Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 患者の大動脈弓への経血管デリバリーのための塞栓防止装置であって、前記大動脈弓の側枝血管を塞栓物質から保護するために、前記装置は、
支持フレームと、
フィルタ部材と
を含み、
前記支持フレームの少なくとも遠位部または近位部が、展開状態にある場合に、前記支持フレームと前記支持フレームと前記大動脈弓の壁との間に径方向の力を与えるように構成されたバネ部であり、
前記フィルタ部材は、前記支持フレームに取り付けられ、前記塞栓物質が、前記大動脈弓の前記側枝血管への血液の流入とともに通過することを防止するように構成される、装置。 - 前記支持フレームは、完全な輪である、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記支持フレームは、熱処理された遠位バネ部および近位バネ部と、少なくとも2つの中央部とを含む、少なくとも4つの別個の部位から形成される、請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記支持フレームは、直線状である、少なくとも2つの中央部を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記遠位バネ部または近位バネ部は、熱処理されており、前記少なくとも2つの中央部は、熱処理されていない、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも遠位バネ部または近位バネ部は、前記少なくとも遠位バネ部または近位バネ部のそれぞれの、前記支持フレームの近位バネ部または遠位端におけるような、略中央部に配置された、前記バネ部の前記力を増加させるように構成された、ループのような、少なくとも1つのバネ要素を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタ部材は、ドーム形状である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ドーム形状のフィルタ部材は、3次元形状である。請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記支持フレームは、ワイヤから形成されているか、または、レーザーカットされている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記支持フレームは、少なくとも前記遠位部または前記近位部において、厚肉である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記経血管デリバリーユニットは、ワイヤまたはチューブを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタ部材または前記支持フレームの遠位部に、接続点が配置されている、請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記大動脈弓に配置される際に、前記ワイヤまたはチューブは、前記装置の遠位端に向けて、前記支持フレームおよび前記フィルタ部材の下方の長手方向に続く、請求項11または12記載の装置。
- 前記ワイヤまたはチューブは、前記接続点との接続の後に、屈曲されている、請求項13記載の装置。
- 前記ワイヤまたはチューブは、遠位端において、非外傷性の先端部を有する、請求項11〜14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
