Claims (7)
- 第1コイル並びに前記第1コイルの両側にそれぞれ重畳される第2コイル及び第3コイルが配置されるコアの長さ及び幅、並びに、前記第1乃至第3コイルの半径及び巻数を決定する段階と、
目標出力電力と磁束密度のサイズを考慮して、動作周波数と前記コアの厚さを決定する段階と、
前記第1乃至第3コイルを構成する銅箔の厚さを変えながら、前記第1乃至第3コイルの最小交流抵抗を測定して最適な銅箔の厚さを決定する段階と、
前記銅箔の幅を変えながら、前記第1乃至第3コイルの最小交流抵抗を測定して最適な銅箔の幅を決定する段階と、を含む、無線電力送受信用コイルの設計方法。 - 前記最適な銅箔の厚さを決定する段階は、前記第1コイルの第1銅箔と前記第2コイルまたは前記第3コイルの第2銅箔との間の高さの差を固定した状態で、前記銅箔の厚さを変えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無線電力送受信用コイルの設計方法。
- 前記最適な銅箔の幅を決定する段階は、隣接する銅箔の間の間隔を固定した状態で、前記銅箔の幅を変えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無線電力送受信用コイルの設計方法。
- 前記銅箔の厚さを変えるとき、または、前記銅箔の幅を変えるときに、コイルのインダクタンスが同じであると仮定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無線電力送受信用コイルの設計方法。
- 前記第1乃至第3コイルは、両面PCBの製造方法で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無線電力送受信用コイルの設計方法。
- 前記第1乃至第3コイルの目標インダクタンスが11μH、前記コアの長さと幅がそれぞれ92mmと56mm、前記半径が22mm、前記巻数が11回、前記目標出力電力が15W、前記動作周波数が111kHz、かつ、前記コアの厚さが1.5mmのとき、前記最小の交流抵抗が200〜300mΩとなるようにする前記銅箔の厚さと前記銅箔の幅は、それぞれ9〜18Ozと0.4〜0.6mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無線電力送受信用コイルの設計方法。
- 交流電流によって磁界を変化させる多重伝送コイルであって、第1コイル並びに前記第1コイルの両側にそれぞれ重畳される第2コイル及び第3コイルを含んで構成される、多重伝送コイルと
前記多重伝送コイルから発生する磁界の電波を制限するための遮蔽部と、
前記多重伝送コイルと前記遮蔽部を包むケースと、を含んで構成され、
前記第1乃至第3コイルを構成する銅箔の厚さと幅は、それぞれ9〜18Ozと0.4〜0.6mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする無線電力伝送装置。
