Abstract
Description
(a)炭化水素原料を開環のための反応区域に供給する工程、
(b)その反応区域から生成された反応生成物を頭頂流および側部流に分離する工程、
(c)工程(b)からの側部流をガソリン水素化分解(GHC)ユニットに供給する工程、
(d)工程(c)のGHCの反応生成物を、C2〜C4パラフィン、水素およびメタンを含む頭頂気体流と、芳香族炭化水素化合物および非芳香族炭化水素化合物を含む流れとに分離する工程、および
(e)ガソリン水素化分解(GHC)ユニットからの頭頂気体流を水蒸気分解ユニットに供給する工程、
を有してなる方法に関する。

Claims (26)
- 炭化水素原料からの軽質オレフィン炭化水素化合物の生産を増加させる方法において、
(a)炭化水素原料を、300〜500℃の温度範囲および2〜10MPaの圧力範囲で作動する開環反応区域に供給する工程、
(b)前記反応区域から生成された反応生成物を頭頂流および側部流に分離する工程、
(c)工程(b)からの前記側部流を、300〜580℃の温度範囲および0.3〜5MPaの圧力範囲で作動するガソリン水素化分解(GHC)ユニットに供給する工程、
(d)工程(c)の前記GHCの反応生成物を、C2〜C4パラフィン、水素およびメタンを含む頭頂気体流と、芳香族炭化水素化合物および非芳香族炭化水素化合物を含む流れとに分離する工程、および
(e)前記ガソリン水素化分解(GHC)ユニットからの前記頭頂気体流を水蒸気分解ユニットに供給する工程、
を有してなり、
前記ガソリン水素化分解(GHC)ユニットが前記開環反応区域よりも高い温度で作動され、該ガソリン水素化分解(GHC)ユニットが該開環反応区域よりも低い圧力で作動される方法。 - 前記炭化水素原料を芳香族化合物抽出ユニットにおいて前処理する工程をさらに含み、該芳香族化合物抽出ユニットからの底部流が前記開環反応区域に供給され、その頭頂流が前記水蒸気分解ユニットに供給される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記芳香族化合物抽出ユニットが蒸留ユニットのタイプのものである、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記芳香族化合物抽出ユニットが溶媒抽出ユニットのタイプのものである、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記芳香族化合物抽出ユニットが分子篩のタイプのものである、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒抽出ユニットにおいて、その頭頂流が溶媒除去のために洗浄され、そのように回収された溶媒が前記溶媒抽出ユニットに戻され、そのように洗浄された頭頂流が前記水蒸気分解ユニットに供給される、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記頭頂気体流からC2〜C4パラフィンを分離する工程、およびそのように分離された該C2〜C4パラフィンを水蒸気分解ユニットの炉区域に供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記C2〜C4パラフィンを、それぞれ、C2パラフィン、C3パラフィンおよびC4パラフィンを主に含む個々の流れに分離する工程、および各個々の流れを前記水蒸気分解ユニットの特定の炉区域に供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記頭頂気体流からC2〜C4パラフィンを分離する工程が低温蒸留または溶媒抽出により行われる、請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記水蒸気分解ユニットの反応生成物を、C2〜C6アルカンを含む頭頂流と、C2オレフィン、C3オレフィンおよびC4オレフィンを含む中間流と、C9+炭化水素を含む第1の底部流と、芳香族炭化水素化合物および非芳香族炭化水素化合物を含む第2の底部流とに分離する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記頭頂流を前記水蒸気分解ユニットに戻す工程をさらに含む、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記第2の底部流を前記ガソリン水素化分解(GHC)ユニットに供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項10または11記載の方法。
- カーボンブラックオイル(CBO)および分解蒸留物(CD)を主に含有する前記第1の底部流を前記開環反応区域に供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項10または11記載の方法。
- 前記ガソリン水素化分解(GHC)ユニットの反応生成物からの前記底部流を、BTXが豊富な分画と、重質分画とに分離する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から13いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ガソリン水素化分解(GHC)ユニットからの前記頭頂流、特に該頭頂流のC3〜C4分画を脱水素化ユニットに供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から14いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記開環反応区域からの前記頭頂流、特に該頭頂流のC3〜C4分画を脱水素化ユニットに供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から15いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 工程(a)の前記炭化水素原料から単環芳香族化合物が豊富な流れを回収する工程、およびそのように回収された流れをガソリン水素化分解(GHC)ユニットに供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から16いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記水蒸気分解ユニットの反応生成物から水素を回収する工程、そのように回収された水素を前記ガソリン水素化分解(GHC)ユニットおよび/または前記開環反応区域に供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から17いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記脱水素化ユニットから水素を回収する工程、およびそのように回収された水素を前記ガソリン水素化分解(GHC)ユニットおよび/または前記開環反応区域に供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項16から18いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記開環反応区域中への前記炭化水素原料が、軽油、真空軽油(VGO)、ナフサおよび前処理ナフサ、またはそれらの組合せの群から選択される、請求項1から19いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記開環反応区域において一般的な工程条件が、300℃から500℃の温度、および2から10MPaの圧力、芳香族水素化触媒上の1,000kgの原料当たり100から300kgの水素と共に、並びに結果として生じた流れを、200℃から600℃の温度および1から12MPaの圧力で、環開裂触媒上に結果として生じた流れ1,000kg当たり50から200kgの水素と共に環開裂ユニットに通過させる工程を含む、請求項1から20いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ガソリン水素化分解(GHC)ユニットにおいて一般的な工程条件が、300〜580℃、好ましくは450〜580℃、より好ましくは470〜550℃の温度、0.300〜5000kPa MPaのゲージ圧、好ましくは0.600〜3000kPa MPaのゲージ圧、特に好ましくは1000〜2000kPa MPaのゲージ圧、特に好ましくは1000〜2000kPa MPaのゲージ圧、最も好ましくは1.200〜1.600kPa MPaのゲージ圧、0.1〜10h-1、好ましくは0.2〜6h-1、より好ましくは0.4〜2h-1の重量空間速度(WHSV)である、請求項1から21いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記水蒸気分解ユニットにおいて一般的な工程条件が、約750〜900℃の反応温度、50〜1000ミリ秒の滞留時間、および大気圧から175kPaのゲージ圧までの圧力を含む、請求項1から22いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 工程(d)において得られた前記芳香族炭化水素化合物および非芳香族炭化水素化合物を含む流れが、前記開環反応区域および前記ガソリン水素化分解)GHC)ユニットのいずれにも再循環されない、請求項1から23いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 工程(e)において、前記ガソリン水素化分解(GH)ユニットからの前記頭頂流が前記水蒸気分解ユニットの炉区域に直接供給される、請求項1から24いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 水蒸気分解ユニットのための原料としての、多段階で開環された水素化分解炭化水素原料の気体軽質分画の使用。
