Abstract
Description
メインシャフトおよびカウンタシャフトと、
上記メインシャフトと上記カウンタシャフトのいずれか一方に固定された固定側ギヤと他方に空転可能に配置された可動側ギヤとを含み、複数の変速段をそれぞれ構成する複数の変速用ギヤ列と、
上記可動側ギヤを当該ギヤを備えた上記メインシャフトもしくは上記カウンタシャフトに選択的に締結する複数の変速用ドッグクラッチと、
上記内燃機関と上記メインシャフトとの間に介在するメインクラッチと、
上記モータが連結されるモータ出力軸にそれぞれ空転可能に配置され、上記メインシャフトに常に連動するモータ用第1ギヤ、および、上記カウンタシャフトに常に連動するモータ用第2ギヤと、
上記モータ用第1ギヤおよび上記モータ用第2ギヤのいずれか一方を上記モータ出力軸に選択的に締結するモータ用ドッグクラッチと、
上記変速用ドッグクラッチ、メインクラッチおよびモータ用ドッグクラッチの動作を制御する制御手段と、
を備えて構成されている。

Claims (6)
- 駆動源としてモータと内燃機関とを備えたハイブリッド車両の変速装置であって、
メインシャフトおよびカウンタシャフトと、
上記メインシャフトと上記カウンタシャフトのいずれか一方に固定された固定側ギヤと他方に空転可能に配置された可動側ギヤとを含み、複数の変速段をそれぞれ構成する複数の変速用ギヤ列と、
上記可動側ギヤを当該ギヤを備えた上記メインシャフトもしくは上記カウンタシャフトに選択的に締結する複数の変速用ドッグクラッチと、
上記内燃機関と上記メインシャフトとの間に介在するメインクラッチと、
上記モータが連結されるモータ出力軸にそれぞれ空転可能に配置され、上記メインシャフトに常に連動するモータ用第1ギヤ、および、上記カウンタシャフトに常に連動するモータ用第2ギヤと、
上記モータ用第1ギヤおよび上記モータ用第2ギヤのいずれか一方を上記モータ出力軸に選択的に締結するモータ用ドッグクラッチと、
上記変速用ドッグクラッチ、メインクラッチおよびモータ用ドッグクラッチの動作を制御する制御手段と、
を備えてなるハイブリッド車両の変速装置。 - 上記メインシャフトに固定されたいずれかの変速段の固定側ギヤに上記モータ用第1ギヤが噛み合っている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速装置。
- 上記カウンタシャフトに固定されたいずれかの変速段の固定側ギヤに、回転方向反転用のアイドラギヤを介して上記モータ用第2ギヤが連動している、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速装置。
- 上記メインシャフトに固定されたいずれかの変速段の固定側ギヤに上記モータ用第1ギヤが噛み合っており、
上記カウンタシャフトに固定されたいずれかの変速段の固定側ギヤに上記モータ用第2ギヤが噛み合っており、
同一の車両走行方向に対し、上記モータ用第1ギヤの締結時と上記モータ用第2ギヤの締結時とで、上記モータの駆動方向を互いに逆方向とする、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速装置。 - 上記モータ出力軸に補機が連結されており、
上記モータ用ドッグクラッチは、中立位置を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の変速装置。 - 後退走行用の変速用ギヤ列を具備せず、上記モータの逆転により後退走行を行う、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の変速装置。
