Claims (4)
- 観察対象である術野から垂直な対物光学系を通過した1本の垂直な光ビーム束を光分岐手段により後方へ向けた水平な第1光ビーム束と上方へ向けた垂直な第2光ビーム束に分岐し、
第1光ビーム束中の2本の水平な光ビームをそれぞれ一対の水平な変倍光学系に導いた後に、上下一対の反射手段を介して変倍光学系の上方で前方へ折り返して左右の接眼部に導き、
接眼部から術野を光学的に観察自在であると共に、第2光ビーム束が反射手段により水平方向に反射され該水平な第2光ビーム束が導入される光取出口を上部に備えた手術顕微鏡と、
該光取出口に対し第2光ビーム束の光軸を中心にして回転自在に取付けられ、一対の変倍光学系と撮像素子をそれぞれ内蔵しており、第2光ビーム束における回転位置に応じた方向性での一対の光ビームを変倍光学系を介して撮像素子に導き、その方向性での両眼視差を有する電子映像を撮像自在なカメラと、
該カメラで撮像された電子映像を表示可能な電子映像表示装置と、
を備えたことを特徴とする手術顕微鏡システム。 - カメラが光取出口に対して着脱自在であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の手術顕微鏡システム。
- カメラ内に導入された光ビームがそれぞれ反射手段により互いに離反する直角方向へ反射され、撮像素子が該反射された光ビームと直角を成す角度で配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の手術顕微鏡システム。
- 電子映像表示装置が、内蔵された左右一対の表示パネルにカメラで撮像された電子映像を表示可能で且つ表示された電子映像を一対の接眼部から両眼で観察可能な3Dビュアーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の手術顕微鏡システム。
