Abstract
【解決手段】巻芯部21及びその両端に設けられた鍔部22,23を有するドラムコア20と、巻芯部21に巻回されたワイヤWと、鍔部22,23にそれぞれ設けられワイヤWの端部が継線される端子電極E1〜E4と、鍔部22,23に固定され、扁平形状を有する金属軟磁性粉をバインダ樹脂に混合してなる磁性粉含有樹脂からなる磁性天板30とを備える。本発明によれば、磁性粉として扁平形状を有する金属軟磁性粉を用いていることから、磁性天板の厚みを従来よりも薄くした場合であっても、高い磁気特性とシールド効果を確保することができる。これにより、コイル部品のさらなる低背化を実現することが可能となる。

Claims (3)
- 巻芯部及び前記巻芯部の両端に設けられた第1及び第2の鍔部を有するドラムコアと、
前記巻芯部に巻回されたワイヤと、
前記第1及び第2の鍔部にそれぞれ設けられ、前記ワイヤの端部が継線される端子電極と、
前記第1及び第2の鍔部に固定され、扁平形状を有する金属軟磁性粉をバインダ樹脂に混合してなる磁性粉含有樹脂からなる磁性天板と、を備えることを特徴とするコイル部品。 - 前記磁性天板は、厚み方向から見て前記金属軟磁性粉が存在する領域の割合は、厚み方向から見た全体面積の80%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記磁性天板は、前記全体面積の10%の割合を占める外周領域と、前記外周領域に囲まれた中央領域を含み、前記中央領域のうち、厚み方向から見て前記金属軟磁性粉が存在する領域の割合は、前記中央領域の面積の95%以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコイル部品。
