Claims (48)
- 被験者の身体に取り外し可能に取り付け可能であるように適合された監視装置であって、前記装置は、
測定ユニットであって、
少なくとも2つの発光源と、
前記少なくとも2つの発光源から放出された光ビームを検出するための少なくとも1つのセンサと、
を備えた測定ユニットと、
前記測定ユニットに結合された制御装置であって、前記被験者の生理学的徴候を測定および分析するように構成された制御装置と、
を備えた監視装置。 - 前記監視装置はウェアラブルである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第1のサンプリング頻度が第1の測定される生理学的特徴のために使用され、第2のサンプリング頻度が第2の測定される生理学的特徴のために使用される、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサは、前記少なくとも1つの発光源から放出されて前記被験者の皮下組織から反射された光ビームを検出するように構成された光センサである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの発光源のうちの少なくとも1つの発光源は、前記少なくとも2つの発光源のうちの少なくとも別の発光源とは異なる波長で動作する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 複数の異なる波長の数が測定対象の物質に基づき決定される、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 光ビームが各発光源から所定の時間間隔で放出される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの発光源が光ビームを所定の偏光で放出するように構成された偏光光源であり、少なくとも1つのセンサが前記偏光ビームの反射を検出するように構成された偏光センサであり、前記偏光センサは前記偏光光源とは異なる偏光を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- コンピュータ化された外部装置との通信を可能にするように構成された通信モジュールを更に備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記通信モジュールは無線通信を可能にするように構成される、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 電力貯蔵ユニットを更に備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- コンピュータ化された外部装置に送られる測定データを格納するように構成されたメモリモジュールを更に備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記被験者の皮膚にかかる過剰圧力を示すための圧力センサを更に備える、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 被験者の生理学的測定値の非侵襲的監視のためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
測定された生理学的信号の変化を検出するための少なくとも1つの監視装置であって、前記監視装置は少なくとも1つの測定ユニットを備え、各測定ユニットは、
少なくとも2つの発光源と、
前記少なくとも2つの発光源から放出された光ビームを検出するための少なくとも1つのセンサと、
を備える、少なくとも1つの監視装置と、
前記少なくとも1つの監視装置からデータを受信するために前記監視装置と通信しているコンピュータ化された装置と、
を備え、
前記監視装置は、前記被験者の身体に取り外し可能に取り付け可能であるように構成される、
システム。 - 前記監視装置と前記コンピュータ化された装置との間の前記通信は無線である、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも2つの発光源のうちの少なくとも1つの発光源は、前記少なくとも2つの発光源のうちの少なくとも別の発光源とは異なる波長で動作する、請求項14または15に記載のシステム。
- 複数の異なる波長の数が測定対象の物質に基づき決定される、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 第1の頻度が第1の測定される生理学的特徴のために使用され、第2の頻度が第2の測定される生理学的特徴のために使用される、請求項14〜17のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記測定頻度は、測定された生理学的信号の変化に対応する、請求項14〜18のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピュータ化された装置は、携帯電話、タブレット、パーソナルコンピュータ、およびモバイルコンピュータから成る群から選択される、請求項14〜19のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記監視装置と前記コンピュータ化された装置との間で通信モジュールを介してデータが転送される、請求項14〜20のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- データが無線で転送される、請求項21に記載のシステム。
- 前記監視装置と前記コンピュータ化された装置との間で所定の時間間隔でデータが転送される、請求項14〜22のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピュータ化された装置はユーザインタフェース付きのディスプレイを備える、請求項14〜23のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピュータ化された装置と通信しているデータ分析設備を更に備え、前記データ分析設備は少なくとも1人の被験者のために測定された生理学的信号を分析する、請求項14〜24のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記測定ユニットは、皮膚組織の厚さを判定するように構成された超音波ユニットを更に備える、請求項14〜25のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記超音波ユニットは、前記被験者の前記皮膚の下の血管へのアレイの近接を判定するように更に構成される、請求項26に記載のシステム。
- 前記発光源からの光学データと組み合わされる音響データを前記コンピュータ化された装置に提供するために音響センサを更に備える、請求項14〜27のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記被験者の前記皮膚から反射された光を検出するための少なくとも1つのセンサと、前記被験者の前記皮膚を透過した光を検出するための少なくとも1つのセンサとを備える、請求項14〜28のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 被験者の生理学的測定値の非侵襲的監視方法であって、
少なくとも2つの光源によって光ビームを前記被験者の皮膚に向けて放出するステップと、
反射されて検出された光ビームに基づき、少なくとも1つの光センサによって前記被験者の生理学的信号をサンプリングするステップと、
測定された生理学的信号の変化が所定の閾値を超えたことを検出すると警告を発するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記被験者の前記生理学的信号のサンプリングが所定の時間毎に繰り返し実施される、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 第1の頻度が第1の測定される生理学的特徴のために使用され、第2の頻度が第2の測定される生理学的特徴のために使用される、請求項30または31に記載の方法。
- 変化を検出するために2つの連続する測定値を比較するステップを更に含む、請求項30〜32のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 既知の血管から反射されてそこで検出される光を放出する光源の強度を較正するステップを更に含む、請求項30〜33のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 血管に近い前記被験者の前記皮膚上の位置に関するインディケーションを受信するステップを更に含む、請求項30〜34のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記インディケーションはパルス信号の測定時に受信される、請求項35に記載の方法。
- 放出された光ビームのデータと検出された光ビームのデータとを比較するステップと、
前記比較に基づき、前記血液による放射線吸収に関するインディケーションを提供するステップと、
を更に含む、請求項30〜36のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 放出される各光ビームを事前に規定された方向に方向付けるステップを更に含む、請求項30〜37のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 隣接する血管に位置合わせされるように前記光源を調整するステップを更に含む、請求項30〜38のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの放出される光ビームの波長を調整するステップを更に含む、請求項30〜39のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記サンプリングは、前記被験者の前記皮膚との接触の検出時に開始される、請求項30〜40のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- サンプリングされたデータが所定の範囲内にあるかどうかを調べるステップと、
前記サンプリングされたデータが前記所定の範囲を超えた場合に警告を発するステップと、
を更に含む、請求項30〜41のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記サンプリングされたデータを少なくとも1つの格納されているデータセットと比較するステップを更に含む、請求項42に記載の方法。
- 前記放出された光ビームの前記波長が所定範囲内にあるかどうかを調べるステップを更に含む、請求項42に記載の方法。
- 前記放出された光ビームの前記波長を調整するステップを更に含む、請求項44に記載の方法。
- 前記被験者の皮膚組織の厚さを監視するステップを更に含む、請求項30〜45のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 各被験者を個人的な反射率係数に対応付けるステップと、
前記個人的な反射率係数に基づき、前記サンプリングされたデータを調整するステップと、
を更に含む、請求項30〜46のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 各被験者を個人的な反射率係数に対応付けるステップと、
変化を検出するために、2つの連続する測定値を比較するステップと、
前記個人的な反射率係数に基づき、前記検出された変化を有する読み取り値に補償関数を適用するステップと、
