図2は図1に図示されたブラケット110の構成を拡大して具体化した概念図で、一般的なブラケットの構成は支持ブロック120上にブラケット110が安着され、ブラケットの内側末端には折り曲げられてベアリングが安着されるベアリング安着部112、114が設けられる。

Claims (7)
- モータハウジング;
前記モータハウジングに設置され、ヘッド部から突出するトゥース(tooth)を有する単位ステータコアを複数個含むステータコア、インシュレーターおよびコイルを含むステータ;および
前記ステータ中央に回転可能に設置され、中央に形成された通孔とマグネットモジュールを含むロータ;および
前記モータハウジングの上部に配置され、回転軸を支持するベアリングとベアリング安着部を含むブラケット;を含み、
前記ベアリング安着部は、
ベアリングの側面を支持する側面支持部と前記ベアリングが安着するように前記側面支持部から垂直方向に突出する下部支持部を含み、
前記下部支持部の表面に騒音減少溝部が設けられる、モータ。 - 前記騒音減少溝部の幅は、
前記ベアリング幅対比0.02〜0.08の比を有する、請求項1に記載のモータ。 - 前記騒音減少溝部の高さは、
前記ベアリング高さ対比0.015〜0.055の比を有する、請求項2に記載のモータ。 - 前記騒音減少溝部の幅:深さの比率が5:2を充足する、請求項1に記載のモータ。
- 前記騒音減少溝部は、
前記側面支持部と前記下部支持部の境界線に隣接して配置される、請求項1に記載のモータ。 - 前記騒音減少溝部は、
前記下部支持部の表面に少なくとも2以上備えられる、請求項1に記載のモータ。 - 前記ベアリング安着部は、
前記騒音減少溝部の幅が前記騒音減少溝部が設けられていない領域の幅より小さい、請求項5に記載のモータ。
