D)含浸構成要素を硬化させるステップ、
E)構成要素を型から取り出し、コアを取り出すステップ
を有することにおいて達成される。

Claims (12)
- プラスチックから給気管を製造する方法であって、前記方法が以下のステップ:
A)連続繊維(3)を用いてコア(1)上に管輪郭を編むステップ、
B)前記繊維編地(2)を前記コア(1)と共に射出成形用の型(4)のキャビティ(5)中に横たえるステップ、
C)低粘度で易流動性の硬化性樹脂を注入し、前記編まれた管輪郭に前記樹脂を含浸させるステップ、
D)前記含浸構成要素を硬化させるステップ、
E)前記構成要素を前記型(4)から取り出し、前記コア(1)を取り出すステップ
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記コア(1)が圧縮可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記編むステップが自動丸編み機によって実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記連続繊維(3)が有機繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記連続繊維(3)が炭素繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記連続繊維(3)がポリアミド繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記連続繊維(3)がポリエステル繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記連続繊維(3)がアラミド繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記連続繊維(3)が天然繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記連続繊維(3)が亜麻繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記連続繊維(3)が無機繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記連続繊維(3)がガラス繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
