portion 12 is rotatably supported near a substantially intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of each front wheel leg portion 11 via a horizontal shaft 81 extending in the left-right direction. Further, the position near the upper part of each front wheel leg portion 11 located directly above the horizontal axis 81 is converted into an upright position that stands up upward and a downturn position that falls down substantially horizontally between the rear wheel leg portions 12. Both left and right ends of a substantially U-shaped undulating frame 82 that can be laid down are rotatably supported via horizontal pins 83 that extend in the left-right direction. Further, the undulating frame 82 is attached with an opening edge 843 of an opening 842 that opens above a storage basket 84 that stores luggage such as shopping in the main body 841. The storage basket 84 hangs downward due to the weight of the main body 841 and the weight of the luggage.

Between the lower end of each front wheel leg portion 11 and the lower end portion of each rear wheel leg portion 12, the left and right sides extending between the front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 in the front-rear direction are connected. A connecting frame 85 (only one is shown in the figure) is provided. Each connecting frame 85 is rotatably supported by a horizontal pin 861 (horizontal axis) whose one end (front end in FIG. 18) extends in the left-right direction at the lower end of each front wheel leg portion 11 and is supported on the other side (rear side in FIG. 18). The other end (rear end in FIG. 18) is rotatably supported by the horizontal pin 871 (horizontal axis) extending in the left-right direction at the lower end of each rear wheel leg portion 12 and the front link 86 extending to one side (FIG. 18). Then, it is provided with a rear link 87 extending to the front side). The other ends of the front links 86, 86 are rotatably supported by one end of each rear link 87 via a horizontal pin 88 (horizontal axis) extending in the left-right direction.

A connecting arm 89 (only one is shown in the figure) is connected to the undulating frame 82 and each connecting frame 85, respectively. The upper end of each connecting arm 89 is rotatably supported via a horizontal pin 891 (horizontal axis) extending in the left-right direction near the front end portion of the undulating frame 82. On the other hand, the lower end of each connecting arm 89 is rotatably supported by the horizontal pin 88 with respect to the other end of each front link 86 and one end of each rear link 87.

Then, each connecting arm 89 converts the front wheel leg portion 11 and the rear wheel leg portion 12 from the open leg position in the used state to the closed leg position in the folded state according to the conversion operation from the undulating position to the standing position of the undulating frame 82. It is rotatably connected around the horizontal pin 891 of the undulating frame 82 and the horizontal pin 88 of each connecting frame 85 so as to be possible. The front link 86 and the rear link 87 of each connecting frame 85 are configured to be bent in the middle around the horizontal pin 88 via the connecting arm 89 as the undulating frame 82 moves from the laid position to the standing position.

Further, between the horizontal shaft 81 and the horizontal pin 83 of each front wheel leg portion 11, both ends of a substantially U-shaped connecting tool 80 extending in the left-right direction are fixed to each front wheel leg portion 11. There is. The connector 80 is configured so that the upper ends of the rear wheel legs 12 come into contact with each other from below when the undulating frame 82 is converted to the laid position, and the horizontal axis 81 beyond that of the rear wheel legs 12 is formed. By restricting the rotation around, each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 are held in the open leg position.

Between each front link 86 and each rear link 87, as an urging means for urging each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 to be held at the open leg position and the closed leg position, respectively. An elastic member 90 is provided. The telescopic member 90 is composed of a stretchable spring. Then, both ends of the telescopic member 90 (expandable spring) protrude outward from the protruding ends of the projecting pieces 862 protruding upward from the rear end portion of each front end link 86 and from the front end portion of each rear link 87. It is locked to the protrusion 872.

In this case, the telescopic member 90 has the front link 86 and the rear link 87 on the telescopic axis during the conversion between the open leg position and the closed leg position of each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12. When the axis of the horizontal pin 88 is positioned (the position shown in FIG. 19), it is most extended, and when it exceeds this position, it is urged to the open leg position side or the closed leg position side by the urging force due to contraction. In short, the telescopic member 90 has the front wheel legs 11 and the rear wheel legs 12 converted to the open leg positions (positions shown in FIG. 18), and the front wheel legs 11 and the rear wheel legs 12 are closed. When it is in the state of being converted to the position (position shown in FIG. 20), it contracts most and holds each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 in the open leg position or the closed leg position by urging force. ..

