Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 周囲環境内物体を光学的に走査及び計測する装置であって、
グリッド上における諸点の規則的配置たる光パターンを投射するプロジェクタであり、プロジェクタ面を有するプロジェクタと、
物体上の前記光パターンの第1像を自カメラの第1像面上に記録する第1カメラと、
前記物体上の前記光パターンの第2像を自カメラの第2像面上に記録する第2カメラであり、第1カメラから第1距離を以て隔てられており、プロジェクタ、第1カメラ及び第2カメラが非共線状で三角形を形成する第2カメラと、
前記光パターン、第1像、第2像、前記三角形の幾何形状及び本装置のエピポーラ幾何に少なくとも部分的に基づき前記物体の三次元座標を一組特定するよう構成されたプロセッサと、
を備える装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置であって、
前記少なくとも1個のプロジェクタが、レーザにより赤外波長域にて単色的に前記非符号化パターンを輻射し、
第1カメラ及び第2カメラが、前記非符号化パターンの波長域内で有感(sensitive)なフィルタを有する装置。 - 請求項2記載の装置であって、更に、可視波長スペクトラムにおける前記物体の像を記録するカラーカメラを備える装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置であって、前記点パターンが第1の複数個の点及び第2の複数個の点を有し、それら第2の複数個の点が第1の複数個の点の間にある装置。
- 請求項4記載の装置であって、前記第1の複数個の点及び前記第2の複数個の点が異なる強度を呈する装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置であって、前記少なくとも1個のプロジェクタが、回折性光学素子、マイクロレンズ、複数個の単体レーザ及び投射マスク(projected mask)のなかから選定されている装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置であって、前記少なくとも1個のプロジェクタが、解像度又は点密度を変えるべく複数個のパターンを生成する装置。
- 請求項7記載の装置であって、前記複数個のパターンが第1パターン及び第2パターンを含み、第1パターンが第2パターンに対し時間的にオフセットしている装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置であって、前記複数個のパターンが第1パターン及び第2パターンを含み、第1パターンが第1光波長、第2パターンが第2光波長を有する装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置であって、
前記少なくとも1個のプロジェクタが第1プロジェクタ及び第2プロジェクタを含み、
第1プロジェクタが第1パターン、第2プロジェクタが第2パターンを生成する装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置であって、ハンドヘルド装置である装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置であって、更に、
前記少なくとも1個のプロジェクタがその内部に配置されているベース部材(base member)と、
ベース部材から突出しているグリップ部材(grip member)と、
グリップ部材上に配設されたトリガスイッチと、
グリップ部材から見てベース部材の逆側にあるヘッドエンドと、
を備え、第1カメラ及び第2カメラがヘッドエンド内に配設されている装置。
