Abstract
Description
本願は、2013年9月19日に出願された米国特許仮出願第61/879,468号及び2014年7月15日に出願された別の米国特許仮出願第62/024,999号の優先権主張出願である。
Claims (16)
- 外科用器械のルーメンに取り付け可能な外科用アクセスポート組立体であって、
(a)直径が約3mm以下であって、内部シャフトを長手方向に挿通させる中空カニューレと、
(b)前記中空カニューレの近位端部に取り付けられたテーパ付きハブとを含み、前記テーパ付きハブは、前記外科用器械の前記ルーメンに連結可能な少なくとも1つの内側リングを有し、
前記外科用アクセスポート組立体には封止弁及び封止機構体がない、外科用アクセスポート組立体。 - 前記中空カニューレは、鈍い(ブラントな)遠位端部を有する、請求項1記載の外科用アクセスポート組立体。
- 前記中空カニューレは、鋭い(シャープな)遠位端部を有する、請求項1記載の外科用アクセスポート組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの内側リングは、3つの内側リングで構成されている、請求項1記載の外科用アクセスポート組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの内側リングは、Oリングである、請求項1記載の外科用アクセスポート組立体。
- 前記テーパ付きハブを封止するキャップを更に含む、請求項1記載の外科用アクセスポート組立体。
- 外科用器械であって、
(a)近位端部に設けられた遠位針先端部及びハンドル組立体を有するルーメンと、
(b)外科用アクセスポート組立体とを有し、前記外科用アクセスポート組立体は、
(i)直径が約3mm以下であって、内部シャフトを長手方向に挿通させる中空カニューレと、(ii)前記中空カニューレの近位端部に取り付けられたテーパ付きハブとを含み、前記テーパ付きハブは、前記外科用器械の前記ルーメンに連結可能な少なくとも1つの内側リングを有し、
前記外科用アクセスポート組立体には封止弁及び封止機構体がない、外科用器械。 - 前記中空カニューレは、鈍い(ブラントな)遠位端部を有する、請求項7記載の外科用器械。
- 前記中空カニューレは、鋭い(シャープな)遠位端部を有する、請求項7記載の外科用器械。
- 前記少なくとも1つの内側リングは、3つの内側リングで構成されている、請求項7記載の外科用器械。
- 前記少なくとも1つの内側リングは、Oリングである、請求項7記載の外科用器械。
- 前記外科用アクセスポート組立体に連結されていて前記テーパ付きハブを封止するキャップを更に含む、請求項7記載の外科用器械。
- 外科的方法であって、
(a)ニードルスコピック外科用器械を患者の体壁中に挿入するステップを含み、前記外科用器械は、(i)近位端部に設けられた遠位針先端部及びハンドル組立体を有するルーメンと、(ii)外科用アクセスポート組立体とを有し、前記外科用アクセスポート組立体は、(A)直径が約3mm以下であって、内部シャフトを長手方向に挿通させる中空カニューレと、(B)前記中空カニューレの近位端部に取り付けられたテーパ付きハブとを含み、前記テーパ付きハブは、前記外科用器械の前記ルーメンに連結可能な少なくとも1つの内側リングを有し、前記外科用アクセスポート組立体には封止弁及び封止機構体がなく、
(b)前記外科用アクセスポート組立体を前記患者の前記体壁に向かって下向きの方向に前記リブに沿って滑らせるステップを含み、
(c)前記テーパ付きハブを前記体壁の外部に残した状態で前記外科用アクセスポート組立体の前記カニューレを前記体壁内に挿入するステップを含み、
(d)前記外科用器械を前記外科用アクセスポート組立体及び前記患者の前記体から引き抜くステップを含む、外科的方法。 - 別の外科用器械を前記外科用アクセスポート組立体内に挿入し、そして前記患者の前記体壁の下に位置する体腔まで挿通させるステップを更に含む、請求項13記載の外科的方法。
- 前記外科用アクセスポート組立体の前記テーパ付きハブに連結されたオプションとしてのキャップを前記テーパ付きハブ中に挿入して前記テーパ付きハブを封止するステップを更に含む、請求項13記載の外科的方法。
- 前記外科用アクセスポート組立を前記患者の前記体壁から引き抜くステップを更に含み、この場合、前記引き抜かれた外科用アクセスポート組立体の配置場所のところに位置する前記体壁を縫合する必要がない、請求項13記載の外科的方法。
