Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る蓄電モジュールを示す斜視図である。図2は、図1に示す蓄電モジュールをA−A線に沿って切断した断面図である。図3は、図1に示す蓄電モジュールのセル収納体のみを示す側面図である。図4は、図1に示す蓄電モジュールのセル収納空間内に蓄電セルを収納する様子を説明する図である。
本実施形態に示す蓄電モジュール1は、セル収納体2と、セル収納体2内に収納される複数の蓄電セル3と、蓄電セル3と共にセル収納体2内に収納される複数の押し付け部材4と、を有する。なお、各図中に示す方向において、D1方向は、セル収納体2の長さ方向を示す。D2方向は、セル収納体2の幅方向を示す。D3方向は、セル収納体2の高さ方向を示す。D3方向の示す方向が重力方向に沿う上方である。
車両(図示せず)に搭載された蓄電モジュール1に対し、蓄電セル3の並び方向(D1方向)に沿って衝突荷重Fが入力した場合、その衝突荷重Fは、セル収納体2内の全ての蓄電セル3を衝突荷重Fの入力方向(D1方向)に沿って移動させるように作用する。
図8は、本発明の他の実施形態に係る蓄電モジュールを示す斜視図である。図9は、図8に示す蓄電モジュールをB−B線に沿って切断した断面図である。図10は、図8に示す蓄電モジュールのセル収納空間内に蓄電セルを収納する様子を説明する図である。図1〜図4に示した蓄電モジュール1と同一符号の部位は、同一構成の部位を示している。それらの詳細については、上記構成と相違する構成のみについて説明し、その他の説明を省略する。

Claims (14)
- セル収納体内に複数の蓄電セルが収納される蓄電モジュールであって、
前記セル収納体の内部には、平行な壁面を有する複数のセル収納空間が、前記平行な壁面の並び方向に直線状に配列され、
前記セル収納空間内に、前記蓄電セルと共に、前記蓄電セルに対して前記壁面への押し付け力を付与するシート状の押し付け部材が収納され、
前記押し付け部材と前記壁面との間に前記蓄電セルが配置される、蓄電モジュール。 - 前記押し付け部材は、前記セル収納空間の内部で厚さ方向に膨張することにより、前記蓄電セルを前記壁面に押し付けて保持している、請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記押し付け部材は、2つの前記蓄電セルの間に挟まれている、請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記押し付け部材は、樹脂フィルムで被覆されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記セル収納空間内の前記蓄電セル同士が電気的に接続されている、請求項4に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記押し付け部材は、前記樹脂フィルム内に液体又は気体が封入されている、請求項4又は5に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記押し付け部材は、弾性体又は膨張性を有する構造体を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記弾性体は、発泡体であり、
前記構造体は、膨潤性樹脂又は樹脂繊維集合体である、請求項7に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記セル収納空間の両側面にそれぞれ開口部を有し、
前記蓄電セルの正極端子は、前記開口部のうちのいずれか一方に配置され、前記蓄電セルの負極端子は、前記開口部のうちのいずれか他方に配置される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記セル収納体は、前記壁面及び外側面を金属材によりインパクト成形又は押出し成形した一体成形品である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記セル収納体の前記外側面に、ヒートシンク、温調デバイス又は測温デバイスのうちの少なくともいずれか1つが設けられる、請求項10に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- セル収納体に複数の蓄電セルが収納される蓄電モジュールの製造方法であって、
前記セル収納体の内部には、平行な壁面を有する複数のセル収納空間が、前記平行な壁面の並び方向に直線状に配列され、
前記蓄電セルと、前記蓄電セルに対して前記壁面への押し付け力を付与するシート状の押し付け部材と、を積層して前記セル収納空間内に収納した後、前記押し付け部材の膨張によって、前記蓄電セルを前記壁面に押し付ける、蓄電モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記押し付け部材を圧縮した状態で前記セル収納空間に収納し、圧縮状態からの復元力により、前記押し付け部材を前記セル収納空間内で膨張させる、請求項12に記載の蓄電モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記押し付け部材は樹脂フィルムにより被覆されており、
前記押し付け部材を前記セル収納空間に収納した後、前記樹脂フィルム内に液体又は気体を注入することにより、前記押し付け部材を前記セル収納空間内で膨張させる、請求項12に記載の蓄電モジュールの製造方法。
