Abstract
Description
特許文献1には、結合材、有機充填材、無機充填材及び繊維基材を含む摩擦材組成物であって、該摩擦材組成物中の銅の含有量が銅元素として5質量%以下であり、銅及び銅合金以外の金属繊維の含有量が0.5質量%以下であり、チタン酸塩及び粒子径が30μm以下の酸化ジルコニウムを含有し、かつ、該チタン酸塩の含有量が10〜35質量%であり、粒子径が30μmを超える酸化ジルコニウムを実質的に含有しないノンアスベスト摩擦材組成物及び該ノンアスベスト摩擦材組成物を成形してなる摩擦材と裏金とを用いて形成される摩擦部材(ディスクブレーキパッド)が記載されている。
表1に示す組成の摩擦材組成物をレディゲミキサーにて5分間混合し、予備成型型内で30MPaにて10秒間加圧して予備成型をした。この予備成型物を、予め洗浄、表面処理、接着材を塗布した鋼鉄製のバックプレート上に重ね、熱成型型内で成型温度150℃、成型圧力40MPaの条件下で10分間成型した後、200℃で5時間熱処理を行い、研磨して摩擦面を形成し、乗用車用ディスクブレーキパッドを作製した(実施例1〜9、比較例1〜3)。
Claims (2)
- ディスクブレーキパッドに使用される、銅成分を含有しないNAO材の摩擦材組成物から成る摩擦材において、前記摩擦材組成物は、無機摩擦調整材として水酸化ジルコニウムを摩擦材組成物全量に対し2〜30重量%含有することを特徴とする摩擦材。
- 前記水酸化ジルコニウムの平均粒子径が1〜100μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摩擦材。
