Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリ100の第1面100aに立設させたバッテリポスト101に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続させるバッテリ端子10と、バッテリ端子10に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続させると共に外方に引き出される電線110の端末が物理的且つ電気的に接続される電子部品21を設けたバッテリ用接続ユニット20と、バッテリ端子10及びバッテリ用接続ユニット20を収容する収容部材30と、を備え、収容部材30は、バッテリポスト101が挿通される貫通孔31と、貫通孔31に挿通されたバッテリポスト101の自由端側が配置され、その自由端側に物理的且つ電気的に接続させたバッテリ端子10を収容する端子収容室32と、貫通孔31の周縁部からバッテリ100の第1面100aに向けて突出させると共に第1面100aに当接させる突き当て体36と、を有すること。

本発明に係る電源接続システムの実施形態の1つを図1から図10に基づいて説明する。

Claims (3)
- バッテリの外壁面に立設させたバッテリポストに対して物理的且つ電気的に接続させるバッテリ端子と、
前記バッテリ端子に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続させると共に外方に引き出される電線の端末が物理的且つ電気的に接続される電子部品を設けたバッテリ用接続ユニットと、
前記バッテリ端子及び前記バッテリ用接続ユニットを収容する収容部材と、
を備え、
前記収容部材は、前記バッテリポストが挿通される貫通孔と、前記貫通孔に挿通された前記バッテリポストの自由端側が配置され、その自由端側に物理的且つ電気的に接続させた前記バッテリ端子を収容する端子収容室と、前記貫通孔の周縁部から前記バッテリの前記外壁面に向けて突出させると共に前記外壁面に当接させる突き当て体と、を有することを特徴とした電源接続システム。 - 前記突き当て体は、前記バッテリポストの外周壁を内周壁で囲う筒状に形成し、その筒軸方向における環状の端部を前記外壁面に当接させることを特徴とした請求項1に記載の電源接続システム。
- 前記電子部品は、ヒューズ回路体であることを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載の電源接続システム。
