Abstract
【解決手段】電池モジュール110の電極端子122に対して電気的に接続されるバスバ部材20と、バスバ部材及び電線40に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続される第1端子部31及び第2端子部32を有する連結端子30と、を備え、バスバ部材は、電極端子に対して電気的に接続される平板状のバスバ本体21と、バスバ本体の基準平面21BLに対する交差方向に向けてバスバ本体から延出させた部位であり、第1端子部が物理的且つ電気的に接続される電気接続部22cを有するアーム体22と、基準平面に対する交差方向に向けてバスバ本体から突出させた少なくとも1つの突出体23と、を有し、突出体は、基準平面に沿って見た際に、基準平面に対する直交方向での基準平面からの突出量Hが、直交方向におけるアーム体と連結端子との接続体の基準平面からの最大突出量H0以上となるように形成すること。

Claims (4)
- 正負それぞれの電極端子を有する複数の電池セルが配列された電池モジュールの少なくとも1つの電極端子に対して電気的に接続される導電性のバスバ部材と、
前記バスバ部材に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続される第1端子部、並びに、前記バスバ部材及び電気接続対象物の間を電気的に接続させるための電線に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続される第2端子部を有する導電性の連結端子と、
を備え、
前記バスバ部材は、前記電極端子に対して電気的に接続される平板状のバスバ本体と、前記バスバ本体の基準平面に対する交差方向に向けて前記バスバ本体から延出させた部位であり、前記第1端子部が物理的且つ電気的に接続される電気接続部を有するアーム体と、前記基準平面に対する交差方向に向けて前記バスバ本体から突出させた少なくとも1つの突出体と、を有し、
前記突出体は、前記基準平面に沿って見た際に、前記基準平面に対する直交方向での前記基準平面からの突出量が、前記直交方向における前記アーム体と前記連結端子との接続体の前記基準平面からの最大突出量以上となるように形成することを特徴とした電線接続バスバ。 - 前記突出体を複数箇所に設ける場合、2つの前記突出体は、前記アーム体と前記連結端子との前記接続体を間に介在させるように各々配置することを特徴とした請求項1に記載の電線接続バスバ。
- 前記第2端子部は、前記電線の端部に対して圧着させる2つのバレル片を少なくとも1組有することを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載の電線接続バスバ。
- 正負それぞれの電極端子を有する複数の電池セルが配列された電池モジュールの少なくとも1つの電極端子に対して電気的に接続される導電性のバスバ部材と、
複数の前記電池セルの配列方向に延在させ、前記バスバ部材及び電気接続対象物の間を電気的に接続させる電線と、
前記バスバ部材に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続される第1端子部、及び、前記電線に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続される第2端子部を有する導電性の連結端子と、
前記バスバ部材、前記電線及び前記連結端子を収容する収容部材と、
を備え、
前記バスバ部材は、前記電極端子に対して電気的に接続される平板状のバスバ本体と、前記バスバ本体の基準平面に対する交差方向に向けて前記バスバ本体から延出させた部位であり、前記第1端子部が物理的且つ電気的に接続される電気接続部を有するアーム体と、前記基準平面に対する交差方向に向けて前記バスバ本体から突出させた少なくとも1つの突出体と、を有し、
前記突出体は、前記基準平面に沿って見た際に、前記基準平面に対する直交方向での前記基準平面からの突出量が、前記直交方向における前記アーム体と前記連結端子との接続体の前記基準平面からの最大突出量以上となるように形成することを特徴とした導電モジュール。
