Claims (10)
- 2つの側壁(2111)と、頂壁(2112)と、底壁(2113)と、収納キャビティ(S)とを備える囲み枠(211)と、収納キャビティ(S)の開口を封止するように囲み枠(211)の長手方向(L)の両端に固定接続される2つの端板(212)とを備えるケース(21)であって、
収納キャビティ(S)は、2つの側壁(2111)、頂壁(2112)及び底壁(2113)によって囲まれて形成され、且つ長手方向(L)の両端が開口し、
各側壁(2111)には、幅方向(W)に外方へ突出する固定リブ(R)が形成され、固定リブ(R)に、高さ方向(H)に貫通する貫通孔(TH)が少なくとも1つが設けられていることを特徴とするケース(21)。 - 固定リブ(R)が側壁(2111)の長手方向(L)全体に亘って延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケース(21)。
- 各側壁(2111)に2つの固定リブ(R)が設けられ、且つ当該2つの固定リブ(R)がそれぞれ各側壁(2111)の高さ方向(H)の上側と下側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のケース(21)。
- 囲み枠(211)における2つの側壁(2111)、頂壁(2112)、底壁(2113)及び固定リブ(R)が一体成形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケース(21)。
- 請求項1に記載のケース(21)を備えることを特徴とする電池モジュール(2)。
- 下筐体(1)と、下筐体(1)に収納される複数の請求項5に記載の電池モジュール(2)と、複数の締結部材(3)とを備え、各締結部材(3)が、対応する電池モジュール(2)の貫通孔(TH)を挿通して電池モジュール(2)を下筐体(1)に固定することを特徴とする電池パック。
- 下筐体(1)は、囲み板(11)と、高さ方向(H)に延びる固定孔(fh)が複数設けられる底板(12)とを備え、各固定孔(fh)が、対応する電池モジュール(2)の貫通孔(TH)に対応し、各締結部材(3)が、対応する電池モジュール(2)の各側壁(2111)の、対応する貫通孔(TH)を挿通して底板(12)における対応する1つの固定孔(fh)に固定されることにより、前記電池モジュール(2)を下筐体(1)に固定することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 電池モジュール(2)の各側壁(2111)に2つの固定リブ(R)が設けられ、且つ当該2つの固定リブ(R)がそれぞれ各側壁(2111)の高さ方向(H)の上側と下側に設けられ、各締結部材(3)が、対応する電池モジュール(2)の各側壁(2111)の2つの固定リブ(R)における対応する2つの貫通孔(TH)を順次に挿通して底板(12)における対応する1つの固定孔(fh)に固定されることにより、前記電池モジュール(2)を下筐体(1)に固定することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池パック。
- 下筐体(1)は、4つの囲み壁(111)により構成される囲み板(11)と、囲み板(11)に接続される底板(12)と、対向する2つの囲み壁(111)に間隔を隔て懸設される複数の支持板(13)とを備え、各支持板(13)には、高さ方向(H)に延びる固定孔(fh)が複数設けられ、各電池モジュール(2)が、隣接する2つの支持板(13)の間に設けられ、且つ電池モジュール(2)の各側壁(2111)の固定リブ(R)が支持板(13)の上面に載置され、各締結部材(3)が各側壁(2111)の対応する貫通孔(TH)を挿通して支持板(13)における対応する1つの固定孔(fh)に固定されることにより、電池モジュール(2)を隣接する2つの支持板(13)に固定することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 各電池モジュール(2)の各側壁(2111)に1つの固定リブ(R)が設けられ、各締結部材(3)が、対応する電池モジュール(2)の各側壁(2111)の1つの固定リブ(R)における対応する1つの貫通孔(TH)を挿通して支持板(13)における対応する1つの固定孔(fh)に固定されることにより、前記電池モジュール(2)を支持板(13)に固定することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電池パック。
