Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- プリントバーを作製するためのプロセスであって、
プリントバー用の複数のプリントヘッドダイスライバをキャリア上にあるパターンで配置するステップであって、各ダイスライバは、入口とオリフィスを有する前部とを有し、流体は前記入口を通って前記ダイスライバに入ることができ、及び、流体を前記ダイスライバから前記オリフィスを通じて供給することができ、前記ダイスライバは、各ダイスライバの前部が前記キャリアに面した状態で前記キャリア上に配置されることからなる、ステップと、
前記ダイスライバの前記前部にある前記オリフィスを覆うことなく、ある材料からなる物体を各ダイスライバの周りに成形するステップと、
前記物体内において前記入口に開口を形成するステップと、
前記キャリアから前記ダイスライバを取り外すステップと、
ダイスライバのグループをプリントバーに分割するステップ
を含むプロセス。 - あるパターンをなす導電体を前記キャリアに付加するステップと、
各ダイスライバ上の電気端子を導体に接続するステップと、
各ダイスライバの周りに前記物体を成形するのと同時に前記導電体の周りに前記物体を成形するステップ
をさらに含む、請求項1のプロセス。 - 開口を形成する前記ステップが、前記物体を各ダイスライバの周りに成形するのと同時に前記開口を前記物体内に成形するステップを含むことからなる、請求項1のプロセス。
- 開口を形成する前記ステップが、予備成形用形状物を、前記開口を画定するあるパターンをなすように前記ダイスライバに付加し、その後、前記物体を前記ダイスライバの周りに成形するステップを含むことからなる、請求項1のプロセス。
- 前記物体を成形する前記ステップが、ある材料からなる一体構造体を全ての前記ダイスライバの周りに同時に成形するステップを含むことからなる、請求項1のプロセス。
- 前記一体構造体を各ダイスライバの周りに同時に成形する前記ステップが、ある材料からなる一体構造体を全ての前記ダイスライバの周りに同時にトランスファー成形するステップを含むことからなる、請求項5のプロセス。
- ダイスライバのグループをプリントバーに分割した後に、ダイスライバを取り外す前記ステップが実行される、請求項1のプロセス。
- プリントヘッド構造を作製するためのプロセスであって、
複数のプリントヘッドダイを囲んでいるある材料からなる物体内に流体チャンネルを形成するステップであって、前記流体チャンネルのうちの1以上の流体チャンネルが前記ダイの各々に入る流路と連絡するようにするステップを含むプロセス。 - 前記ダイを囲んでいる物体内に前記チャンネルを形成する前記ステップが、前記物体を前記ダイの周りに成形するのと同時に、前記チャンネルを前記物体内に成形するステップを含むことからなる、請求項8のプロセス。
- 前記ダイを囲んでいる物体内に前記チャンネルを形成する前記ステップが、前記チャンネルを画定するあるパターンをなすように、前記物体の予備成形用形状物部分を前記ダイに付加し、その後、前記物体の他の部分を前記ダイの周りに成形するステップを含むことからなる、請求項8のプロセス。
- 前記ダイを囲んでいる物体内に前記チャンネルを形成する前記ステップが、前記ダイの周りに前記物体を成形するのと同時に、前記物体内にチャンネルが部分的に形成されるように該チャンネルを成形し、その後、前記部分的に形成されたチャンネルを覆うステップを含むことからなる、請求項8のプロセス。
- 前記プリントヘッドダイは部分的に完成されたプリントヘッドダイであり、前記部分的に形成されたチャンネルを覆う前記ステップが、前記部分的に形成されたチャンネルをプリントヘッドダイオリフィスプレートで覆うステップを含むことからなる、請求項11のプロセス。
- マイクロデバイス構造を作製するためのプロセスであって、
ある材料からなる一体構造体内にマイクロデバイスを成形するステップと、
前記構造体内に流体流路を形成するステップ
を含み、
流体が、前記流体流路を通って前記マイクロデバイスへと直接移動できることからなる、プロセス。 - 前記マイクロデバイスは、プリントヘッドダイスライバを含む、請求項13のプロセス。
- 前記流体チャンネルは、前記構造体内に前記マイクロデバイスを成形するのと同時に形成される、請求項13のプロセス。
