Abstract
【解決手段】有機発光表示装置は、有機発光ダイオード、画素定義膜、第1保護層、第2保護層、及び充填剤を含む。有機発光ダイオードは表示領域に形成される。画素定義膜は、表示領域に形成された第1部分、及び表示領域を取り囲む非表示領域に形成された第2部分を含む。第1保護層は画素定義膜の少なくとも第2部分を覆う。第2保護層は非表示領域に形成され、第1保護層の一部及び画素定義膜の第2部分の一部と接触する。充填剤は第1保護層及び第2保護層を覆う。

Claims (10)
- 表示領域に形成された有機発光ダイオードと、
前記表示領域に形成された第1部分、及び前記表示領域を取り囲む非表示領域に形成された第2部分を含む画素定義膜と、
前記画素定義膜の少なくとも前記第2部分を覆う第1保護層と、
前記非表示領域に形成されて、前記第1保護層の一部及び前記画素定義膜の前記第2部分の一部と接触する第2保護層と、
前記第1保護層及び前記第2保護層を覆う充填剤と、
を含む、有機発光表示装置。 - 前記画素定義膜及び前記第2保護層の下に形成された平坦化膜をさらに含み、前記第2保護層は前記画素定義膜の外側で前記平坦化膜の表面を全て覆う、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記画素定義膜及び前記平坦化膜はシリコーン系高分子を含む、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記平坦化膜は、開口部を形成して前記平坦化膜の下の層間絶縁膜を露出させ、前記第2保護層は露出した前記層間絶縁膜を覆う、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記有機発光ダイオードは画素電極、発光層、及び共通電極を含み、キャッピング層によって覆われる、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1保護層は前記共通電極と接触し、前記共通電極と同様の物質で形成され、
前記第2保護層は前記第1保護層と接触し、前記画素電極と同様の物質で形成される、請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1保護層は前記キャッピング層と接触し、前記キャッピング層と同様の物質で形成され、
前記第2保護層は前記第1保護層と接触し、前記画素電極と同様の物質で形成される、請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第2保護層は、第1透明膜、金属薄膜、及び第2透明膜の多層膜で形成される、請求項6または7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1保護層は前記キャッピング層と接触し、前記キャッピング層と同様の物質で形成され、前記第2保護層は前記第1保護層と接触し、前記キャッピング層と同様の物質で形成される、請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1保護層及び第2保護層は互いに異なる層に形成される、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