Further, the left and right end portions of the substantially U-shaped seating portion 91 are fixed to the lower portion of each front wheel leg portion 11 located directly below the horizontal axis 81 via a pin 911 extending in the left-right direction. .. A plate-shaped seating surface portion (not shown) on which the user can sit is placed on the seating portion 91. Further, the seating portion 91 is held at the lower end portion of each front wheel leg portion 11 via the arm mechanism 92. The arm mechanism 92 has one end (in FIG. 18) of the first arm 921 having one end (upper end in FIG. 18) fixed to a position closer to the front of the seating portion 91 and one end (in FIG. 18) of the horizontal pin 861 at the lower end of each front wheel leg portion 11. A second arm 922 to which the lower end) is fixed is provided, and the other ends of both arms 921 and 922 are fixed to each other. In this case, the seating portion 91 is held substantially horizontally by the arm mechanism 92 at the open leg positions of the front wheel leg portions 11 and the rear wheel leg portions 12.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, the left and right end portions are rotatable via the horizontal pin 83 at a position closer to the upper part of each front wheel leg portion 11 located directly above the horizontal shaft 81 that supports the upper end of each rear wheel leg portion 12. When the undulating frame 82 supported by the undulating frame 82 performs an operation of converting from an undulating position in which it lays down substantially horizontally to an upright position in which it stands upright, the lower corresponding positions of the front wheel legs 11 and the rear wheel legs are accompanied by the operation. The front link 86 and the rear link 87 of each connecting frame 85 connecting between the lower corresponding positions of 12 are bent in the middle via the connecting arm 89. For this reason, when the front wheel leg portion 11 and the rear wheel leg portion 12 are closed, two different operations such as a sliding operation of each handle strut 42 and a stopper release operation are abolished, and the handle 41 is used at the time of use. The leg closing operation can be performed only by a single conversion operation from the undulating position to the standing position of the undulating frame 82, which is irrelevant to the pushing force of the person. As a result, the operability at the time of closing the legs can be improved for the user who needs the wheelbarrow D.

Further, the front wheel leg portion 11 and the rear wheel leg portion 12 are held at the open leg position and the closed leg position by the contraction force of the telescopic member 90 provided between the front side link 86 and the rear side link 87, respectively. Although it is not possible to reliably regulate the conversion from the open leg position to the closed leg position like the stopper, each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 are set as the open leg position. It can be smoothly held in the closed leg position.

Moreover, since the telescopic member 90 is fully extended during the conversion between the open leg position and the closed leg position of each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12, the front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 are opened. The contraction force that contracts most when converted between the leg position and the closed leg position makes it difficult to exceed the maximum extension position of the telescopic member 90 having the highest urging force between the front side link 86 and each rear side link 87. Thereby, each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 can be effectively held at the open leg position and the closed leg position by using the telescopic member 90 having a simple structure.

Further, since the opening edge 843 of the storage basket 84 is attached to the undulating frame 82, the opening edge 843 of the storage basket 84 is independently opened from the undulating position to the upright position of the undulating frame 82 in which the opening 842 opens upward. If the conversion operation is performed with, the leg closing operation of each front wheel leg portion 11 and each rear wheel leg portion 12 can be easily performed.

The present invention is not limited to each of the above-described embodiments, and includes various other modifications. For example, in the second and fourth embodiments, the rear seating portion 490 is fixed to the rear wheel leg portion 12 via the rear lateral frame 48 and the rear end frame 49 of each container, and the front wheel leg portion 11 The seating portions 91 are fixed to the positions closer to the lower part, but these rear seating portions are rotatably supported by the rear wheel legs via the rear lateral frame and the rear end frame of each container, or the front wheel legs of each. The seating portion may be rotatably supported at a position closer to the lower part.

Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the upper ends of the rear wheel legs 12 are rotatably supported near the substantially intermediate positions in the longitudinal direction of the front wheel legs 11, but the upper ends of the front wheel legs are the rear wheel legs. It may be rotatably supported in the vicinity of a substantially intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of the.

Further, in the present embodiment, the case where the wheelbarrows A to D are used as a walking vehicle has been described, but a wheelbarrow such as a silver car may be used.
